Spent $1580 dollars less than one month ago having a clutch put in and it came with a 12mo/12k mile warranty.....(approx. 900 miles later) while driving home the torque arm came off the transmission. Not knowing the actual cause of all the noise, I had it repaired at my local shop to minimize damage. When I inquired about the reimbursement of $147 for the repair due to the fact that torque arm was one of the parts manipulated in Wendell's repair......... I was met with excuses and major attitude!

He had some guy do something to the the wiring in my truck, crazy. I took it back a month later and he said he didn't know what the issue was but whenever it broke down to call him lol. I spent $1000.00 for that advice. Now it's been over a year and im still dealing with the same sensor. I've had several shops tell me to take it back to him and have him do the repair he was hired to do, but I don't think so. Be careful and make sure you get a print out if the work he does.

Went into their office and was met by a very nice lady named Kim, she got a mechanic to check my a/c out with no wait at all. They were very honest told me what the problem was and how much it would cost in less than 30 minutes. They were ready to do the fix right then and even offered me a ride if I wanted to leave it. I told them I would bring it back the next morning and they said they would get right on it. I was so impressed with them I had them take care of some maintenance items that needed to be done also (power steering fluid flush/change, transmission fluid flush/change and filter, front and rear differential oil service) Very impressed at how fast they got everything done considering they had to pull my whole dash out to change evaporator coil for a/c. If you need any work done on your vehicle go here, you will be satisfied. Kim will take care of you, she stays in touch and let's you know how everything is going.

Bought a new RV in april, made a punch list , ac bad, sink faucet bad, ice box, stove, control…read morepanel, j-trim surrounding the outer rv had no putty under it, Odaniels fought-stood up to the manufacturers & after 4 1/2 months of being jerked around by the manufacturers they got the job done. They fixed every item on my list. They came to us & we brought rv to them, slept on site 2 nights, then they fought with dometic and furrion...finally got us all new appliances. They came and installed the new ac & control panel & sink faucet replacement at our rv park site. We brought rv in for fridge and stove installation and monitoring and the kept it 2 nights. Everything was done professionally and as promised. Manufacturers sent wront decal so he came out yesterday and applied that, he also tightened a squeaking ac in bedroom for me. The are a laid back easy going, easy to work with group. Angela keeps them all in line , thes the office manager, she keeps all the guys lined out. They are a great bunch of people! Weve used them a couple times now. If at all possible they will come to you. There are other companies out there but ive seen em all around here, but Odaniels is on the top of that list in my opinion!

I had my car's transmission serviced at this location and had to return my car twice within a week…read more Upon the first return, the problem appeared to be negligence as I just had my transmission serviced and the very next day transmission fluid began running out like water from a faucet. This business would not admit fault, just blamed it on a faulty cap. A week later my car would not start, at first thought it appeared to be the battery, but the battery is 2 year old battery and it tested out to be fine. I called this business and Alex offered to have it towed back. Magically, according to Alex there was nothing wrong with my car and it was just fine.....now he tells me that I owe for the tow which he offered. The other tows called by Mr. Transmission did not require payment. Alex never stated that I would be responsible for the tow. This business held my car hostage until I paid cash for the tow that he requested...$125.00 I would never recommend this company to anyone as I do not believe that they are honest. Not to mention that the employees are rude if you challenge/question there service methods.

I purchased a remanufactured transmission through this facility to have installed in my vehicle, the transmission they installed failed within a few months. The vehicle was then brought to another repair facility under warranty where I've just been told now after almost a year of dealing with the warranty I've discovered this a used transmission was installed and sold to me as a remanufactured transmission essentially robbing me and forcing me into so many other issues like Towing fees diagnostic fees, dealing with the back and forth lies excuses and complete failure in customer service the worst experience I've ever had with any repair facility and I'm still dealing with getting this issue resolved. bring your car literally anywhere else and save yourself the trouble of being robbed swindled and lied to.
