However, a man cook came from the kitchen to take my second order and seemed very nice. My first order was shrimp egg foo yong. My second order was chicken egg foo yong. My food was quite delicious. I've been looking for NY style Chinese food in CLT for 16 years now. These weeks recommendation was Fu Shing. I ordered the pepper steak, boneless BBQ pork and roasted pork fried rice. A tip... the roasted pork fried rice is different from the house fried rice. Both were nice. My wife enjoyed the house made more than roast pork. She also liked the taste of the pepper steak. My BBQ ribs were ok. I would try something different next time. Only issue with the meal was how uncomfortable we felt after we ate. If you're looking for a Chinese restaurant where the food quality is consistently good,you have to try Fu Shing. They are located at Mt Holly Huntersville Rd and Beatties Ford Rd. They have the best wings and they make a green tea that is so delicious. The service is always fast and the employees are super friendly. The restaurant does offer dine in but it's very small inside. My favorite dish is the shrimp with lobster sauce. I highly recommend this Chinese restaurant. read more

Pretty disappointed. The wontons were nothing that I could ever relate to a Szechuan wonton that I have ever had in any Asian place anywhere. They appeared to have been fried then covered in a sweet brown sauce. Absolutely awful. I had one and was done, in the trash they went. Also had soup, egg rolls and fried rice. When we first moved to the area which was Aug 2020 we tried this place and the food was really great. Within the pass few months it has dropped in regards to the quality of the food. Rice is greasy it wasn't that greasy before. Food is congealed even if you eat it as soon as you get home. The Garlic Wings are excellent! Portions of all food is good! And I have never known them to get my order wrong. If I compared them to Jin Jin off Market Square I would pick Fu Shing but too be honest neither is great it's just my better choice of the two. read more

Prices too high for amount of food. Fried rice was very good but surely wasn't worth the $8 for small plastic container. It was NOT a quart.

I went here to get the rice and chicken combo. All i asked to have my rice and chicken in the same containers!!! Not extra food. And offered to pay extra for a container which made no sense to me who i could not do it,, and was forced into buying a larger size and pay extra money. Something about this Chinese food dive that is so divine. I've spent so much money here because I eat here at least once a week. I love the chicken and shrimp with broccoli combo and my kids love the orange chicken lunch special. Close to Mt Holly-Huntersville Rd, this is one of the most reasonable and decent Chinese restaurants I have experienced. Sweet and Sour shrimp with vegetable rice will ALWAYS be a winner for me.
