We had a trip planned and they went full steam into planning. They gave maps, books and trip plans. They also have a full line of travel items for purchase. I bought a travel cross body purse. They also have auto repair for members. We worked with Payton and she planed our trip home so that we could travel a different route.

Routine oil change was $50 and took 2.5 hours. I had an appointment but it took them half an hour to get started.

Our first trip was to the Amalfi coast, never could I imagine a more wonderful experience. Every minute from arriving in Rome, to arriving in Positano for 8 nights, and returning to Rome was amazing. Our journey director was outstanding. Our fellow travelers were fabulous, a group of 12. We would explore the coast from this beautiful spot in Positano, each day setting out for adventure in a lovely Mercedes van. We were mostly in places where we saw few Americans, we ate at wonderful restaurants, and had an absolute blast. We had a wonderful blend of active and down time, we learned and saw so much, and laughed every day ! Amazing! The next trip was Florence, Cinque Terra, and Tuscany, amazing as well. The hotels and villa we stayed in were top notch, our journey director amazing, another perfect trip. This was a more active trip, but we enjoyed every second, we felt like we saw a very real side of Italy, not just tourist spots. The Time we spent on each spot was magical. The charming town of Lucca and the Villa in Tuscany were top of our list. We are not organized tour people, but the small group, perfectly curated Nada's trips are beyond. We could not recommend them more highly.

While we had an amazing time...our experience with our planner has not been ideal. Her…read morecommunication with us was lacking. In the beginning as first timers to Disney, we asked so many questions and she continued to refer to this coveted packet of info which would not be given until our trip was closer. She did not listen when we said we would be unavailable to do a lot of planning and researching the month before we arrived due to other obligations. Our questions were simple things that wouldn't have changed month to month. We thought if we paid in full she would help us more and send us the packet. Little did we know that was the opposite....she failed to communicate to not make the final payment to the resort without her and then had attitude when she thought she would not get our commission. We were simply trying to have our questions answered and thought that if we paid, we would get more answers. Wrong. After we paid....her communication came across cold and uninterested and she was certain she wouldn't get her commission. After she realized she would get her money, she didn't give us any warm and fuzzy excited Disney vibes. In fact, the worst part of this whole trip was the stress that she caused in her poor communication and attitude that came across over emails. We hope that she is able to reflect on this situation and grow from it for her future clients who are just excited to go to Disney. We learned more from Facebook groups, YouTube videos and blogs than she sent us. She never gave any tips on how to get dining reservations after the 60 days. I was able to book every single request of ours through trades online. The coveted "packet" didn't have near enough info. Then right before the trip, she asked me to send my login, which I had sent months ago, that was very frustrating. I replied that she already had it and I hadn't changed it. She replied to resend it in order to get information. To me, she came across either unorganized or lazy and that she would withhold information that could be helpful to us. She easily could have looked through our threads. I never replied with my password and she never sent her updated packet before the trip. Overall, we feel that she had a lot of professional growth to work on. We are happy that she was able to make some money from our trip but since she didn't do any work for us....(we booked the hotel, ordered the tickets, linked the tickets, linked the magic bands, booked our transportation, made our park reservations, ordered our groceries, reserved our stroller, booked all of our dining)...we hope that she uses that compensation to spend time researching other resources she can give her clients and revamping the packet..... In the end, she was not the right fit for us and we won't be recommending Marvelous Mouse. We were very proactive and researched a lot and filled in her gaps when she dropped us after she thought she wouldn't be compensated. We were able to have the most incredible trip and have fallen in love with Disney. We hope that Marv Mouse continues to grow and develop, focusing on listening skills and warm communication.

It started about 2 months ago when my engine seized and I was stuck at the Infiniti dealership in Charlotte. They told me it would cost approximately $18,000.00 for a new engine and my heart dropped. I asked Infiniti who would they recommend to do an engine replacement and they said Christian Brothers. I called Christian Brothers and spoke with Logan, he was able to give me some good information on my situation and based on our conversation, I decided to have my vehicle brought to t he eir shop. Logan was able to confirm what Infiniti told me and offered several options on how to move forward. He was in constant contact with me every step of the process of replacing my engine. However, come to find out that not only did I need to replace my engine but also the transmission because it was damaged due to the seized engine. It was news that I hated to hear yet I did trust that Logan was being honest with me and he did work with me on the price. Also, other issues came up with the repair but instead of charging me for certain repairs, they decided to take care of the cost. When I finally received my vehicle back, there was some other issues that came up and when I called Logan, he was responsive and had the issues resolved at no charge to me. Overall, having my engine seize up and then my transmission being damaged was a very difficult experience and hearing bad news after bad news didn't help, however I trusted Logan and I trusted the previous reviews I read. Overall, this experience was very good and I would definitely recommend Christian Brothers for auto repairs.
