Repairs would take several weeks, so I rearranged my entire work and school schedule to go without a car for that timeframe and set it all up for an appt in Feb. I go to drop off the car for repairs and now get told that they won't do the repairs because there's a scratch on the left corner panel (which has always been there) and they're worried about giving a lifetime warranty and blending paint. Why didn't they say this in December! Now I have to start the process all over. Their word (and written estimate) are no good! Don't waste your time.
