I've been using Eagle Air for my home and my mother's home for years, and they have always provided excellent service. They've helped us with issues like a leaking secondary condensate line at both homes and also helped me when the motor on my HVAC unit stopped working. Amber is always very nice and professional to work with, and their technician, Charleton, is very knowledgeable and friendly. I truly appreciate their prompt response and quality work -- highly recommend Eagle Air! read more

I recently had a concern with my heating system exhaust system. Another company come by for my annual service and told me the flue wasn't installed properly it could leak carbon monoxide into my home. They said it be $10,000 to fix! I was very upset as they had serviced my system twice before. Plus, I am a VIP Member of this company. Typical bait and switch! I called Eagle Air and it was the best thing I could have done!!! First off, Amber was very nice on the phone and scheduled an appointment for me. The Service Technician, Carlton, came to my home and fixed the issue in less than 20 minutes; at no cost. Besides that, he was very friendly and professional. I highly recommend this company read more

Beware! Set up an appointment for Friday morning. They never showed up. Texted the person who confirmed the appointment. Never replied. I had to take a day off work so at least make an effort to show up. What a waste of my time. I Don't recommend this company. Beware'. read more

Mike was the only person to return my call on New Year's Eve. He got my heat up and running ! We could have been in the cold for 4 days or more. Definitely keep the number handy. I love doing business with REAL people that return calls even on a holiday. I will definitely refer my friends and family. Thanks Mike! read more

Great service they responded quick would keep on calling them if I ever need a service done. Highly recommended.

Horrible company. Stay away. Missed appointment, when I finally called to ask where technician was they offered no apologies, just excuses. When the tech finally came out, he could not have been more rude and unprofessional. It's shocking these people are still in business. Take your business elsewhere. read more

Rude and incompetent. Avoid. Installed the AC unit at my house but couldn't honor the warranty. read more

When my family and I were finally able to purchase our first home (after 10 years of marriage), we were so excited. Unfortunately, we didn't know the lowest bidder was chosen as the subcontractor for the HVAC system. Coming home one day my heart sank, as I saw water damage in the walls. It seemed to be coming from my attic. Long story short, the evaporator coil & drip pan were installed incorrectly, causing water condensation to build, damage the unit, and overflow. After months of waiting for a fix, I thought this trial was finally over. Nope. The technician who came over to repair the unit intentionally cut a hole in the evaporator and left zone control wires disconnected. My wife had a strange feeling about the technician to begin with. Seems like her gut feeling was right. I've contacted the Contractors State Licensing Board and filed a complaint. As someone who manages construction sites for a living, I've seen some crazy things, but never something this sinister. Advice: STAY FAR AWAY! Also, shame on builders of new construction homes ,William Lyons (now Taylor Morrison), for choosing the lowest bidder in favor of profits over quality. read more

Stay away from this company, I have called to find some information since the system was installed by them KB homes is the builder. Amber is the one took my call and ask my what community I live in according to her she couldn't find KB Medows and she say I can't find it and hung up on me I try calling back but she sees my number and wouldn't answer well done hope the owner or supervisor see this complaint cause I try Venessa the manager and no luck, Don't do business with ignorant people read more

They came out because of a slight noise coming from the bathroom vent. Ron was the technician that came to check it out. He quickly found the solution and immediately fixed the problem. I asked him about other things I noticed and it turns out I just had to hose down the compressor. He did it himself and told me what to watch out for and provided me with tips to better maintain the system. He went above and beyond my expectations. Thank you Ron. read more

I recently had to have my brand new AC unit serviced because someone tried to steal my condenser. Eagle Air was professional, attentive, and constantly willing to wait for me as I continuously had the wrong parts. After all was said and done they definitely went above and beyond. read more

This company seems to be used as the lowest bidder for new home developments. Not only are they the lowest bidder they also have horrible customer service. I am a military member that took leave in order to be home for an appointment and they just called and left a message saying they were rescheduling for the next day. I waited around all day the second day and no one showed up. I called them and left a message saying Friday is okay if they will come. I called this morning to see what was going on and they said they are currently in a different location and need to reschedule again. Very disappointed especially since they are who I have to deal with whenever I have an ac or heating issue no, because they are who the warranty for the new house is through. I have a job that has many hours so it is not okay to waste people's time. Do better eagle air read more

