I was not very meticulous at preparing my car. No problem! They moved and cleaned the area, then replaced my items! I've never had my car detailed for such a reasonable price! Left greasy splotchy spray residue all over leather interior. Sprayed on some type of leather treatment instead of applying with cloth. We had to go in with a damp towel to get the splotches out. He gave us a discount however we will never use his service again. He knew the temperature outside and he knew that we had a black car when he quoted the price. Update to my review based on Cory's response. I barely said two words to you and saying that I'm an angry person is extremely unprofessional. I am very dissatisfied with the interior of the car in the way that it was left- it is greasy, splotchy and there was no attention to detail which is what we were paying you for.

After all his efforts, I now have a sparkling clean and beautiful smelling interior cab --- all the horrible-smelling smoke and toxic glue stains that stuck to every inch of the interior of my truck's cab are now gone! I ended-up with GREAT service after a horrific event --- at a very reasonable cost. The truck's interior was all cleaned up within a few days time. I highly recommened Little Tuck's Detail Shop on Mustang Rd., wholeheartedly, because the workers go out of their way to help you in times of crisis; especially in the aftermath of a fire crisis. I love Mr. Tucker (owner) and his staff for helping me when I knew I had a lost cause on my hands when I took my fire damaged truck to him and he saved it!!! Thanks again, Little Tuck's Detail Shop! This company gets an A+ for excellence in service and an A+ in excellence for caring enough about their customers to even attempt to fix such a horribly damaged, smoldering mess of melted waxes covering the complete interior of the truck's cab. God Bless Mr. Tucker and his fine staff of workers for your excellence. -Cheryl Devine Johnson

The value for one wash isn't worth it but it's the same as the cost for month-to-month recurring charge for unlimited washes. That's what I like. The projector and scents during the wash cycle is pretty cool too. lol
