He had some guy do something to the the wiring in my truck, crazy. I took it back a month later and he said he didn't know what the issue was but whenever it broke down to call him lol. I spent $1000.00 for that advice. Now it's been over a year and im still dealing with the same sensor. I've had several shops tell me to take it back to him and have him do the repair he was hired to do, but I don't think so. Be careful and make sure you get a print out if the work he does.

On the trip down I noticed that there was some slipping in the transmission. Very minor but still something that was concerning. We didn't want to leave the car and not know what was going on so I took it to George based on the reviews I read online. He took the car for a ride, said it was slipping between 1st and 2nd. So, you brace for the price... He said the Honda transmission is rock solid and this could easilty last for years before it gives out so just drive it and not worry about it. He had an opportunity to sell me a re-build which will someday be necesary but told us that now wasn't the time to do it. I greatly appreciated the honesty and integrity. The only downside is that when it needs to be re-built, the car probably won't be in houston and we'll have to find somebody else.

Well besides the fact their prices are higher than their local competitors, I was hoping for a good…read moreexperience. I made an appointment at 12noon for brake service and oil change. Was told front brakes and rotors needed replaced and a flush of master cylinder. Total was right at $1,000.00. I was told when I was given the cost estimate at 12:32pm, they had already started the oil change and it would be an hour and I would be out of there. At approximately 2:000pm, I inquired about the progress and was then told it should be just another 30 minutes. Well those 30 minutes came and went and now we are an hour over their promised time. Still no one came to the waiting room to alert me or discuss why the extra time. I finally was able to talk to an employee at 3:18pm who came in with the keys and said, "All good to go" like nothing had happened. He was so nonchalant about it and we then had a professional, adult discussion about how I had been treated, left in the dark and how it was nearly 2 hours now past the promised time with no updates from anyone. It was a very disappointing experience to say the least. I am sending an email to Justin, the owner as I was told and laughed at, to explain how I was treated. I hope he returns my email and understands my frustration by the lack of professionalism and customer service of his employees at this establishment. - They do not keep the customer informed about the progress even when it is well after the expected time of completion. - They are mush higher in price than most other shops I have visited. $1,000.00 for front bake pads, front rotors and oil change for a 2018 Ford escape. - Service reps at the front desk were not sympathetic about quoting the estimated time of completion and being so far off. Asked what warranty there was for the just done completed since I was concerned with my experience of total failure after only 6000 miles. Service manager replied none and repeated this a number of times. Zip, nada, not 100 miles, 5 miles, 30 days, one day or even to the end of the driveway onto Hwy 105. Their warranty on just completed work was apparently Good Luck, a hope and a prayer. An indication of the faith they have in their technicians? I wasn't looking for a long warranty just protection that before 30 days the transmission would not go out again after their repair. Be warned, look elsewhere when a repair shop won't warranty just done work.
