I was not very meticulous at preparing my car. No problem! They moved and cleaned the area, then replaced my items! I've never had my car detailed for such a reasonable price! After all his efforts, I now have a sparkling clean and beautiful smelling interior cab --- all the horrible-smelling smoke and toxic glue stains that stuck to every inch of the interior of my truck's cab are now gone! I ended-up with GREAT service after a horrific event --- at a very reasonable cost. The truck's interior was all cleaned up within a few days time. Otherwise it's a quick and easy process. You drive up to the order screen and pick what you want. There's usually an employee there to help and try and up sell services but they've always always been super nice. There's an employee there to guide you in then you just sit back and get your car squeaky clean. Ok well not always squeaky but cleaner at least. Definitely a place we frequent with Houston's dirty rain (you know, the kind that leaves your car dirtier than before it rained) and pollen!
