Not only did they ruin my car's paint, they didn't even clean it properly. There were splotches left on the windshield and residue drip marks all over, even inside the car. The dust was still on the dash so they didn't even wipe it down fully. I could see that they sprayed my speakers as there was residue on the speaker holes on the doors. I had to call one of their attendants over to wipe the residue they left all over the car but it was too much I just had to tell her to leave it alone as I could see she was not handling my car with care it made me wince every time she touched it. I don't even know what I'm going to do about the paint. It's something that comes with the convenience of doing it and if you don't want any scratches on your car, don't go to an automatic car wash, that being said, the scratches in squirrel marks that people complain about are very minimal and I've always had a really good experience with customer service at Mister Car Wash and especially at this place. I had an issue with the one in Pima where my car sticker wasn't matching up and was causing all kinds of issues for another car on my account and I came here and they fixed it quickly and I never had another complaint about Mister Car Wash after that I do think it can be a bit expensive at times when you're not using it but if you wash your car every day even more than twice a month, the membership makes up for itself. This is a great place and I would like to see more built in Pasadena.
