DO NOT GO HERE!! Came here around a year ago after a car accident to get my car fixed. I just recently went to my mechanic because my car was driving funny and my mechanic told me that they fixed nothing!! They did absolutely nothing. So now I have to pay $1500-$2000 to get my car fixed that should've been done the first time. DO NOT GO HERE!! read more

Found this shop thru a list of preferred auto body shops from my insurance and when i checked all of them here in Yelp, Duggan's was the only one that's got a 5 star rating so since it's my first repair ever, i brought my car here. Estimate was just the right amount and the staff was great and really know what customer service is. I got my car earlier than the estimated finish date and i was glad i went to Duggan's for the repair because they made my car look like as if the dent and deep paint-off scratches wasn't there at all. I highly recommend this place and i'm so happy with the quality of their job. By the way, i'm not sure about this but my car looked clean when i picked it up....did they washed my car too? :-) LOL read more

Got the SeaHog back from Duggan's Collision. Jay (Curtis-owner's son in law)has had her for a couple of weeks getting her polished, cleaned, waxed and detailed. He even repainted the outboard lower end. Boat has mostly sat since I bought her new. Planning my retirement options for this summer. The boat looks almost brand new. Great job on the effort and appearance. THANK YOU JAY Steve from Sea Monster Marine in Point Loma is handling the graphics for Sea Hog. He is going to edit and refresh the design I had made back in 2009. read more

If you have Allstate Insurance Duggan's will not work with you. This place was recommended by my father. I called them and made an appointment for my vehicle. My husband took the car in to the shop and they said with Allstate they have to provide an estimate first then bring we can it to them. So I got an estimate from Allstate, called Duggen's let her know I had the estimate from Allstate and asked what are the next steps. She said please email it to them, they will take a look at it and call me back to schedule an appointment. I asked what if the work costs more than what Allstate estimated, since Allstate did an estimate based only on photos. She said not to worry they work with Allstate all the time and whatever the difference is they will notify Allstate and they are really good about paying the difference. After the call I sent the email. Needless to say days went by no phone call back. I called their office and spoke to a woman and let her know I have Allstate and I had already emailed the estimate to Duggan's and no one has called me back. She said come in anytime this week so we can take look at the car and see what needs to be done and what parts are needed then we can start the repair on December 26th. Today my husband takes the car to their shop and is told they don't want to do the repair. They don't want to deal with Allstate. UMMM REALLY, NOW YOU TELL ME THAT!? Here is the thing I don't blame them for not wanting to work with Allstate, I'm not even mad about that. Something I've learned during this debacle is Allstate's claim process is severely flawed. I'm changing insurance companies FOR SURE. However with that being said what I am frustrated and upset about is WHY NOT TELL ME AS SOON AS YOU KNEW I TOLD YOU I HAD ALLSTATE THAT YOU ARE NOT INTERESTED IN MY BUSINESS. WHY JERK ME AROUND!? THAT'S AN A-HOLE MOVE. This is why they get a 1 star rating, zero if I could. That is terrible customer service and I will be blasting it all over my social media to warn people of their terrible business practices. read more

Best Customer Service!!! Extremely happy with the results of my bumper repair. The owners are gems in the community with their warm personalities. This is a honest shop, family owned and ran, it deserves recognition for their customer satisfaction. Thank you for serving our family, we will definitely return for future business! read more

Had a minor car accident. Both passenger doors needed repair, and they did an amazing job. Couldn't be any happier with the result. Left the car like nothing ever happened. Everyone is very nice and professional. read more

So professional, my car is just like new. Duggan's is the real deal. Every person I interacted with was kind, courteous, and went above and beyond for me. They explained all of the process, and were FAST. Honestly it was one of those experiences where you leave and say "those are just good people". My car went through insurance and it was seamless. They are the real deal and even helped me return my rental car. Hands down would only go to Duggan's again in the future. Thank you Duggan's Collision. read more

Took my truck in for a debt in the front fender, within a week my car was ready BUT they also WASHED AND VACUUMED my car!!!! They stayed open later for me too so I could make it in time before closing (15 after 5)! Wonderful work and wonderful service! read more

