Since we were replacing the carpet, we saved time on prep work and used it as a drop cloth. Sergio did a great job patching holes on wall and repairing popcorn ceiling bubbling up from the paint sprayer. I work all day so I can only check the progress and status after work. The consistent ease of communication with Mike via text regarding all work is truly next-level. I've never had an easier time working with someone. That's the part I don't know how to put into words. And then in addition to the communication, the quality of work Panther offers is extremely high. They can do so much more outside of just painting! I had an exterior door frame issue that multiple contractors had tried to address, and Panther was the only one who actually fixed the problem. The quality of their work both aesthetically and functionally is top-notch. I have some smaller projects I didn't hire them for because they are more expensive, and sometimes I just need cheaper relief less perfection, but the reason they're more expensive is because of their perfect quality. I'm to the point now where no matter what the project, even if I'm not sure it's something they can do or not, I check in with them first to see if it's something I can hire them for. Ivan came out for the initial assessment and spent a good amount of time answering all of my questions, which I really appreciated. My house also had peeling stucco and some rotting wood trim, and they were comfortable assessing those issues and explaining how they would repair them. Vitaly and another crew member worked on the house and were fantastic. They repaired the peeling stucco and rotting wood trim before painting, and everything was done cleanly and professionally. They kept the workspace very tidy, put all tools away at the end of each day, and did a thorough cleanup afterward, including all paint scrapings and debris. They worked quickly and were also surprisingly quiet (I.e. no loud music or constant chatter). The whole job took about 10 days total, with a small delay due to rain. Communication throughout the process was great. Mike (the owner) was very responsive via text, provided regular updates, and was genuinely nice and personable. The team was also happy to accommodate extra requests like painting the mail slot, chimney, and changing the door color, all without any surprise costs. I even bought a new porch light to replace my old one, with the intention to swap it out myself after they were done, but Vitaly offered to install it for me too :) Overall, the paint job was very neat and professionally done. It's up on the second story and was an expensive outdoor/marine rated TV. I elected NOT to have it taken off before painting because I was afraid it would be broken. I felt that workers working around it with paintbrushes (it was covered with plastic) were less likely to damage it. But at the end of the day the screen was broken and I have had no one else working in my backyard that could have broken it. Maybe a ladder or a guy falling into it. I discovered it was broken about 10 days after the painters left. When I mentioned it to the owner, he denied it was his guys. If this was a regular TV, I would probably let it go. But this was a specialty TV. I asked for his insurance company so I could file a claim and he never sent it. It's obvious, once I paid, he just doesn't care. Additionally, everything he removed from under a covered deck....a set of weights, a weight bench, exercise trampoline etc., he left rusting in the bushes and never put it back after he painted. I called to ask him about it and he has still never put them back. I'm big on reviews as I use them to pick those who work in and on my house. Because he doesn't have the character to pay for things that he broke and he doesn't value things that I own by putting them in the bushes instead of moving them somewhere under a tarp and then putting them back....I cannot recommend this company. I will be putting this review in google and other sites. I will also be filing a small claims against him.

Our vision for the project was to refurbish our home to become more modern, which meant choosing a different exterior paint color. Not only was he able to immediately recommend different colors, but the color scheme he chose for us fitted our home perfectly and was exactly what we had in mind. Chris and his team's work is of the highest quality. Many of our home's eaves had been damaged by termites and needed replacing; many of the wooden boards were not only very high up and hard to reach, but also very large. Yet, he said it was no problems and his carpenters were able to make our eaves look brand new. They even went beyond replacing the badly damaged boards and helped sand and fill in the rest of our eaves! The paint was also of the same level of quality. His painting team is highly skilled: there are no paint bubbles or flakes, no messy streaks or flecks to be seen, and they'll make sure any lights or decorations on the exterior walls are removed or completely covered. The greatest merit of Chris and his team, however, is their work ethic. We were in the middle of a heat dome when they started work, meaning temperatures were in the high 90s to 100s all day. Despite the unpleasant weather, Chris's team would arrive on time every day and work with no complaints. The workspace was always kept clean and organized at the end of each day; upon finishing, they made sure the surrounding area was extra clean. The most surprising thing is, the team was able to finish the project in a week, a whole week faster than the original 2 week estimate! It is amazing how quickly yet masterfully they were able to complete the work in these summer conditions, and we thank them for all their hard work (not to mention that they were able to start work a day or two after Chris's appraisal). His team is also very flexible. We initially weren't planning on repainting our garage since it was newer, but after seeing how it looked with the new colors, we decided we wanted to repaint it as well.
