I was misled when being sold a package, vacuum and interior clean was not as expected and when I said something to the lady about it, she was not nice. The manager was not helpful and just made excuses. I left as I do not do confrontation. When I got home, I saw the passenger side of my vehicle. I paid $44 for this. I should have checked the reviews first. I did submit a complaint to the corporate office, but the outcome will make no difference to me because I will never go back. read more

I've given this place 3 opportunities the benefit of the doubt to prove to me they can clean it decently but every time they disappoint me even more it's poorly exterior-washed and the interior it's even more disappointing all smudged it almost wants me to ask for a refund. I have always enjoyed my monthly membership but when I knew I would be out of pocket due to an upcoming surgery I canceled my membership . And still was deducted the amount from my checking account upon me bringing it to the attention of the manager I was giving a 1833 number to which no one picks up the phone and you have to leave a voicemail and no one returns your call back so I have been unable to get them to stop deducting this is now going on 2 months . I hope that someone will read this and reach out to me and get this cleared up as soon as possible because I hope to be able to go back to the services if they make this right when I am able to return after recovering from surgery. read more

Beware!!! Got a monthly plan in April and went through 3 times and all was fine. The 4th time I went through and the spinner from top kind of hit my windshield hard but didn't notice anything from inside. The next day had 2 cracks coming up from the bottom of my windshield. Went to Sparkling CW, told them, and showed them. Watched the video before going in the car wash and had no cracks. Manager said it was from rocks. 3 Windshield repair said it was blunt force, not rocks. Corporate would not do anything either. Terrible service, terrible quality, does not accept responsibility for issues (THEY created) and will never go there again. read more

I used to come here quite a bit until I moved out of the area 6 months ago. I've since returned and decided to use a punch card I'd held on to for a free $29.99 service. When I pulled up the first thing I did was ask the gentleman checking in if it was still valid and he said yes. I was put down for a $29.99 service and told to pull through and simply give my card to the cashier and I'd be set. I went inside and calmly waited while the cashier "Caitlyn" finished ringing up another customer. When I was my turn I handed her my stamped card along with the receipt of my service. She studied it for a few moments and told me "one moment" while she went into a managers office. She almost immediately returned telling me she couldn't honor my card. I asked if they were still a part of the company and when this change had occurred. She told me she was new and didn't know. I politely told her to cancel my service. If after spending well over $300 on previous car washes wasn't going to be honored or even offered some sort of discount I wasn't going to use their business. The manager is what bothered me. She was very aggressive in her behavior and came out when she heard I was cancelling my service and literally did a full sprint to insure my vehicle didn't "accidentally" get washed in the cue for cars. Before I could even get to the front, she sped with my car to the curb and made aggressive comments about my card being of no value. She made an already bad situation worse. I had fully planned to tip the employees the equality of my service $30 as its a pandemic and they were super slow. There's were three other people there. She took that from them. As a manager she could have honored the card and told me just the once, she could've offered a discount or dollar off amount, anything but instead chose to be incredibly aggressive, rude, trashy and not looking out for her own employees. It meant more for her to dramatically run out, grab my car and speed it to the curb and turn away a customer instead of even remotely trying to work something out. read more

They are thieves evidently. After my wife returned to the car, she looked for her sweater in the back seat, and it was nowhere to be found. She tried to look for the sweater, but it was not found. When calling the site, they claimed there was no video footage of the theft, so they would not take responsibility for it. We are filing a police report against them. I would suggest you find another car wash company. read more

I specifically told three employees that my car must be driven through the conveyor as the doors sometimes lock. I was assured by three different employees that it would be driven through. And of course it wasn't. Luckily today the doors didn't lock. When I brought it to the manager's attention, his response was well it's a little crazy back there right now. And if the doors had actually locked we could have gotten into the car. The car is not even a year old. Sparkling image is not on my good list right now. Just wish people could follow directions. read more

The service is terrible. If you go here, be sure to walk around your car to make sure there is no splatter. Also, be advised that full service does not mean full service. The hatchback area was not even vacuumed. I returned my car, and was told that vacuuming the back is not done unless requested. I will be finding a new car wash. read more

Dropped my car off for a full detail and it was perfectly cleaned 1.5 hours later. They vacuumed and shampooed the carpets (they were pretty dirty), moisturized my leather seats, cleaned and shined my console, and perfectly detailed the outside as well. So happy with the results. And it was at a really good price. read more

They had me pay 60$ to details my car I could of did this shit on my own better than them this my second time and they still don't clean the shit they didn't even whip my dash board down I want my money asap I will never go here again DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME. Worst car wash ever, they take your money and then run your car thru the wash and then we had to wait until the attendants finished lunch before they completed the job. The car was in the sun and dry and waterspotted by then. I would not recommend this place to anyone unless you don't care about a good job. Will find someplace other than this for my next wash, they suck, and the person in charge was rude as well when questioned about the lunch breaks. I would have given zero stars but you have to give at least one. read more

Waited on them for over 30 minutes to even start wiping my truck down after it came out the wash. During that time they did 4 other cars that came out after my truck. They left the floor mats upside down. The knocked all my lose change out and just left it all over the console. The place was so bad today that one dude literally went and got rags and wiped his own truck down. Will not return. read more

One week ago I decided to get my handicapped accessible van detailed. Went to this location and paid $250 for the top of the line detail. What a mistake!!! I could have done a better job being disabled. It barely looked like it had been cleaned. It took them maybe an hour to do it which was suspect at the time. You could tell it hadn't been hand waxed and the interior hadn't been cleaned nearly as well as they were supposed to. Fast forward to a couple weeks later and I'm told that I cannot get the basic wash because my van is equipped with handicap equipment. Now they say that the brushes will get stuck on it. You cannot tell me that those brushes have a better chance of getting stuck on a professionally installed handicapped necessity than some of the drive yard installed truck guards and loose trim that are on some vehicles. Needless to say I will post this on every review page I can find. Go there if you think it's worth it... I will not again! read more
