I went to this place because my husband is a veteran and it is veteran owned and it has good reviews. I rolled in with my son's truck, and asked for an oil change and tire rotation. I waited for it to be serviced and towards the end, the technician came to me and said everything looks good, but he recommends a radiator flush and brake fluid flush, that the radiator fluid was low and evaporating so he topped it off and that could use a flush, and the brake fluid was green and it should be clear, so I'd need to get that flushed, too. He quoted the prices for those services on my receipt and I paid for what I thought was an oil change and a tire rotation, and I left. My son drove his truck the next day and said the tires weren't rotated. I looked at the receipt, and sure enough, I wasn't charged for a tire rotation. I looked closer at the receipt and it said front tires were at 35 and the rear tires were at 35. When I went to check the TP all tires were at 32, minus the front left that has a slow leak, it was at 29. The heck? These guys didn't even check the tires like the receipt said they did, much less rotate them (which has to be done at the 5 and 0 and the truck was at a 0- Hello??? Standard service at this milage AND I requested that it be done.) I called to let them know this morning what the deal was with the tires, and what the receipt said about the TP and they said they'd do better next time. My husband was doubting that the two flushes needed to be done, so he checked and found that the brake fluid was clear, not green like I was told, and the radiator fluid looks fine. According to a quick google search, radiator fluid should be flushed every 30-50k miles... The truck is at 70k and was incredibly well taken care of by my son's grandfather before he passed it on to my son. We had the tires replaced at Discount Tires this afternoon because the tread was to that point, but these guys missed it. I'm not sure where all the good reviews are coming from, but we definitely won't be returning because they didn't do the requested service, tried to upsell services, and put my son back in a vehicle that wasn't safe. These guys take care of the maintenance on all of the cars in my family. They are super efficient. I like that the oil change includes the checking of a lot of levels, like transmission, power steering, lube points, washer fluids. etc., It's a really good deal, for the money. The owners and staff are very courteous and friendly. They also vacuum the interior, and do the windows. I tell everybody to go there. They're terrific! read more

This place seems to have all the hallmarks of having new management or perhaps all of the focus that was there initially is gone. I used to be impressed coming here, but I've come in twice now with only two employees working the entire location. Which means the phone rings and no one can answer it. The fridge for water is empty. The coffee pot is dirty. The guest wifi doesn't work (it brings up some page for Xfinity). Long waits. It seems understaffed with no management keeping things running smoothly. Such a shame to see such a promising business just rot on the vine because no management is there in person to tend to it. read more

They want to charge $25 for a tire rotation with the price of an oil change when most places are free with oil change..... I'm a woman, so maybe they thought I wouldn't know that. They also tried to price gauge me for an oil change cause of being a woman.... Came here for a regular oil change, told me they had to give me the most expensive oil at $80. I told them my car has always taken regular oil, but they insisted it had to take the $80 oil. I'm not sure if it's because I'm a woman, or maybe I look stupid, but that's pretty scummy in my opinion. Makes me wonder how many other people they've screwed over for more money. I trust Tory with all my oil changes. He is honest and trustworthy. His recommendations had been right on track. His team is great and very respectful. The shop is easy to get to on Nasa Rd One. I'm in and out almost before I get comfortable. The restroom is clean and waiting room is very inviting with cold drinks to cool your thirst. I came into get my tires rotated. they worried that there might be a leak in one of my tires so they suggested that I go to another place that specialized in tires so they could test for leaking and patch it. they could have totally rotated my tires, but a big problem would've remained. I appreciate that they referred me to someone else nearby, as I did indeed have a tire that needed patching. They were recommended by a few friends and I appreciate their honesty. I am sitting in the lobby right now as my oil is being changed! I've come twice and each time I've gotten quick, valuable and reliable service. Personally this is the best price I've found for an oil change and I've tried out a few places including my dealership. When you come the owner is courteous and accommodating. The waiting area is stocked with coffee, water and sodas. Unlike many other shops I've been to, this location is PRISTINE. Literally the cleanest I've ever seen. My day started off crappy. I went to an inspection station that still hadn't opened 15 minuted after it's advertised time, 8 AM. I left and I went to Grease Monkey down the street for the first time. Then, things got really good. I asked if they did inspections. Yes, they do. They advertise that inspections start at 9am, but they took mi in at 8:20. The staff was really nice. The waiting room was very clean and cool. This was the best experience I've ever had getting an inspection. We were in the Webster/Clear Lake area and needed an oil change. We drive a 2015 Audi Q7 diesel. It takes a special filter that not every place carries. We got there and were greeted by two friendly employees who got our vehicle right in. When they discovered they didn't have the filter, the owner jumped in their car and went to pick up a filter and we got our oil change in a very timely manner. I needed an oil change but my car takes a special filter, I've run into this problem multiple times. I called ahead and spoke to Tory he immediately checked and realized they didn't have the filter but had it ordered and sent in within 20 minutes.
