I had my first Enoodles dinner tonight. It was a good dining experience. When we arrived there was a wait. The wait ended up being a lot shorter that we first thought. We were sat in about five minutes from the time we placed our name on the waiting list. Our server was on top of things all night. Our drinks never ran out and we never needed anything. The food was really good. We started with an order of vegetable spring rolls. I ordered Thai Pineapple Chicken as my entree and my wife ordered shrimp lo mein. The star of the night was the sweet and sour Thai sauce on the pineapple chicken! The spring rolls were also great. I ordered a pear martini from the bar. It wasn't as impressive as the food. I only wound up drinking about 1/2 of it. I wish I had ordered something different. read more

We got some apps, Spicy Tuna roll (Awesome), Shrimp Dim Sum (Also very good), Chicken Satay (and that peanut sauce....) and a tuna nacho thing (I couldn't enjoy it, had imitation crab, im alergic, others loved it). Dinner was served, Twice fired noodles with chicken and vegetables was amazing, two of my guests had the hibachi one steak (looked amazing, he said it was) and the other shrimp, he also enjoyed it. I love E-noodles! I've been eating here for about 3 years now. I usually come here when I'm craving big broth noodles such as, ramen or phó. Their sushi is great too! All of the staff that I've interacted with are kind and friendly. Their dining area/ bathrooms/ patios are always clean! You can expect them to be busy during lunch and dinner. If I'm in Kannapolis/ Concord area and want ramen or phó than this is the spot! The only negative I have is that they have too many options on their menu. Having options is a good thing but too many is usually bad. I say this because there are a few things that I have tried that are just not up to par such as, their fish tacos. A lot of restaurants make the mistake of putting so many things on their menu's that they are unable to perfect their dishes and end up losing profits. read more

One of my all time favorite Asian restaurants and that's saying a lot! Asian food is my favorite type of food, and Enoodles is a staple I have been going to for YEARS. Even though they can get very busy, staff is always very welcoming and friendly. The service is always great and you just feel at home there. The food also comes out quickly and tastes DELICIOUS. I have a few staples there (steamed chicken and veggies, sushi & also fried rice with gluten free soy sauce) and they are always reliable in quality. The food is also priced very well and despite the business it doesn't usually get too too loud. Overall, I would 100% recommend this place over and over again! They have so many gluten free (GF) options as well and can make most things gluten free with substituting gluten free soy sauce. If you are in the Charlotte area, this is a MUST try!!! Best waitstaff I've experienced in any restaurant in a long time (not just because I haven't eaten in a restaurant much in interesting times, done mostly takeaway). Busy Saturday night in the restaurant, the family checking in just ahead of me was told 35min wait for a table for 3, but as I was dining solo I said I was fine sitting at the sushi bar if there was space and they seated me immediately. The good and bad part of that is I saw everything coming out of not just the sushi bar but also getting arranged onto trays from the kitchen, and I wanted to eat it all. The servers were all lovely about telling me what they were taking out to other tables, because I am that person who asks. Ended up opening with an E-finity sushi roll, similar to a spider roll (soft shell crab) but with cream cheese and tuna, jalapeños, and rice sticks, and also a seasonal menu item, panko zucchini, both of which were amazing and probably enough for a meal, but I was really hungry when I ordered and couldn't pick between two entrees so I had more coming. The server said all the grouper items were consistently top sellers, and I can see why. I had the tempura grouper with lemon mushroom sauce, and I don't know why more fish and chips places don't use grouper, it was superb and even held up when I put leftovers in the air fryer the next day, which given that it was a tempura batter in gravy is no small accomplishment. And I saw a black bean chow fan (flat wide rice noodles) on the menu and was drawn to it because many moons ago, a friend in Seattle had ordered a similarly titled dish and it was amazing and I've been looking for it ever since. This was different, very tasty, the search continues though... but have I got a story to tell you about communication with the kitchen and good wait staff. See, my brother, when he orders a noodle dish, gets it with just chicken and American broccoli. No carrots, bamboo shoots, pea pods, etc, pretty much a chicken and broccoli entree on a bed of noodles instead of with a bowl of rice. He eats other stuff too, but that's his comfort food. And I've gotten into