Stephen hooked us up with a great deal and guided us what the best detail would be for a car. Super grateful for the service.

Victor, Mark, Luke, Kyle and Martha were all great and deserve the praise. They vacuumed and cleaned the inside of my car, they missed a couple spots but they were more than willing to pick them up after I asked. Thank yall! read more

I've been coming to Car Spa for a while, but one thing never seems to get fixed--the vacuums. It feels like every time I visit, at least half of them have little to no suction or don't work at all. read more

Love this place. So attentive and detailed in their cleaning. My favorite car wash in Houston.

Megan was amazing! Very informative and sweet, she even went above and beyond to give helpful tip about my sick little person.

Me and my boyfriend took our Honda civic and GMC Sierra to get washed and detailed today to prepare for our new baby and we loved the outcome! All the workers were very nice, service was prompt, and the price was reasonable! Our vehicles haven't been this clean and free of dust in years!! We will be coming back for sure!! read more

This place is great! Everyone was friendly and did an excellent job on my car. They were thorough and made sure everything was taken care of. I really like that there's a comfortable waiting area inside with plenty of space to sit. The price is very reasonable for the quality of work they do. I'd been looking for a place that handles both interior and exterior cleaning, and I'll definitely be coming back. Best spot in town! read more

Car was filthy due to constant rain but I needed an inside cleaning. So I got a 5.00 wash just to use vacuum. The line was almost down the street. But they moved very fast. My baby was over the moon with excitement until the blue brushes started turning and it was like ok let go. But for 5.00 they did a wonderful job. read more

Great service and great job on my car! I've been coming to this Car Spa monthly since it opened years ago and the crew never disappoints.

A little pricey, but everyone is knowledgeable and works as quickly as they can. After I leave (every time), my car feels brand new. I got two details packages - carpet cleaning and deep clean - and they did a fantastic job on both. The details include their top car wash. read more

They had my car in and out quickly. They cleaned the inside as well as an oil change. Great service.

I have always had great service here. I've had my vehicle for 22 years and the headlights were really dim and dull. I had Car Spa restore the headlights and it is amazing how much better they look. If you need your headlights restored I highly recommend Car Spa read more

Good quality. Always daily fast and prices comparable to others nearby. I do enjoy that you have fresh coffee every time. BUT man, on a Saturday morning could you not check the paper towels in the men's bathroom. A boy gotta clean after but he gotta dry too!!! read more

Been going there for years, Jason would always help me out. Went today and they told me he was no longer employed there. I will never be coming back. read more

I get my car detailed here twice and they did a great job. I only care about the inside but there is a nice indoor area to wait, and the staff is good and fast. A little hard to know where to go / how to get what I want, but I realize that I'm weird because I don't care about how the outside looks. They aren't expensive but they aren't cheap either. The bigger the package, more value. I can only afford a couple times a year, but I look forward to it! read more

I'm had to have my car seats enzymed. Car Spa is a huge place, super nice, BEST PRICES, and almost ALL WOMEN employees. It's awesome! I'm moving my monthly membership here. Their work was amazing and all the extra perks made it all perfect! read more

They did a great job of cleaning inside and outside of my car. Didn't take that long either. Their prices are expensive. I have a Honda fit, I had exterior and basic interior cleaned. Also tires done. They now charge $18 for exterior car wash and you have to add interior cleaning. Interior basic was additional $30. Cost me $48. That's a lot for my small car read more

Car came out not very clean. Still had lots if dirty areas on hood and bumper. The inside had alotof spot where the armorall was not wiped well. There was still a dirty area on my inside passenger door that was missed. They were very nice though and seemed to run things very efficiently. I paid an extra 10 for them to add the conditioner to the interior. read more

When I got my oil change at this location, I tried to use the $20 off coupon when checking out. The employee swipe my debit card and told me he wouldn't honor the coupon or even do the refund credit. I was upset over that issue and felt like they treated me unfairly as women. I definitely wouldn't be coming to this location anymore. read more

Rudy was great!! The entire team was friendly and did a high quality job. The $50 package was a great deal.

Ive been coming to this Car Spa for years. Not even sure why I haven't written a review before. It's just a basic oil and lube place that offers car washes. The basic oil change is $24.99 and the full synthetic is $59.99. Theres other blends in between too. Any package that you get comes with a $6 exterior wash. Or you can get any of the upgraded packages with $6 off. Ive also gotten my state inspection here before as well as a chip in my windshield repaired. The chip repair was not very good, the chip was either really bad or they just didn't do a good job. They didn't say it was unrepairable, so im guessing they just did a poor job. I only come here for the oil change and car wash. Ive had them replace a light on my license plate but they didn't do it. I paid for it, and almost drove off without checking. Im glad I did because they hadn't replaced it. So, this has become my go to oil change place only because I get that free car wash. And you really have to check your car before you leave, theres always missed spots that need to be cleaned. again, FREE car wash, can't really complain too much. read more

The people are very nice and respectful. Carspa always provides the best quality service, I highly recommend them.

Well went back to give them a SECOND chance. They did an exceptional job! So, i go back today, and needed an exterior only. Here we go with the mirror issue again! They wanted me to sign a damage waiver for my mirrors using the reason my brand of vehicle is "known for mirror damage." The General manager Joseph is the manager that stated that. Funny being an investor in a chain of car wash chain in another state I never heard that issue, maybe it is their manufacturer or how they maintain the tunnel that's the issue. There is no way I would sign any type of waiver and was told this was a standard form. RED FLAG!!!!!!! Caveat emptor. read more
