I had just bought my GMC Sierra AT4 a few weeks prior and I go in get it washed and I paid just over $20 (which is a lot for a car wash who doesn't even drive the vehicle you have to do it yourself) so I go home and as I'm about to apply wax I notice my truck is scratched up on 2 sides and I know my vehicle so I know what was there and what was not when I took it in. So I tried calling and they didn't answer so I kept calling as I got the chance and finally got ahold a day or 2 later and I went in on that Wednesday and put in a claim and spoke with the AM. A couple days go by and I get a call from the AM saying how they believe it was not them so I tell him to have the GM call me. He calls me gives me the same story and not wanting to take the blame for something the car wash clearly did they're trying to tell me that the car wash doesn't spin a certain way and he pretty much tells me I don't know my vehicle because I could've never noticed the scratches but as a vehicle owner I'm going too inspect my new truck all the time, so I know what's there and what's not. His story was irrelevant and annoyed me because it sounded so obvious that they're trying to cover it up. I then asked to have the number of the district manager, I called the number and left a voicemail and I never received a call back so at this point I am at a loss and will never be using mister again I was a frequent customer of mister with my old vehicle, even with their over priced pricing and I will not be returning. So if you care about your vehicles paint and don't wanna be given the run around, I would not suggest mister car wash!! read more
