I was pleasantly surprised to learn that Red Dragon now offers a Boba bar. We took a family trip to check them out. Our server very patiently answered all of our questions about the different flavors they offered. We opted for a Passion fruit tea with Passion fruit popping boba, a Taro Tea with regular Boba, and 2 Classic Bobas (one with regular Boba and one with Passion fruit boba). The Passion Fruit Tea was probably the favorite of the bunch. The Classic Boba was also good....decent flavor and not too sweet. The Taro Tea was the least favorite of our orders. Overall our first family boba experience was a good one. I would definitely give it a try again! read more

This place changed owner & now sucks. The food here was so good before the new ownership. Not sure if its the cook or the ingredients being used but it's definitely not the same for about a year now. The past year I keep giving them a chance but they just keep disappointing me. Ive asked them if they are under new ownership but the woman ther says no. My wife ordered Shrimp Fired Rice w/No Onions and it was loaded with onions, and the rice had a funny chemical-like taste to it. I ordered Moo Goo Gai pan. I love the taste of the sauce, but I hate mushrooms. We placed to order VERY CLEARLY and said: NONE OF THE FOLLOWING THINGS PLEASE; Carrots, Mushrooms, Zucchini or Broccoli. ALL I WANT ARE THE FOLLOWING: Water chestnuts, baby corn, napa cabbage and a few snow peas, and please make it spicy. What I got was 90% snow peas and 10% chicken and no broth! Nothing else, no water chestnuts, baby corn, or napa cabbage! The tiny pieces of chicken had no taste to it like it had been boiled in water and no seasoning at all, and it was not spicy at all. My rice had the same funny chemical taste... After a few bites we threw it in the trash and will be calling the restaurant in the morning. There was no place to ask for soy or mustard packets, so I had to call the restaurant, and I asked for 10 packs of EACH, Soy & Mustard ONLY, & NO DUCK SAUCE because we do not like it, she said OKAY quickly and hung up. Typical rude Chinese people! When the order arrived, we received 2 Soy sauce, 2 Mustard sauce, and 8 Duck sauce. A lot of Chinese restaurants do this, why? Just to piss you off? Oh well, I will be calling them in the morning and asking for a refund and if I have any problems, I'll just let my credit card company dispute the charge. First and LAST time eating here! We decided we'd try a new restaurant. Honeyyyy... this is NOT it!!!! I ordered Szechuan tofu and veggie egg rolls and my partner ordered ribs and chicken wings. I was soooo disappointed!!!! I'd never had Chinese food, with the exception of fried rice to contain only peas, carrots and onions. The tofu was not seasoned at all. Tasted as if someone cubed tofu, made gravy and threw in peas, carrots and onions. No green onions, no peppers. I swear this is an American dish. So glad to get some decent Chinese food delivered to my door today. They said it would arrive in 35 minutes and in 35 minutes it was here. Yes, a sweet, polite child answered the phone when I called to place my order. When I gave my order an adult woman took it, and an older man delivered the goods so I guess this is truly a family run business. The food tasted nice enough. There was only a little chicken at the top of the chicken lo mein - not one morsel throughout. The egg roll was a little bit mushy. The sesame chicken was the best thing I had, as it wasn't too sweet. Hubby says his Curried Chicken was nice. The order was priced fair. Twenty dollars to feed two adults. It was tasty, but there were no chopsticks in the bag. Good thing I had my own. They earned three stars because they didn't hit the meal out of the park, and the woman taking my order was less than patient. This food is the worst Chinese food that I have ever had in my life. I purchased 4 lunch sesame seed chicken combos that included fried rice and egg rolls. I also ordered a side of broccoli. This totaled $46! The rice was not fried rice. It was bland white rice that was slightly brown and no onions or anything. Everything was awfully bland. The egg rolls and broccoli were even terrible. My husband noted that everything tasted prepackaged and reheated. The texture was even subpar. We will not return. I couldn't even eat half of the food because it was so horrible. Have never had a problem here until today, and after this will never go back. My wife ordered scallion chicken for herself and two large hot and sour soups for me. Got home and should have known there was a problem when she pulled out the shrimp roll and it was half the size of a spring roll. Then she opened her SCALLION chicken to find 4 tiny pieces of scallions. Then I opened my soups and found not two hot and sour soups but two wonton soups. Called them immediately and of course the accused my wife of ordering two wonton soups instead of admitting they messed up. Royal Dragon was pretty good. General Tso and Sesame Chicken was decent, I prefer bigger pieces of chicken and more sauce though. The egg rolls were okay, they were kind of small compared to other Chinese takeouts I've eaten at. The shrimp fried rice was pretty good and had a nice amount of shrimp in it. We had a large order of about $80 so I assume that's the reason we were awarded a free 2 liter soda which was pretty cool. We have been eating here for years and have had pretty good luck. It has not always been the best but has been fairly consistent in the past. Last night I ordered delivery for the wife and I and was surprised to find a staple in my meal. The container was taken from the bag in the kitchen and opened in the living room far from the bag and I ate about half of it before I found the staple. I called and they acted like this was no big deal but offered and refunded my money for my meal only. All I can say is order at your own risk. I remembered seeing the little joint on the way to the neighborhood and thought, "Why not?" We were presently surprised. Now, it's your standard American-style Chinese fare; fried rice, s&s chicken, egg fu young, dumplings, etc. It wasn't too greasy as can happen often, and the portions weren't super gigantor like many places make. The ingredients were fresh-ish (it's cooked, so...), and I have to say that it was some of the better tasting Chinese I've had in recent times. The pricing was on the cheap-ish side, so that's always a plus. Service was great, as the woman that worked there was very helpful for a wet-behind-the-ears transplant. I have been here a half dozen times, I always get the sesame chicken combo. It has always been very consistent in freshness and taste. I like the sauce, it is perfect. They have smaller dinner combo's, served in square dishes. The dinner combo is $6.45ish. The portion size is perfect, but the part that sucks, no leftovers..... My wife always gets the beef and broccoli. She says it is the best in the area. My son gets the pepper pork, extra spicy. He reports that it is pretty darn good. The pepper pork is in a savory pepper sauce, kind of like sweet and spicy. If you do not like onions, avoid, this dish has some large ass onions, just sayn' For comparison, go down the road to Chon Chin, which you pay a little more but get huge portions. Pretty much like the experience. I ordered sesame chicken. I have no clue if they ran out of the traditional sesame sauce and substituted it with my Grandmas sweet tea or Vermont pancake syrup. I literally ate two bites and couldn't handle anymore because of the bottle of soy sauce I had to pour on it to even choke those down. The fried rice and the egg roll both had the dyed almost fake looking pork type product in it that I distain. I even asked if it had it in it and was told NO!!!!! As far as the service. What service?