that habit too, being specific with my veggies when ordering a noodle dish, because I don't happen to like baby corn or water chestnuts or bamboo shoots, all of which are reasonably typical noodle dish default veggies to have with the carrots, broccoli, snow peas. But this one listed peppers, carrots, onions, broccoli, then had different price points for different proteins. Calamari was a protein option. That's a win in my book every day, even if it is a little pricier than some of the other options. So calamari black bean chow fan, and I tell the server these veggies are fine but if it was possible to skip the peppers. No problem. The dish comes out without peppers, sure, but it does have all the default veggies I mentioned above. I start picking around them, figure it's no problem, but the more I poke (and nibble), the more confused I get. Finally I ask the server back over and ask for a menu, because I want to see the description again. Sure enough, the veggies I was expecting weren't there at all, the veggies I didn't love were, and what's more, no chow fan. Which is kinda in the name of the dish. I hate to be that guy who sends a dish back, but I did, and they made it according to the menu description. Good thing it also is a dish that reheats well, because I totally over ordered. read more

This was one of our favorite places when we lived in the Charlotte area. We stopped on the way back home from a day in South Park. It was just as good as we remembered and still reasonably priced. The sushi and hibachi were old favorites but we branched out this time. I had a Philly roll and my wife had the Crab Rangoon's for appetizers. Both delicious. For the main entrees we had the pan seared group with mixed vegetables in a brown oyster sauce and the five spice beef noodle bowl. The bowl was good but the grouper was excellent. This is a wonderful asian place. They have some outdoor seating and also the staffs are friendly. They serve most of these items you might find in an asian restaurant. Tried some fried sushi which was amazing, i like the raw sushi too but man Noone told me about the fried sushi. Its the real thing. Once you go Fried, u be happy that u tried. Also enjoyed the lomein noodles which was nice dry and also the udon noodles was out of the park. They steamed veggies with shrimp and crab would definitely make it worth the price. Price wise it is decent, and i would say it is worth the price. I did a take out and the service time and wait was pleasant. Entrance was a little confusing but food and staff were great. I had the Pad Thai which was delicious. So much food that I had 2 meals off of it. It came with either a garden salad or a spring roll. Go with the spring roll because the sauce that comes with it makes it awesome. Made me wish I could make a meal just on those two. Staff was friendly and helpful even with a newcomer. We love E Noodles! Their fried spring rolls and pad Thai are our favorite. We've also tried the lo mein (fine but not our favorite), and the E Noodles fried rice (very good!) we did try a sushi roll that we really didn't care for... it had really huge chunks of imitation crab in it and the whole roll was a little dry, but would be willing to try again since we've heard good things about it from others. We just ordered here tonight a take out order. I was having a pregnancy craving for Chinese food and this is my go to! But NEVER again!!! The food was poorly made and not the correct order. When we called to have it remade or receive a refund. They insulted us calling me woman and threatened us with action saying, "They have people to call that could take care of me" if we call back and make any more trouble. This was truly frightening and escalated quickly without reason. We were hung up on several times by one of the waitress and the owner. They offered us a credit that we are unsure we will receive or not. They refuse to speak to us without yelling or threats. I feel this is racial motivated when I asked to be called my name instead of woman and to stop threatening me with calling "their friends" to take care of me. She refused like I was invisible. As if she was trying to scare a pregnant woman into submission. It's amazing that after so many years of frequenting this restaurant I'm truly shocked by the treatment and lack of customer service. I have never been treated so badly by a restaurant. If you run a business especially a food establishment you must have a thicker skin. As a fellow business owner . I know it can be tough taking criticism. Since there's another stimulus check on the way, I decided to do the right thing and support a local business! I got the Pad Thai lunch portion with tofu and the sushi lunch combo #5 to-go. I started with the sushi. The combo came with two pieces of tuna nigiri, two pieces of salmon nigiri, and an unagi roll for around $11.00. The tuna nigiri was pretty par for the course as far as tuna goes; nothing really special. The salmon nigiri was very