Cooling/Heating on our HVAC had quit over holiday, in new development area. They were prompt in getting in back in contact with me on the next business day. As Fred of Eagle Air was already in area, he was able to stop by to look over our HVAC. Fred was able to quickly identify the problem was with the water safety sensor not being level, which was causing the sensor to trip. He was able to both quickly adjust it, and also explain it what had happened and why. As well as what I, as the homeowner, should look for in future. Very satisfied. read more

Ron helped us out big time! He came for an emergency appointment, took a look at our AC, and got to work! He gave us on-point recommendations and was very friendly. He fixed our refrigeration issue in a prompt and timely manner. Exceptional customer service! Couldn't be happier! read more

Eagle air has horrible response time! They don't communicate with customers. I had left 4 messages when they finally decided to call me back. Don't they know that good customer service is crucial when there is so much competition out there!! This is the third or fourth time that this company comes out here for the same thing. I will never refer them to anyone! read more

My experience with Eagle Air was fantastic. My original point of contact Nick Zajda was friendly, knowledgeable, and clearly explained their service process. The technician Mike Bundrock arrived as scheduled, quickly troubleshooted our older A/C system and fixed the problem with minimal time and cost to me. Highly recommend! read more

Horrible service. Rude woman with a bad attitude making appointments. Eagle Air did not show up to an appointment and when I called to query - they said I must wait 2-3 weeks. Eventually came out - but not helpful. I found another contractor that was on time, efficient and solved the problem. Avoid this company at all costs. read more

They missed 2 appointments and won't pick up the phone. We have to use them because we purchased our home through KB Home.

Great customer service - they helped me out during a heat wave and treated me as if I was their only customer.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. Our A/C unit completely s*** the bed. Of course this happened during a San Diego heat wave. To make matters worse I have a dog and pregnant wife at home overhearing all day. We scheduled a consultation Monday and they gave us a window from 1-4 on Friday. My wife and I toughed it out the entire week. Friday rolls by and I call around 3:30pm (spoke to Erica) and asked what time they were planning on showing up since it was pretty close to the end of the window. She was very nice and told me she would call me back to give me a better idea on what time the experts would show up. I gave it about a half hour and didn't receive a call back from her or anyone else. I call back and it goes directly to voice mail. I leave a stern message. I call again a few more times... nothing. Not only did they no show to an appointment that we had scheduled all week during a heat wave but they couldn't even give me a courtesy call to cancel. Erica said she would call back and I received nothing. The most unprofessional business I've ever had to deal with, and they haven't even touched my unit yet. We shall see how that goes... if they ever show up. I don't have a choice but to use them because of the complex I live in however if you have a choice, do not use this company! read more

We had them out to fix our A/C (which they never checked for a new home build), and also verify that the heat worked. They said they did, sure enough, it still didn't work. In scheduling their next visit, they were extremely uncommunicative, showed up late with no call, and completely missed the rescheduled appointment. read more

Eagle Air did a wonderful job installing Air Conditioning in my home. The staff was timely in their responses, friendly, and punctual. When an unexpected situation arose, Eagle Air not only remedied the situation, but took care of the resulting cost. I would highly recommend! read more

Eagle Air did a great job installing our home HVAC system! I would recommend them to all my friends for HVAC work.

Hands down the best service and staff. Our AC was down in an extremely hot day. Erica provided me with above and beyond customer service, making sure there's technician even though they are fully booked and still managed to squeeze us in early morning service as soon as possible. I can't thank them enough! I highly recommended them for all heating and cooling solution! read more

Best price on a.c. and quality condenser. The guys who installed it were professional, on time, courteous and cleaned up after themselves which is always a plus!! Eagle Air did an awesome job servicing our AC. My family was able to be cool for the summer. They were on time respectful ,professionally dressed and cleaned up after themselves when they were done the servicing the AC. Ron gave great tips on how to prolong the life of the AC unit. Five stars all the way for Eagle Air I would recommend them to friends and family read more

I have had multiple bad experiences with HVAC companies, but I have nothing but great things to say about Eagle Air. I found them to be honest and I was surprised when they showed up on time. The professionalism of the staff was appreciated. Nick Zajda was the person I spoke to initially and when the job went late, he called me personally to make sure that it was okay if they stayed a little later to make sure everything was fixed and working properly. I would highly recommend the company! read more

Worst company I ever had to deal with. Their customer service is beyond horrible. One time I had to take leave for a technician to come out (due to their limited hours), and he ended up being a no show. Very unprofessional. I also never received a call from the office that he wasn't going to show. The lady at the office says she'll call you back when u ask her a question, but she never does. Don't expect them to follow up with you, you have to be proactive and do it yourself. Otherwise, your issue will never be resolved. I don't recommend any new builders to use Eagle Air as their first choice of A/C. read more

Fast, friendly service. Had an appointment within a week of calling; and a new condenser at a great price!

