I'm doing keto so you have to request subs, and only coconut water, coconut milk, and almond milk options for smoothies. There were no issues with subs and staff was very friendly, helpful and understanding. It was a little after noon on a weekday late summer, and there were few people there so it was very calm and quiet. There are a few inside tables and a counter facing the street, so a little limited in seating but sufficient for the customers. Very mellow, and health oriented. I wish they could lean a little more keto and have at least one or two options, as healthy can mean a variety of things. Specifically, whole milk would be good. I would return for smoothies if downtown.
