I've been here for their cheap car wash (drive through the tunnel). It is good but not much different than other drive-through places. Today I bought their detailing package and it was really good! My elderly mother purchased what she thought was a month of washes and they have been charging her account monthly with no way of cancelling. The phone number associated with the charge is reported as "not the right location" and going through the website is impossible as it reports neither her phone number, email, or plate number are "found." They sure have her payment information and now it looks like she will have to cancel her card and change all the other bills she has on it, to the new one. Shame on you, Oceans. read more

I paid for the most expensive package to detail my SUV. Once my vehicle came out of the car wash it sat 25 to 35 minutes before someone ever touched it grant you there was only two cars and two people in the waiting room. The problem was there was only one worker trying to work on all the vehicles. After waiting an hour and a half for my car to be ready. I inspected it and noticed several exterior and interior spots that were not cleaned. The manager came over after I tipped the guy $20 and told me if I wanted it clean better. I'd have to pay more granted my SUV only has 3000 miles. I keep a very tidy interior no clutter no junk. It was just time for it to be wiped down and apparently that was too hard for them to do. I was told today by the entrance cashier they do not support the Military discount anymore, recently did away with it the day after Memorial day. For a mere $8 each I took two really dirty cars through the automatic car wash. I think it did a decent job. The bonus is that they have great vacuums and provide clean cloths to wipe your car down with. This part is do-it-your self. I used way too many cloths to wipe down the first car and they didn't have a problem with that. If you're into vacuuming and wiping down your own car then this is a terrific place to go and a terrific deal for $8. read more

Ok came and got a detailed car wash on 2/28/14 and it was raining. I was told that I could use my receipt and come back for a rain check. I spent 80.00, and tried to keep coming back but it was raining every other day. When I finally came back -yes a month later- I was informed that I couldn't get a rain check (worth 5.00) I was upset due to the fact that I was not given a time frame and I even asked the attendant at the time if he needed to write something down on my receipt (because I never had needed a rain check before and wasn't sure how it went) he simply stated "no just bring the receipt back" Ok so when I was told I couldn't get my raincheck after I explained the situation in detail the attendant offered to go get his manager. Manager came out and I explained again the situation the whole while he looked at me with a grin "stating but it's our policy" and "I can't write our GM name and number on the back of the receipt" EVERYONE WE ARE TALKING ABOUT 5.00! So after all that he said I'll go talk to my manager and see what he says. EVERYONE WE ARE TALKING ABOUT 5.00! Attendant came back not the "manager" and without even looking at me said "you can go threw". End result I got to go threw the car wash but had to have two people out at my car and argue that they needed to honor there word and let me run my car threw like I was promised. Just some advice from a paying customer have something in written about your policy either on the back of the receipt, or posted up on a board where the prices are listed. That way there is no miscommunication and next time you might not lose a customer that takes two cars there and spends 80.00 a piece to get detailed over a 5.00 car wash. I took my parents car through this car wash. The blowers were so strong it broke the roof rack off the car. The car has 30,000 miles on it...so it's not old. I went in to complain to the manager (George Weber). He seemed very smug and not too interested that his car wash had broken off the roof rack on the car. I gave him my info and he said he would call me after he had spoken to his manager. I stopped by two days later, because I hadn't heard back from him. He said he still had not talked to his manager. I left and he called about 20 minutes later saying that they would not pay for the damaged roof rack because it was a faulty rack. What could I do, I had no leverage? Just out $250 to replace the part. Oh and by the way, the car did not get cleaned, it was still really dirty after the wash. Don't go to this car wash! read more

Worst car wash EVER! They ran my car through the automatic wash then proceeded to tell me I needed wax to get rid of the dirt on my car. They didn't even get the gob of bird poop of the side of the car. Save your money and go somewhere else! Inside the car was vacuumed well but the dash was covered with lint and hair. read more

I used to go to this carwash all the time but finally I gave up on them. Why, why, why can't any of these car washes do a decent window cleaning? I've paid this location numerous times for a detail. I love nothing better than to drive in a clean car. I'm not messy, I don't eat in my car and I don't have kids. Cleaning my car is an easy job! Sure, I could do it myself but it's something I reward myself with after a long week at work. I'm not a perfectionist by any means. Good gracious, it's not that difficult to clean windows. The interior cleaning was usually mediocre at best. Most of them time they didn't even remove the floor mats to vacuum. That's not acceptable. The employees are nice enough and I've never had any issues with them honoring their deals or rain checks. Maybe I'm asking too much but I don't think so. read more

I have been a loyal customer since opening. I live a few blocks away. I frequently go for the quick wash and free vacuum. While not perfect, hard to beat if you bring a towel and finish the job at vacuums. Now the bad, I was instructed by an attendant to hold onto a portion of a receipt as a two for o e deal $20. Basically a $12 wash twice for $20. Long story short. Upon redemption...I retained the wrong receipt and nothing can be done even though instructed to keep it. I came here to get my brand new car washed 3 weeks after I bought the vehicle. I only had 900 miles on it and after I went through the car wash I noticed horrible scratches all over one of my windows and window appliquades. Well I immediately called them and went back and the manager came out and looked at it and we filled out an incident report and he said he faxed it to their main office and I will get a call soon. Well that was back in early November and now its December 20th. I have called them periodically and all the manager says is I will fax it back over to them and that's all I can do. Finally I received an email with coupons from them and I took a shot in the dark and replied back explaining my situation. Well a guy named Colin emailed me back and wanted my cell number to call me. I believe a week went by and finally he decided to call me. Well he called in the morning and I work late so I was sleeping. He left a voicemail stating he will try again later. That never happened. So I called him the next day on the number he called me from and it was one of their locations and the gentleman that answered the phone said that there is no one that works there with the name Colin. I am exhausted in trying to get this handled so I have decided to warn others about this place in hopes that I can advert people from having the same incident that happened to me. I visited the Pearland location 10 days ago. My wheel was damaged in the carwash and the Assistant Manager told me he could not access the tapes but the District Manager Marlon would review the tape and get back with me. Needless to say, after 5 return visits to talk to someone in charge, no one could help me, I left messages and emails for the District Manager and he never returned any of my calls or emails, then the Assistant Manager called me and said they came to the conclusion that there was no way that could have happened at their facility, leading me to believe that was without reviewing the tapes. I asked if I could come and review the tape and he said I would need to contact Marlon to do so but they were not liable. He will not return any of my calls and this is a Bad Business Alert! read more
