Have you tried the Juniper Latte? Sounds weird, I know, so I asked. I was told by the barista (who always remembers me) that it was either a love or hate relationship. She said it's not too sweet and that her manager says it's like a morning gin and tonic. WHAT!?!?!?! It is sweeter than I expected and reminded me of the holiday spice flat white that they used to have. It's nowhere near the sweetness of the other holiday concoctions though. Let me just say, the construction is awful but by far I go out of my way to go here. It is one of the better Starbucks I have been too. I am on the Tic Tok custom drinks and let me just say, this team does awesome every time. For a bit I was showing up right at close and they never once complained. One staff member attempted to assist me with telling me what I needed to add next time because he thought it was missing a base. They always make conversation when I go through the drive thru. The only thing I wish all Starbucks would do it ask is customer is a rewards member. I forget to scan mine and get the receipt a lot of the times so I am missing my points. read more

We needed a quick breakfast.  We ordered 2 caramel Macchiatos with extra espresso shots and 2 roasted ham, swiss and egg sandwiches via the Starbucks app.  The app said our order would take 15 minutes.  It took us 5 minutes to arrive.  When we walked in our hot drinks were already on the counter.  We grabbed those and took a seat.  A few minutes later our sandwiches were ready.  Out the door in under 10 minutes.  The store has a comfortable feel, the staff were friendly and I really like that we didn't have to wait long! read more

My husband and I have gone to this Starbucks for the last 3 years. When we first started going the service and drinks were absolutely amazing. The last few months have been awful, service rude, drinks are always wrong, they are always out of something. I am not sure who the Manager is but I would suggest they do more training with the staff. read more

I went through the drive-thru of this Starbucks at 8:30 this Sunday morning. There were a few cars in the parking lot, and two ahead of me in the drive-thru. I ordered a medium White Chocolate Mocha. The drink was ready by the time I got to the window. I paid the $5.39 with a tip and drove away. Half the way home, I took a sip. Definitely was NOT a White Chocolate Mocha. I have to give this Starbucks a 5 star review! In my opinion they deserve it! I asked one of the baristas to suggest a coffee for a party I was hosting and she asked what was being served. When I told her deserts only she immediately knew which one I would need. They even ground the beans for me! The coffee was positively PERECT. Not too strong, not at all bitter but yet robust! I live near this Starbucks and get coffee and breakfast here a couple times a week. Today I. Ought a tall Latte and when I took lid off to add sweetener I noticed my coffee was less than half full. These drinks aren't cheap as is... would've been nice to get a Latte that was full. Also, I tried to call 3 times to discuss this matter and each time it went to voice mail. read more

I went through drive with my grandma and my two cousins, we were kind of unsure as to what we wanted. My youngest wanted a lemon iced tea that she got from her hometown Starbucks, so we asked for that but unfortunately they did not have lemons which is understandable but the guy on the side of the screen was very rude. So she was trying to find something else to get but she couldn't find anything so then when I asked if he was ready he said, "WE'VE BEEN TALKING THE WHOLE TIME" which wasn't true because we were deciding what we wanted. I love that there is a Starbucks here now! However, the three different times I've gone (two in the drive-thru/then inside), this location is hands down the slowest Starbucks I've ever been to. I figured maybe it was just the drive-thru so I went in the last time. One lady in line who ordered a tall coffee and a tall frappacino. After her, I ordered two Venti coffees. Again it took every bit of 20 minutes. Drive thru was a little busy (about 4 cars) but most are at any Starbucks. This location needs an experienced barista to come get this place in order...especially since it doesn't do near the business as any other location in town. read more

Absolutely the slowest Starbucks inside and out. The frappicinos are watery and taste more like milk than anything. The barrista, while she was obviously being trained, was trying to support the drive thru lane and the inside customers. Her 'trainer' was not teaching her, helping her, talking to her or even trying to encourage her. 6 different people that came in after us were served first and one guy's drink wasnt even blended. The 'trainer' said she could remix it if he wanted, but he did not have time because he was way before us and he had been waiting over 30 minutes.