I can certainly see how this place gets five stars. The only reason I'm not leaving a fifth yet is because I have not yet experienced their service. Based on gathering an estimate alone you can almost immediately tell that they will give you the best bang for your buck. They even go to the point of suggesting other places that would do a better job~! WHO DOES THAT?! So if I were to sum it up in one word, I would say #Awesome read more

I am so pleased with the customer service and the excellent work on my Honda CRV! I ran into a pole on the drivers side of my vehicle and was honestly heartbroken! Kathryn did the estimate and it's a great thing when you hear "we can fix that and it will look like new". And the estimate was the most reasonable of the 3 we got. We were able to pick my car up on the day they originally said. The owners stayed past closing to make sure I got my car back when I got stuck in traffic coming from the doctor's. Highly recommend this collision center! Thanks again! The way you run your business is rare in today's world! read more

My 2015 Infiniti was hit. I dropped my car off on Monday and got it back Friday. The rim, quarter panel and bumper had to get fixed. Being a new car, I was worried the fix wouldn't look the same as new. I was pleasantly surprised when I picked up the car. I would refer anyone to this place, I would come back to this place If I needed to. Ann & her daughter are so nice and friendly. Highly recommend this place for your car repair needs. read more

I recently took my car here for repair following an accident that was not my fault. The other persons insurance company was VERY difficult to work with (never answered, never called back, didn't know how to answer questions etc). When I took my car to duggans they were very friendly and gave me a quote very quickly. Duggans pretty much handled everything else from that point on. From getting my money, to arranging the rental car. My car was completed in a week and they washed and cleaned the car prior to my pick up. It feels good to have good customer service and kindness from a business that genuinely cares. I recommend Duggans to anyone. read more

Duggan's did an excellent job fixing my vehicle after a head-on collision. Great customer service. They even drove my car back to my house when it was finished, which was not too far from their shop. Willing to go back to them if bad luck happens to any of my vehicles again. read more

I had a collision back in February, and this is a place that was recommended to me by my insurance. Boy, was I surprised. This place and these people were literally some of the most nicest and helpful people I have ever come across. GOD forbid , I am ever in a situation again, with my car to be fixed. I will definitely come here. Thank you guy's so much. My car looks great! read more

Yep this is the second time my car got hit...and I would not bring it back to a place unless I thought they would do the work right! No problems even during the time of covid...in fact I recommend you go there now since you will get prompt attention! Not many people are taking their cars to get repaired anywhere...so now is a really good time to get the job done!!! You know where part of my stimulus money went since I had a deductible until the other guy's insurance paid up...and they did by the way. read more

I received an estimate and was told it would take 4 days, so I contacted my insurance company and got the claim approved. I called Sean he told me to bring the car in on Monday. Later that week I realized that Monday was Labor day, I called to confirm the drop-off date, left a message, they never called back. I called several other times, went to voice mail, I did not leave messages, felling the one should be enough. I drove by Sunday night (it was on my way home) No signs stating they were closed Monday (Labor Day). Monday morning I rent a car and me and my boyfriend drive to Duggins, they are closed. I am livid and I admit I yelled as I was sitting in front of their closed shop in my rental car, that I have to pay for myself, when I left a message. (I also apologized for yelling in the same message). My boyfriend drops the car off on Tuesday (I was in class), Wednesday goes by, Thursday I call to get an update. I'm told my car won't be ready until next Wednesday. While my voice, I am sure, showed the consternation I was feeling, I said "You're killing me, I was told it would only take 4 days" I did not yell. The woman said she would "Check that out". Sean got on the phone and said that they had fallen behind. I reiterated that they have already cost me the rental car charge for Monday and now I'm going to have to pay for another 6 days. He said that they would cover the cost of the rental car. A couple hours later, my boyfriend called and said Duggins called him to say they don't want to work on my car. (How old are these people? It is my car, my transaction, I am the one that will be paying for it. My boyfriend is not my Daddy and I am a grown woman) They used an excuse of: I yelled at them today, so therefor they don't want to work on my car. That is a lie!!!!! (I have bronchitis. I can't yell, it turns into coughing fits) I did not yell at them today, but I did express my dissatisfaction with words. I think the real reason they do not want to work on my car is because they do not want to honor Sean's offer to pay for my rental car. That would have been almost $300.00 out of their pockets. I understand that under normal circumstances, the smart thing would have been to go somewhere else, but I already had 4 days and almost $200 invested in this. Now I get to start the process all over again (What a waste) They have Christian religious signs all over the place, but they don't have very Christian like behavior. Do unto others....., What's that other one about being deceitful? read more

