I'm so glad my friend introduced me to Euca! I came in for the first time in August 2024 for a mani-pedi and asked for tropical nail art for an upcoming trip to Hawaii. Zoe did amazing! Not only was the design exactly the inspiration I provided, but I ended up getting proposed to on that trip so these became my engagement nails! I've been coming back to see Zoe ever since. Whether it's detailed designs or airbrushed looks, she always does an amazing job. I receive many compliments whenever I get nail art done by her! Attached are some of my faves. I also have to shout out Tracy, who does my pedicures. She recognizes me, is welcoming, and always so helpful when it comes to my ingrowns, which can be painful, and I really appreciate. Went in 12/3/2025 5:21pm for a last minute full set and ANNIE did not disappoint me. She left me speechless!! I had a bad nail technician experience so let me give you my detailed experience. Most bail salons do not really care about infection control but her? Every drill bit changed, every towel chained, brushed off metal bits to make sure no nail dust was on it, WIPING EVERYTHING BEFORE TOUCHING ANYTHING SPEAKE VOLUME. I told her my bad nail tech experience and she understood how seeing poor quality nails can affect your day and its true. I had a mental breakdown because my nails were just done terribly so she took the time to assess my nails and when she noticed my left thumb was crooked, she took the nail off and redid the whole prep process twice because she did mess up twice. Usually some nail techs don't talk to you or they be talking in their own language and but throughout the whole time I was there, she took accountability on her part and double checked with me to make sure my nails were to my satisfaction. I will be definitely going back to her because she turned a picture into reality twice as better!! She took her time and did not rush even when the shop was closed already. Eüca Beauty Lounge is fairly new in the Bixby Knolls area. The shop is clean and modern and there are approximately 10 pedicure stations and 10 manicure stations available. My wife and I stopped by Eüca Beauty Lounge during my lunch break for pedicures as a quick middle of the day date. Customer service: A We've previously visited by booking online appointments, but this time we decided to walk-in at the last minute. The wait was very short both times. It was the middle of a weekday, so it was not too busy (about 8 other people were getting service). The hostess was kind and showed us to our chairs. The armchairs are comfortable (non massaging) and the temperature of the water was nice and warm. The shop itself was set at a cool comfortable temp for the AC on a hot day. When we sat down for our pedicures we were asked if we wanted something to drink and were handed a menu listing several drink options. Menus for nail color were also provided. We opted for water, but appreciated the options. The pedicurist was gentle with my toes and I didn't feel any discomfort which made it a very satisfying pedicure. Quality: A+ They did a really great job removing the previous color I had from my last pedicure 4 weeks ago. Like last time, they excelled at cleaning up the cuticles and nails of my toes and smoothing out the rough patches on my heels. The lemon and salt scrub massage was relaxing and left my skin smooth and moisturized. The pedicurist expertly put my choice of color (looked like a shiny Dodgers blue) very neatly on my toes. Both times that I've left the shop I've received compliments on my toes from other customers saying "I love that color!" Maybe it's because I'm a guy and I stick out, but any compliment on my sports busted feet is a huge positive! Price: A $27 for an express pedicure that includes a drink, color, and leg massage in a little over 40-min is very well-priced. Overall: A Eüca Beauty Lounge lives up to the name in that they deliver beauty and relaxation. The vibe inside is calm and casual. The pedicurists know what they're doing and deliver consistently beautiful results. You may find other salons that are cheaper, but would probably not live up to the standard that Eüca has provided. Today we treated my mother to a mani pedi for her birthday. I kinda want to gatekeep this one, but I can't have them going out of business. I was looking for nearby nail places that felt luxurious and was reasonably priced and luckily found this spot, of course on trusty Yelp. I'm so happy we chose this place, mostly because it is clean and the business owner/s really put an effort in making this place look, smell and feel nice. And the pricing is comparable to nearby spots not as nice. We made an appointment, but I know they took a couple of walk ins when we were there and they waited for maybe 10-15 minutes. Once you decide on the type of service you're getting, you get a choice of drink (including alcoholic ones!) and they start their work. I got a simple manicure and pedicure, my sister got a manicure with gel pedi, we brought my daughter and she got a little sunshine mani pedi, and she also got some apple juice, and my mom got the works pedi with a gel X mani set. These women work hard and do their best to keep the clients happy. They were very thoughtful and gentle with my daughter, fixed my nails twice after I messed them up and finished up my moms work even after it was past closing time. Today is my third time coming in to get my nails done here & have not been disappointed yet! First time was with Zoe & the last 2 times with Annie. Both are very great at shaping and design. I don't even have to ask to fix the shape etc. usually i'll have to ask to fix the shape once at other places but both girls both corrected it themselves. You can also make an appointment ahead of time on their website. I do not recommend walking in because they get pretty busy. The salon is very nicely designed and clean. I do not religiously get my nails done but on occasion I will treat myself and this is why I keep coming back here every time. First off, the appointment process they make it so easy and convenient to call or text and they get back to you so quickly. They try their best to accommodate your requests, keep in mind I had a party of 3 and it was two days prior to my appointment but they made it happen; especially given they are always busy. We arrived and the service is always so friendly and genuine. I've never had a bad experience here, all the techs are so sweet and great at what they do! It's always clean and the space is always