This place is great! Everyone was friendly and did an excellent job on my car. They were thorough and made sure everything was taken care of. I really like that there's a comfortable waiting area inside with plenty of space to sit. The price is very reasonable for the quality of work they do. Car was filthy due to constant rain but I needed an inside cleaning. So I got a 5.00 wash just to use vacuum. The line was almost down the street. But they moved very fast. I get my car detailed here twice and they did a great job. I only care about the inside but there is a nice indoor area to wait, and the staff is good and fast. A little hard to know where to go / how to get what I want, but I realize that I'm weird because I don't care about how the outside looks. They aren't expensive but they aren't cheap either. The bigger the package, more value. I can only afford a couple times a year, but I look forward to it! read more

They did a great job of cleaning inside and outside of my car. Didn't take that long either. Their prices are expensive. I have a Honda fit, I had exterior and basic interior cleaned. Also tires done. They now charge $18 for exterior car wash and you have to add interior cleaning. Interior basic was additional $30. Cost me $48. That's a lot for my small car read more

Car came out not very clean. Still had lots if dirty areas on hood and bumper. The inside had alotof spot where the armorall was not wiped well. There was still a dirty area on my inside passenger door that was missed. They were very nice though and seemed to run things very efficiently. Ive been coming to this Car Spa for years. Not even sure why I haven't written a review before. It's just a basic oil and lube place that offers car washes. The basic oil change is $24.99 and the full synthetic is $59.99. Theres other blends in between too. Any package that you get comes with a $6 exterior wash. Or you can get any of the upgraded packages with $6 off. Ive also gotten my state inspection here before as well as a chip in my windshield repaired. The chip repair was not very good, the chip was either really bad or they just didn't do a good job. They didn't say it was unrepairable, so im guessing they just did a poor job. I only come here for the oil change and car wash. Ive had them replace a light on my license plate but they didn't do it. I paid for it, and almost drove off without checking. Im glad I did because they hadn't replaced it. So, this has become my go to oil change place only because I get that free car wash. And you really have to check your car before you leave, theres always missed spots that need to be cleaned. again, FREE car wash, can't really complain too much. read more

Well went back to give them a SECOND chance. They did an exceptional job! So, i go back today, and needed an exterior only. Here we go with the mirror issue again! They wanted me to sign a damage waiver for my mirrors using the reason my brand of vehicle is "known for mirror damage." The General manager Joseph is the manager that stated that. Funny being an investor in a chain of car wash chain in another state I never heard that issue, maybe it is their manufacturer or how they maintain the tunnel that's the issue. There is no way I would sign any type of waiver and was told this was a standard form. RED FLAG!!!!!!! Caveat emptor. read more

I went there today to have the interior detailed and vacuumed. I had to wipe by own dash and doors because they just haphazardly wiped it with a dirty rag. I do not have a dog and ended up with dog hairs in my vehicle. Also they must have just rinsed the seats with a waterhose because the stains did not come off and there is no odor in the vehicle of any cleaning solution being. These seats look exactly the same as before. Never going back and seriously recommend you stop by the gas station car wash if that's all you're needing. Way cheaper. read more

Been coming here since Jason was washing cars, he's moved up to manager and always does a great job while taking care of the customer.

This used to be a great place but they've freaking ruined it. They used to have free coffee in the waiting area now they don't. They used to let you get out of the car at the beginning and wait in the waiting room while they did "full service" on your car ... now they make you stay until it's past the washing conveyor, and dried, and you have to pull it to the vacuum/detailing station yourself (at which point you get to get out, go inside, and realized that ... there's no coffee)! They had a great waiting area before with Wifi and free coffee ... I could hand over my car and forget about it and do work remotely while they did my car. Imho they royally screwed this place up. read more

It very well could be my fault, because I didn't realize that the $33.99 Full Service Platinum Plus didn't get the interior cleaned as well. The exterior was okay, but that's 99% the automatic car wash. Don't count on receiving any air freshener that they offer. I mentioned that to 2 friends that have been here and they have never noticed any scent after. All in all, a total disappointment and I'm happy to never go back. I recommend using your money elsewhere. read more

I have been using monthly membership for a year now. They did okay job. I always had to ask for extra, like clean the windows on the inside, etc. wait is usually 30 min. Last Monday I came in, I was the only customer. They cleaned my car for thirty minutes two guys, and, I guess, overlooked middle console. I sent a message via their website about this and nobody called me back. It is not just about the console, it is just not worth it. 30$ monthly and I only go once a month for full clean and few rinses in between. I decided I will just pay each time I come because I am overpaying if I come in just once a month for a deep clean. It is not worth the money I pay for it. Will still use for one time rinse off or interior clean, just not going to sign a membership. read more

I don't know what happened to my review of this place but I'll do it again. We go here about twice a month. Once for each car. We almost always get the cheapest wash. I think it's $6. Today we got the $20 wash and interior cleaning. We're almost always happy with the $6 wash and the clean & wash at $20 does a good job (don't expect detaining). I note people have complained the management is unresponsive to complaint. I agree. A year or so ago we had a complaint and all the manager did was start making excuses and otherwise did nothing about the problem. read more
