We've been to Dutch Bros a few times now, and every visit has been consistent -- friendly service, quick turnaround, and drinks that hit the spot. On our most recent trip, I tried the Iced Cookie Butter Latte with almond milk, and Everett got the Candied Cherry Iced Lemonade. This was our first time trying these flavors, and both were really good! The cookie butter latte wasn't overly sweet like some of their other options, which was a nice surprise. Still on the sweeter side, but definitely one I'd get again. Everett was a big fan of his drink too. The staff is always kind and patient. There's always something new on the menu, and they make it easy to customize whatever you want. Also, just a heads up if you've never been -- there's no inside seating, it's a drive-thru only setup, but they move fast and make the whole experience easy. Love that this is close to home. We first had Dutch Bros on a trip out west a few years ago. They were super friendly and are always up to recommend different drinks. I love that their drinks are customizable. Every time you drive through, it's a party - they always have music pumping. It seems like a high energy work environment. This is a decent coffee shop with a long curved drive thru with two menus but they have a rep that takes your order. The staff are overly enthusiastic and energetic which is cool to see. Apparently Dutch Bros is very big into the sticker with an order as well and you gain virtual stickers on the app. Don't even go there without using the app it adds to your experience. Oh the coffee is good with a lot of options and it is a step up from Dunkin or Starbucks. I think the staff here are very team focused. read more

Really good! I was curious about this franchise and since I was in the area I decided to give them a try. I had an iced caramel protein coffee and thought it was delicious and well made. Not overly sweet and not thick which you can sometimes note when protein is added. Service was great as well. They have their drive thru set up like Chik-fila so moves along and you get the super friendly staff taking your order on their iPads. read more

I stopped here after walking the Palencia Boardwalk with my son and dog. The drive thru was tricky to figure out, but a young man stepped out with a tablet to direct me to the correct area to stop and order. I chose two Golden Eagles, medium and iced, an orange cranberry muffin top, and was offered a pup cup for my dog. Everything was around $14, plus I gave a $1 tip for the young man helping me out. I pulled around to the drive thru window, and the workers had music blasting and were dancing around while working. My dogs pup cup came out first, and it was whipped cream with two dog treats on top. The Golden Eagles are huge and filled to the brim. My son didn't eat much of the muffin top, but that's because he's a picky eater. My husband and I both agreed that the drinks had a good amount of caramel, milk, and coffee in them. read more

Warm fuzzies as soon as you pull up! It starts out with the smiling staff that seem so excited to see you. Most importantly, THEY LOVE THE PUPPERS! They have cute pup cups for them. Came here on a whim for a coffee. We got in the drive thru line and while it looked pretty long, it moved fast. The menu is pretty extensive coffee-wise here. I decided to try something simple and go with an iced latte with almond milk. The girl that helped us was pleasant. We paid and less than a minute later we were handed our iced lattes. They were pretty large, so just beware! The iced latte was great, enough boldness, but also it was mellowed out with the almond milk. I'll be back! read more

I was driving home from some shopping at the St. Augustine outlets today and decided to stop here for something cold to drink. I ordered Palm Beach iced tea, which consists of both peach and pomegranate iced tea. It was really good and refreshing. I also ordered a Golden Eagle iced coffee for my husband. It contained Carmel and vanilla flavors along with iced coffee. It tasted really good. Ordering from your car is really easy as the employee comes up to you with an iPad to order. Wonderful customer service! The person taking orders (unfortunately I didn't catch his name) in the drive thru lane was very friendly and bubbly. Very nice and refreshing when I'm getting my caffeine fix on a weekday morning. The annihilator iced coffee is my go to at Dutch bros and they didn't disappoint here. They also mentioned that they offer pup cups since I had my Pomeranian with me and she loved the whipped cream with milk bone treat. The drink menu is extensive as like all Dutch Bros. I've been here several times since they've opened and the service varies from excellent to underwhelming. The tipping is almost forced and a bit uncomfortable going through the drive thru. I enjoy the beverage menu but I don't know that I will go out of my way to have a Dutch bros when I drive by several Starbucks. Rating 3 stars for the 2 times I've received excellent service otherwise it would be a 2 rating. read more

We had one less than a block away from our old home, and did not realize how much we enjoyed their coffee until it was no longer an option. For a while, we would drive to Winter Park when they opened to satisfy our craving, and have been going to the new St. Augustine location since they opened. Even got a cool sticker on our first visit. Our go to's have been the Golden Eagle & Picture Perfect, blended & iced, which have been just as delicious as we remembered them to be.