I had a my wind shield replaced by Duggan's Collision Center. I was very pleased with the work that they did. They went above and beyond my expectations. I needed new windshield wipers too. They went next door to Napa, purchased them for me and installed them too. The owners are both professional and friendly. I would highly recommend them. The prices are excellent too. read more

I went in for a quaint win my truck. I was baby sitting my girl friends pug at the time. We were both greeted with happy smiles and warm salutations. They even got the pig some water. They were very timely and efficient and caring. They even offered me advice on dealing with the insurance company. I was in and out in no time. Very lovely people, oh I was also given a history lesson in San Diego. They are very personable and kind hearted people. I am blessed to have found this place it made the whole process less stressful. Which is good when dealing with car accidents and situations like these. After I caused some minor damage to my rear bumper and tail light, I brought my car here for repair. The folks, Curtis (owner I believe), his wife, and daughter run the business. The repairs were done promptly and my car looked beautiful when I picked it up. Great job guys! Recommend!! read more

Just picked up my daughter's car from Duggan's. Been going to Curtis and Ann's place for decades and they never disappoint. This time was a small job, and they fixed the car perfectly on time, as always. When I dropped it off, Curtis took me to the rental car location so I wouldn't have to wait for a pick-up. When I picked up the finished car, I noticed it had been detailed all over (even though he only had to fix the bumper). It had been missing a couple hubcaps for more than a year. Curtis told me where to pick up a set at a great price and offered to put them on if I brought them back to him, which i did. Great service! Wonderful folks (family-run business)! Clean, state-of-the-art shop. I wouldn't think of going anywhere else. read more

Just had my first visit at Duggan's and they were great. Curtis and Kelly were very welcoming. They were able to reset the bumper I pulled off after parking over one of those parking stops...or whatever they are called. I dreaded having to drive around and find quotes. Duggans is simply great! Honest folks, good prices, quick and excellent service. I hope I do not need them very often since they area body shop after all, but if I do need repairs, this is where I will always go. Thank you Curtis, Ann and Katie! You all are truly good folks! read more

Bar none the best auto body shop in the San Diego area. Good honest family runs it, I've taken my mustang in for various reasons over the years multiple times and never had any problems with the work they have done. Reasonable pricing and family run - would much rather take my car here than the ford dealer collision center. Duggans is a must if you need some body work done! read more

My car has been in two accidents and each time I've brought it here. The family is so nice and caring, definitely showed that they cared more about my well being than anything else! Took my 2006 Mustang Convertible in for insurance claim repair-front end collision. Anne and Curtis the owners are a delight to work with. Their daughter Katy gave a fair estimate for the front end and Curtis gave fair estimate for back bumper repair/paint. Mustang came out just amazing! And, if you are lucky enough to get Katy's husband to clay/detail the car, it will be money well spent, car looks showroom ready and the paint like BUTTER. What's better than a family owned business? Not only do you get great service but you get the quality of work that comes from people who care. They obviously treat their employees right because they do great work. We've had several emergencies that needed to be taken care of: broken lock on a door, hole in a bumpers repainted, clear coat pealing that needed repainting, etc... Even though our jobs were small, Curtis and Ann took care of us quickly and professionally. I highly recommend Duggan's Collision. read more

We took a treasured 24 yr. old car here to have some body work done after being hit. Given our car's age, they were challenged with finding replacement parts. They ended up repairing the damage in house & the staff did a fantastic job! Absolutely A-1/Top Notch! Owners, Curtis, Anne & their daughter Katie could not have been nicer! My shiny red Elantra was damaged when an elderly lady smashed my driver door. I took my car to Duggan's Collision Center in Spring Valley due to its stellar reputation with my insurance company and a friend's referral.
