I come here more often than not to get my vehicles washed. I like going through the machine sitting in my vehicle while the machine does it's job. The machine and the workers do a good job for whatever package you get. The free vacuums are the bomb diggity; their suction is solid and powerful. Sunday's are best for me spending quality time with my car. A basic wash costs between $8 - $10 and my car does a better job getting cleaned by a machine than someone hand washing it. The shine is a stunner. I think my car's confidence boosts a tad bit when she knows she's clean. Haha!! The only thing I don't care for is the machine that takes your money when you pay. It talks way too much and listening to the automated voice is annoying. It's even more annoying when one of the workers run over to help you get the payment processed. I really hate that -- I don't want any human interaction when I come here. I don't need your help. I can read and get it processed myself. That's just me though. Overall, solid experience. Scam. They're trying to scam you by saying you get their $22 car wash for $10 by signing you up for a membership. They say "It's a special" instead of "it's a monthly membership" to try and get you to sign up. I asked 5 times if it was a membership and the curly haired Mexican dude said "No it's not" , yet when you're making me sign forms.. yeah it is dork I'm not stupid lol. I was hustled with bait and switch. Last month they were running a special. $10/month for their most expensive package. I thought it sounded top good to be true and asked if this was just an introductory rate. I was assured that it was a monthly special and that I wouldn't be charged any more than $10/month. Sure enough the very next month, I was charged $35! Moral of the story, always get it in writing and if it sounds too good to be true, it usually is. I left as soon as the wash ended and got home to look at the back of my car that was the dirtiest part and it looked the exact same before I went to the wash as if the wash didn't even touch the back of my car. So if u do use them just make sure to check if it actually washed the vehicle before leaving the lot lol. For 13$ at that is even crazier. read more

I hand washed my car last week. When I was driving up 45N there was some construction that put a lot of dirt of my car it was white. So when I get out do my car that dirt gets on my clothing which is really annoying to me. So I saw this car wash and decided to give it a try. For $6 it's not a bad deal. Business does a great job of cleaning your vehicle. No complaints there. Customers should be aware however that the unlimited was club is not unlimited. If you try to re enter the was during the same day the kiosk will tell you that you've reached your maximum number of washes for that time period. So if you wash your car, it rains, and you try to reach you will be unable. That is not unlimited. Unlimited means if I wanna run through 5 times a day... I can. read more

Just left this car wash because my car was in the middle of it getting washed and the machine broke. Had to wait in my car 10 minutes before someone came up to tell me what was going on had to drive out of the car wash myself. I understand things happen from time to time but teach your crew the art of customer service. No apologies nothing from them. I love coming to this place, I wouldn't trust any other car wash site around. I've tried multiple places but none leave my car spotless like this one. I would highly recommend it to anyone who loves to have their car squeaky clean. Additionally, the prices they have are honestly really fair for the amount of cleaning your car receives and they also include a complimentary vacuum site to vacuum the inside of your car! It's not perfect, could use some improvements but the car wash got my SUV clean for the most part. It's vacuum yourself, which I like because it's therapeutic and I can take my time and do it right. Purchased the club plan but did not yet review how the system works - a tag was placed inside the car windshield to scan for the next time with the monthly renewal going to the card I used. I like this location and the attendants who work here. They are always very nice and friendly. The wash tunnel does a good job about 90-95% of the time with the only issues I really ever get coming from when I think the system is running at higher speeds or too much volume when there are a ton of people. The most common issue is that it doesn't get fully washed off, it needs more water at the last stage. The tire shine is great for the tire because it won't sling off like other shines, but not so great on the rim of the wheel. The residue it can leave on something like a steel wheel that has a lip on the rim ends up getting filled with this black pasty residue and a greasy coating on the outer half of the wheel. I just opt out most of the time and that avoids the problem If you have to have wet look lures with that dripping wet look, get some shine at the store and skip this step. When this location first opened the vacuums were all great, nothing got past them, after a year or so many can be hit or miss. You can fix that by trying a different vac, but that's kind of a pain. I wish they had a central vac like most of the other places, but it's also nice that the vac isn't always running. I also wish they had compressed air and a free wet/drier mat washer like other car washes have and also also, clips to hang the mats while you are trying to vacuum them. read more

I use to come here all the time because if it rained you would get the option to come back and get a rewash. Well I will NEVER be coming back here again. Came to receive my rewash and was told no because I didn't print a code (it never tells you to print a code to be able to get your free rain check wash). I even had my receipt which showed the DATE and TIME I was there. Very disappointing and absolutely poor customer service. Coming from a manager, if a customer doesn't understand the way your machines work, explain it to them, honor the free wash and then they will return to your business thus creating more revenue for you. I would train your Sunday assistant pmanger to have better customer service skills because he just cost you a customer and referrals. Ps the vacuums don't work very well and neither does the rug vacuum machine. Save your money and go to your local manual car wash where you don't have to worry about getting a rewash read more

For $6, it's quite a bargain! The car wash does a nice job on my car, no complaints. I especially like the vacuum set up -- they're FREE with car wash, and not on a timer so I can take as long as I want to clean the car's interior. Really appreciate the car mat cleaning machine -- a worker saw me awkwardly trying to hold the mats while vacuuming and showed me the machine. I love Zoom. I have the $35 a month plan and come every weekend. I have a new car and it's white. I kept getting frustrated because when I would wash my car there would be this greasy goo all in my tires. I took it to the dealership twice because I thought something was wrong. But after seeing someone else's review on here I realize it's not my car, it's something with the tire treatment they use. The greasy stuff is all over the tires and if I don't clean it all out while I'm there then it sprays all down the side of my car and it is harder to get off.
