I recently moved out to North Carolina from California to attend college at Duke. I brought with me my car, a 2010 BMW 335i. Throughout the cars history I have done all the non warrantied repairs and upgrade myself and I am not quick to let someone else work on my car. After browsing the Internet I stumbled upon Dynamic Auto Tune and thought I'd give them a try installing an aftermarket intercooler as I don't have the tools or space to do it myself due to living in a dorm. They did a tremendous job and I was very pleased with the work and it only got better. I returned about 3 weeks later to get performance brake parts installed as well as a fuel pump upgrade done. They did a tremendous job and I left the shop happy but as I began to leave my car started flashing a check engine light and had low power. I returned to their shop quickly and was able to catch them before they left as it was 9:30 and the shop was closed. They stayed open for me for another hour and a half and figured out the problem which had to do with the tuner I was running on my car. The owner even bought me food while I waited and there was no extra charge for the extra labor. I will continue to bring my car to this shop as long as I live in North Carolina. read more

I had to Drive my Bimmer to New york and back Twice in 1 month to visit my ill mother. after the second 12 hour each way back and forth trip I thought it would be a good idea to have my car checked out to see if it needed any work after all that driving. So I brought it to Hendrick BMW... Anyone that's been there for service can probably attest to that experience... Anyways after the inspection they came out and showed me this nice little $6000.00 estimate for repairs. I definitely cannot afford this, so I googled BMW repair and found Dynamic. They got me in Almost immediately., They brought me into the shop and explained exactly what was going on with my car, why it should be replaced, what was most important to do know and what I could put off for a little while. Ted wrote up the estimate for the same repairs that Hendrick did. But for almost $2500.00 less... $2500!!!! And they payed for my rental for the few days my car was in there shop. Dynamic auto tune is the best BMW shop in the charlotte area. They are honest and knowledgeable on both maintenance and tuning your BMW or any euro car! They are fast and fair with their pricing as it beats the heck out of having to wait in the BMW lobby only to find out they need your arm and leg for a simple routine maintenance fix. I drive a 2009 335i and dynamic is always there for me when she goes down or most importantly when I need a mod upgrade! I recommend anybody that is tired of the stealership give these guys a shot. These guys are pure animals as a matter of fact they are lower than animals, animals have love and compassion these guys don't care they will throw bad parts on your car and mess your car up just to keep you coming back and if you don't come back you have to figure out what they messed up so you won't loss your car I don't know how they sleep at night but I know you can't make it into heaven like this smh selling your soul for a few bucks and seeing the next person suffer you all are sick!!!! read more