I recently purchased a new house. The house came with stamped supply registers. They did not look or sound good. The first time I turned on my AC I can hear the whistling thru the registers. I called Eagle Air and in 2 days they swapped out the stamped registers with a better looking and performing Bar supply register. The technician arrived on time. Got in there and swapped out the registers in no time. The installation was outstanding. Registers were parallel to the wall and caulked in for a clean look. I was extremely satisfied with the overall experience with Eagle Air. So for My HVAC needs I know who to call. Eagle Air. read more

Eagle Air is a qualified and dedicated HVAC contractor who installed 2 systems in our home 7 years ago. They have since serviced the systems for routine maintenance and warranty covered repairs. As a licensed general contractor I am pleased to strongly recommend them for HVAC projects both commercial and residential. Pathetic customer service - they missed 2 appointments with me in the span of 4 days- and and this is with a 5 hour window that I'm supposed to wait around to hear from them (missed a day of work). The technicians do not return the dispatcher's calls and the dispatchers do not follow up with the customers. Amazed they are still in business. Bgandy read more

Eagle Air came to my home to perform warranty work on my AC. The job required two trips. The first trip, the technician diagnosed the problem. The second trip, the technicians replaced the faulty part. The technicians were very friendly and did their work in a timely manner. The only issue I have is with their customer service representative, Vanessa. Vanessa comes across as a know it all instead of a person providing customer service. My recommendation for dealing with Vanessa is to not allow her to get a word in other than "Yes sir/ma'am." During my first call with Vanessa, she did most of the speaking and told me "how it was." Second call didn't go the same for her. I controlled the conversation politely yet authoritatively and I received the desired results. read more

Purchased a new home in 2015, which had a Carrier air conditioner installed by Eagle Air. The developer, and this company were still on site, so they responded to a 2016 issue. They installed but they are not responsible. They don't care of your air conditioning unit after 1 year builder's warranty. Don't call them or get service from them. read more

We had a problem with an annoying noise in the heating duct in one of our rooms. Eagle Air worked with us to find the cause of the problem and fix it in a timely and creative way. Fred, the technician, who worked with us was very customer oriented, took his time to find the cause of the problem and then confer with his colleagues who came up with the solution. The staff I talked with at Eagle Air were all very understanding, listened to me explain the situation and worked with me to get rid of the noise. read more

Just used Eagle air for the second time and couldn't be happier. Eagle air was recommended by a friend after our previous AC service company said our unit could not be fixed and quoted us $10,000 for new units. Eagle air came out, and in 2 minutes found a short in a wire. 5 minutes later we were up and running. Given the simplicity they didn't charge us and just asked to keep them in mind the next time we needed them, which led to our second use about 6 months later. Needed the systems to be recharged which they did quickly and affordably. The technician was very polite and professional. He never tried to up-sell us on services like the last company. He just took care of what we needed and made sure our units were running well. Eagle air has earned our trust and we won't call anyone else. read more

I bought a new home with KB Homes last year, My AC unit went out, I put in a warranty claim with KB Homes. They sent out Eagle Air. The first tech that came initially told me everything would be covered under the warranty. When the parts came in and the new tech came to install, he proceeded to complete the repairs. At some point he had taken pictures and sent them to his company who had emailed them to KB Homes Rep, who called me to tell me that the warranty would NOT cover the damage. They told me I would have to pay $1500. However, I had not known any of this work would not be covered since the tech did not get my permission as soon as he noticed a problem. He left me with new parts, took out my property (broken parts) away and I never got to see them nor was I ever given a chance to investigate what he was saying. I was left with a working AC that I could not operate because they cut the wires when I told them I did not have the money to pay for it. I have tried to put in a home owners insurance claim but so far it is being denied because neither company has provided a report, pictures, invoice, or even let the claims person investigate. They have not responded to her prompts. I would NOT work with such an unprofessional company! read more

Eagle Air has been a pleasure to do business with! They installed a new AC unit for us, and we could not be happier with the overall experience. They were professional from start to finish. Dustin, Zach, and Willy were all professional, punctual, and very polite. They kept us informed along each step of the process, and were sure to clean up after themselves. We definitely recommend Eagle Air! read more