so calming and relaxing. My sisters and I left very satisfied and enjoyed are visit like we always do. I've been going to Eüca for over 3 years religiously. For the most part I have loved my experiences. I could not convince my neighbors or aunt to go to Eüca because they said everytime they went they would get cut up, but that wasn't my experience until the last time. I went for a fill and was told my tips needed to be redone because they were all damaged (they weren't) and then I was cut so bad it was stinging the entire time and I told my nail tech. I was charged an additional $10 at the register for the "nail tip fix" which after explaining how I was cut up the ridiculous charge was taken off. Today, 12/18/25 I tried making another appointment and expressed my concerns. I was told I should explore other salons. Apparently I am not the clientele they would want and after being a patron of them for 3 years, they do not care. I loved being able to get all my services and Bixby Knolls, but I absolutely can take my money elsewhere. This review isn't much on service because I really did enjoy the pedicures that I got here, but I feel that the gel-x installation and design can be done anywhere. I went for a Mani/Pedi the other day and had a great experience! Lisa? did my pedicure. She took her time, and even when she removed my ingrown nail she made sure I was comfortable the entire time. I rarely, if ever, get manicures because the nature of my job, but Zoe was so nice! I didn't know what shape or which specific color I wanted, but I trusted her and the process and I loved how they turned out. I honestly can't stop looking at my nails cause they're so pretty. I been going here for quite some time. Years in fact. The ladies were always nice. I took a break from doing my nails for a while and when I came back. I heard a lot of long time no see. I also felt that I would of been nicer to hear welcome back. I did feel that I was treated differently too. Such as the ladies were short and much more distant. This last time I went I did long nails which wasn't my normal. I informed them the time before what I needed for my next appointment and that it was a special occasion my first wedding. Not only did they give me a hard time about what I wanted. I was told no to what I wanted. They said it was old way of doing cat eye and laughed at me. My toes where done a cat eye chrome. The new way, which was in fact nice. Eventually they did my nails like I asked. With black underneath and cat eye on top. When a week passed and one nail broke. I went to repair it. They left me with a long u shaped nail and different color. It was awful. I won't be comming back. Sadly now I have to find a new place. read more

First time here. The young lady that scheduled me was very accommodating and helpful. She initially told me they could take me now but I live 30 minutes away. She then gave me a time and it was later than I could make it. She called me back 30 minutes later and was able to schedule me an entire hour earlier! The location is very clean, aesthetically pleasing and relaxing. The backing music is soothing and the is playing relaxing travel scapes. The seats for the pedicures are insanely comfy! They offer you some refreshment options as soon a you sit down. Alison did my pedicure and manicure. She was very gentle, patient and meticulous. You can select these different options, choose your nail technician, and pay a deposit or choose to pay in full. I usually like doing a deposit. For parking, there is neighborhood parking nearby and I would just park there and walk. It's not too bad! There's plenty of parking in the neighborhood. The inside is aesthetically pleasing. I love how they decorate the place! There's about 8-10 stations for manicures and pedicures. This place usually gets packed so I would definitely recommend booking ahead of time. Especially if you prefer a specific technician to work on your nails. I normally go for Yvonne or Morgan! They are both amazing and I recommend them! Thank you for doing such a great job on my nails. As you can tell in the photos, I love getting almond shape and neutral colors. They usually offer a complimentary drink as well with your nail appointment. Honestly I came here because they had overall rating of over 4 stars. And the decor was nice. I also used to come to this salon several years ago when it looked a little different and maybes had other owners. Maybe those reviews came from the people who had pedicures and acrylic nail sets. I went in for a gel manicure and design. I left paying $70 for a gel manicure with design on two of my nails. My hands never saw a water bowl, lotion, hand massage, paraffin wax, nothing. I paid $70 for someone to paint and shape my nails which I feel like is entirely too much considering the service I received. Not saying the designs aren't cute but honestly one nail could have been better; but i said sure I like it because the nail tech was very nice and she tried her hardest to copy the photo shown with my requested adjustments. And also I had been there 90 minutes. Inspo and the art pictures included. Overall these nail shops are taken advantage. Even if I paid $40 an hour I would have spent $60. I didn't think this set should have been over $50. There are nurses saving lives and doing harder work. I can keep going but yelp you decide. read more

The sad part about this nail shop is, you pay your money to get your nails and pedicure done the way you like, but every worker I've encountered in that shop gets an attitude when you explain to them how you want your pedicure or nails done. This younger generation of workers don't have the respect for their clients as they did years ago. The older workers listened to their client so they will be happy with the outcome, but not today they get upset if you suggest how you want your nails or pedicure done. I've been there twice. I came back the second time hoping I would get another worker with a better attitude but I was wrong they all have the same way of thinking these young workers. I really wanted to like this nail shop. The location is great and it smells really fresh and clean inside. I made an appointment via text for the same day earlier in the afternoon. There was some back and forth on their end with the timing and they settled at 5pm for a pedicure. I arrive at 4:55pm and at 5pm I was told it would be a 15 minute wait because someone needed their nail repaired. I left at 5:27pm with no pedicure. Another one bites the dust.