good. Definitely some of the better raw salmon I've had in recent memory. The unagi roll, like the tuna roll, was pretty much as expected. Nothing amazing but certainly not bad. I got the Pad Thai lunch portion with tofu at a level 2 spicy. The portion was very generous for the price ($8.50). I will easily get 2-3 meals out of it. As far as the taste goes, it's far from the worst Pad Thai I've had, but it's not the best, either. I've had probably 7ish variations of Pad Thai throughout Charlotte and Concord and I'd rank this one at 3 or 4 with 1 being the best and 7 being the worst. It seems like that's the trend with this restaurant. They have a large menu with lots of different items, but a jack of all trades is a master of none. That being said, however, it's still very good Pad Thai. I would come back and get this again, especially given how cheap it is for lunch. Totally worth it. The two combos come with either a ginger salad or a spring roll. Naturally, I got a salad with one and a spring roll with the other. The salad was a pretty basic and was comparable to what you'd get at a hibachi place. The spring roll was tasty. Seems like they made it in-house. Overall, it's definitely a solid choice for lunch if you want some Asian food. Great value all around, and I definitely was not disappointed by anything. Just recently moved back to the area and have been steadily trying out new places close and around Concord. I arrived at 7 pm on a Friday and they were packed! It was a 15 minute wait for a party of 2 at first available...not bad!! We started with the Pot Stickers...they were really good. We ordered them pan fried so they had a nice crunch and of course the hot sake! For our meal, we ordered 4 rolls and I'm going to try and do my best to recall them all. American Dream - I loved this! My date did not. The avocado was delicious. I did feel that this could have used an added fruity taste but it was good the way it was. Crunchy spicy salmon roll - My date picked this one and really like it. It's a salmon roll that is lightly fried. Dynamite Roll - My date hated this one but I thought it was delicious. Shrimp Tempura - The other one that my date ordered. It was to be expected. My date didn't have a good experience but only because he's a little hesitant with raw fish. I had ordered the Panko zucchini expecting lightly dusted large zucchini and got a plate heaped with tiny bits of veg overly covered in a ton of breading. The dipping sauce was good. ‍ I also had the tofu miso soup which was fine but more bland than most. My boyfriend had a fried veggie noodle dish and he says: "ahhh decent but not great". He would not return for that dish and says the veggies are from a bag. The brown sauce met with his approval. His daughter (20) is a major ramen fan and had the miso ginger pork ramen. It was, in her words, "bland miso with store packaged top ramen type noodles, the egg was tough and rubbery and the pork had very little flavor....I was already disappointed but the ramen disappointed me more." We were looking for some good Pho in our area. We came across this establishment and checked the menu online. Now realize that our expectations are low for great non-American foods. I'm going to say WOW, they knocked it out of the park. Fantastic Pho and the ramen was also perfect. We picked it up to go and when I went in to pick the order up, the restaurant was full. We order from here almost every week. My wife typically gets a Miso soup and I try different dishes. So far, there is no dish that I would not recommend. The owner of this place is the most disrespectful, arrogant owner that I've EVER spoken too!!! First of all I placed a to go order and was almost back home before they called me and said they accidentally gave me the wrong bag. Ok, that's an honest mistake so I turned around and went back to pick up my food only to get home and them not have my order right! The employees apologized and offered me $4 for my "inconvenience" . I just spent over $50 dollars at this place and $4 wasn't cool. So I requested to speak to the manager and the owner immediately pick up the phone with a attitude. So good! This place exceeded my expectations. My friend and I were craving Asian and decided to try takeout from E Noodles. The smell of the food enticed is... The first bite: We both were in love. Our noodles and fried rice dishes were perfectly seasoned and cooked. The portion sizes were great and we had leftovers. The potstickers were delicious. I did not care too much for the crab Rangoon as they were a tad dry and stale. The entryway was very congested by people waiting to be seated and those waiting to pick up orders. Great Place for lunch or dinner in Afton Village area in concord. I went to this place numerous times and found perfect. The food is great so is the service. It gets little noisy when busy but manageable. They have good selection of sushi and rolls. We loved the crispy salmon roll, shrimp Tamura and california roll the most.
