Decided to try Mister since the last car wash I went to didn't do a good job. I opted for the highest choice just as a one time. The wash was good and did a great job on my car and tires. I was shocked there wasn't any towels or spray bottles for your windows. I saw you could purchase towels? I thought that was kind of crazy. The air compressor was barely blowing air. The vacuums worked well. However if I'm buying a package for my car I would expect some other things like towels and cleaners. read more

Relationship ending Pickup Truck Policy. Today I cancelled my membership, my wife's and daughter's membership as well. I have a 3/4 Ton Ram. In the bed I keep a 125lb Jack that has a cable and a lock to secure the Jack. I've been a member for 4 yrs with this setup. Today I was advised that I needed to remove the Jack to wash my truck...."New Policy effective immediately." Effective immediately, I'm done with Mister Carwash. On the bright side, I'll save $120 a month on three memberships. Unbelievably stupid policy with no flexibility. I started my relationship with Mister Carwash circa 1991 with the original Kirby location. Never again. read more

This place is a prime example of tipping culture getting out of hand. Isn't it awkward that a person runs over to the self-serve machine you put your card into to ask for a tip? What did you do? Anyhow, their machines work great and their vacuums suck. It's just a shame that people have to deal with this. It's the only reason I refuse to go here. Go to JJ's instead. read more

You do get your moneys worth, but the pass for multiple locations if you are always Mobil like myself , but when it comes to vacuuming your vehicle at certain locations like the one in Spring branch or the location nears green point, be careful, people that do not have the car wash pass will go in there to clean their cars, and over crowd that area a bit, no one says anything to those individuals, there is really no response from management on things like this. I have had my pass got over six years. read more

I went to the car wash today and I've never used this car wash before. The girl came over to show me how to use the machine and she was nice at first. But then she told me they don't take cash. Then when we were finished it was time for me to pay she said are you going to tip us , and I said no ma'am you don't wash my vehicle before it goes through the car wash and no one's gonna dry my vehicle after it comes out of the car wash and I have to vacuum my own car. She gave me a dirty look and asked me a second time. Are you sure you're not gonna give us a tip , I said no then we ran my card and I went through the car wash and I will never return. read more

Visited this car wash for the first time and will never go back. A part on my car was broken off from THEIR car wash. I filed a claim and waited 3 weeks to hear that they DENIED my claim. How does that make sense? My car was perfectly fine before entering the car wash. Stay away from this car wash. Terrible customer service. read more

Great location, glad to have this monthly service, and can get my car rinsed off anytime and nearly anywhere in the city. I realize not all locations have the same services, but it's a good wash at a great price! This location has vacuums, one for each side. No May shakers or hand dryers, but plenty of time to take care of those yourself. read more

I paid for the $18.00 car wash with wax and two weeks later I noticed a fine sticky residue all over my car including some brown sticky bubbles. I called a week and a half later to let them know I had a problem. The person I spoke with, Falon, said bring the car in today so she could look at it. I went in today about 90 minutes after my call to them and was met by the manager who said " nobody else has complained about this"and " it looks like soda pop, this is not from this car wash". I told him none of my others cars at the house had this residue that caused pieces from the crepe myrtle tree to stick to it. I told him I will never be back because you don't stand behind your product and he said " that's okay ". I also let him know that he was going to get a negative Yelp review to which he gave a flippant response of " that's alright have a good day". My thought is that because the weather has been so hot, the wax had an issue. The manager didn't want to hear anything about his product, therefore I felt I needed to review this Mister Carwash. I rarely send poor reviews but the managers behavior required a Yelp response! read more

I came to this car wash after a long trip to get my car clean. When I pulled into the car wash, they didn't spray my car down for the bugs that had accumulated on my hood from my trip. After pulling out of the car wash I noticed that my hood was still dirty as was my liftgate on the back of my car. I drove back through and the cashier said that their bug spray was turned off. She also commented that they weren't really allowed to spray people's cars, but proceeded to pull out a bottle and spray the spots. I went back through the wash and the spots were still present.Needless to say, I went to get my car washed and still came out with a dirty car. One positive is their vacuums, they are strong, and did a good job. I'm not sure what's up with this car wash but if you'd like a clean car I would recommend that you go elsewhere. read more

Customer service is SUPERB here! We ran out of gas in a Uhaul right in front of this business and an employee who happened to be outside came to the rescue! Robert Morales saved the day and put 2 gallons of gas from his gas can out of the kindness of his heart. I know where I'll be getting my car washed from now on! GREAT customer service!!! Not your typical Mr. car wash. It's more expensive, eight dollars versus six or seven dollars, and it does not have people drying off your car like the other Mr. car washes do. They blow dryers do not blow all the water off your car so you have to get out and drive off yourself. There are cheaper similar car washes in the area. read more

The car wash is so-so and fulfilled our basic needs at the time, getting beach sand of the car, and the vacuums that actually worked, worked well, even though one of the vacuums next to us was broken. The biggest issue we have about repeatedly visiting the car wash is the attendants that linger at the front. You pull up to the kiosk to select your wash, etc and a group of attendants are there to "assist you"/push all the buttons for you. That sounds completely harmless, but they push you first to select the most expensive car washing package, and tell you it's the "best value" then they ask you if you want to add a tip..... so obviously one feels obligated to tip... they don't do anything so why is that even an option????? Like I said, not a huge deal, but annoying. The self- vacuuming and basic wash suited our needs fine, but we'll be probably frequent a less pushy car wash in the future. read more
