She was so careless with cutting, she just chopped off his hair without paying any attention! Not only she cut off way way shorter than i asked but she paid zero attention to the hair he came in with then started talking shit about previous hairdresser's cut! She did not even do a good job of cutting anything straight even if i was okay with the chopping! Then when I got upset, the manager (i assume) claimed she could fix it! I did not see a time machine or a way to grow his hair back to its previous length so i got even more upset! I should have known better than to go to a strip mall for a haircut!
