The staff are some of the most knowledgeable and genuine people in the coffee world you'll meet. David & Matt on the bar pulling shots, and Bobby and the rest of the roasting team are incredible. I will be trying to recreate this at home for sure. Not sweet but lots of flavor. The espresso here is excellent, not sour or bitter, very smooth. The blueberry muffin was truly the best muffin I've had in my life, and I do not say this lightly, I am quite picky about muffins. Fluffy and moist, the blueberries were not mushy. And the jalapeno scones was shockingly good and it was even gluten free. It was more similar to a shortbread in texture, which I preferred over a scone actually. Very buttery and tasty, not spicy if you're sensitive to that. It was $17 for these items, so higher than expected, but spot on for unparalleled quality. Friendly service, and very fast. I had to try it out..... As I was walking into the coffee shop, I was getting a weird vibe. The barista was a nice guy. At the counter I saw a weird sign that I had never seen before.
