What happened to Dunkin! This place had been the gold star for drive thru service in Nocatee. Now the lines are twice as long every day because the crew inside is poorly trained and inefficient. They rarely messed up orders before and now it's commonplace. How do you mess up orders I place on my mobile app? Or how do you not know what was on my mobile app order? Today, they got my two-item food order right but had no idea what my drink was (again, from my mobile app??). Then I get my iced coffee with four Splendas finally and drive off (I was friendly) and there's ZERO ice. Just lukewarm coffee with all the Splenda on the bottom. And my snackin bacon, I've never gotten anything like it from them (wet, soggy, not a bit of crispyness, maybe it's a new thing - boiled bacon. I'm guessing new management. It's the only explanation. In the past I have given this Dunkin' a five star review. For a few months they had two black women working there who were exceptional. They were friendly and efficient and made visiting the store a pleasure. I heard they recently quit. Lately my orders have not been very good. I stop in several mornings each week. I order ahead on the app. Here us just one example: Yesterday, my egg and cheese on a bagel was in the bag with no wrapper on it. The egg and cheese were refrigerator cold and the cheese was not melted at all. The bagel was partially burnt. It appears that the quality of the cooks has decreased since summer started. I spoke to someone covering for the manager. I am hoping the manager gets the message because I doubt I am the only one to have negative experiences lately. read more

I asked if that's what she did (drive thru woman...standing in front of the manager), she lied and said no. Open the late...it's white. Drivers girl randomly yells at no one that her orders weren't followed. Manager sits and watches. Can't follow instructions, dishonest, won't take responsibility and don't get me started on the manager. Then went back and had to really push to get a contract for the owner. here was my experience at this Dunkin' Donuts. I love Dunkin' Donuts it's just food. Donuts are so good but when I went here I wanted to talk to an employee and I'm using this kiosk so I asked if I could talk to the employee and they said they were busy in the back, so I just kind of said like can I go to the drive-through then like I really want to talk to an employee because I've used their Kia before and they didn't give me the right order so I was kind of confused and I didn't know what to do and then finally they said let me go get the manager I didn't even ask for the manager. This lady was literally just sitting there doing nothing and she could've literally rang me up but she didn't and she was just the one who said go get the manager. I went there for 20 minutes. No manager was called there was no manager and I kind of like left and I tried me back the next day and the manager was there. I didn't even want to talk to the manager I just asked again hi can someone help me and they said oh yeah, the kiosk is right there. I was so mad because it was the same girl from the other day and I knew she recognized me and I was like OK is your manager here today and I am not a Karen I am like 20 so I do not specify myself as a Karen but I had to ask someone because this is so unprofessional like I didn't want to use the kiosk mainly because I had a bad experience with it before, so I kind of told the manager that she completely understood. She said I don't know why they're not helping you they're basically doing nothing but then she said I'll be right back she didn't come back so I left and I haven't been to Dunkin in one month 10/10 don't recommend. read more

Now living in Nocatee community for a year and wanted to give this Dunkin another go after having a failing first experience. I was craving a good drink around 4pm, I go through the drive through and was the only one in line, waited five minutes for my large drink and it was cold and not filled. I decided since the store was empty it would be no issue to have my drink fixed and when I went inside there was a commotion going on where I heard metal objects hitting the ground and heard people laughing stating "oh my god I think we broke it," they then realized I was standing at the register and two of the four girls were not in uniform and ran out the back once they noticed a customer was in the store and ran out the front door. I said nothing to it and just kindly asked for a new drink , I asked the girl who helped with me her name because I wanted to thank her for fixing my order and the girl who was working there with her said from the back we don't have names , as if she didn't care to be there... now after a year I really thought there would be a difference, but I had an even worse experience. The girls did not exemplify the Dunkin name and if anything deteriorated it's business model along with terrible customer service. I hope there are some changes to come ! Apparently service has not improved! Twice now we have order a chicken bacon ranch snack wrap, only to have it not come with ranch dressing! They instead provide a packet of nasty fat free ranch, which tastes like it expired months ago, the vinegar is THAT strong. Believe me, I only come here when I have to. Ordered via app this morning on my way out of the house, get there at 05:15 and store is closed, all published hours say 05:00 opening including door signage. I waited until 05:30 and no signs of life at this Dunky, no way to get a refund or cancel order. I leave and head to appointment and then return at 07:00, there's my order sitting there for who know how long, cold coffee and melted donuts. I asked the young lady what time they opened and she said 05:00, I said not today you weren't, she said she wasn't there at 05:00, I asked to speak to the manager, she said he was in the back and then walked away, I said can you get him and she had an attitude, finally the young manager Ashton comes to the front with and attitude couldn't explain what happened and refused to make things right. This is a newish Dunkin Donuts in Nocatee and closest one to our home. My son and I stopped by on a Saturday morning to buy donuts for the family at home. There were two other families in the restaurant. We ordered and paid for our donuts. And then I realized there was a major delay in getting coffee. The woman before me finally got up from her table and asked the cashier for her coffee...another wait. I was still standing at the counter waiting for mine. It took about 10-12 minutes to get an iced coffee. I did not see any of the cars in the drive thru waiting this long for coffee only those of us inside. Not a good experience especially trying to wrangle a 3 year old who just wants to eat his donuts. I finally got my coffee and we left but I wish I had gone through the drive thru. What ended up being a 25 minute donuts to go visit could have easily taken me 5 in the drive thru. I do want to point out that the donuts were very good and tasted fresh as well as the iced coffee was ok. read more

All I can say is after my second visit it's not a wonder most the reviews are one and two stars. CHECK YOUR TO GO ORDERS CUZ THEY DONT. I ordered one Bavarian creme donut and a sausage egg cheese croissant at the drive through. I get home with my two bags. First one has a Bavarian creme donut in the bag UPSIDE DOWN,, they have chocolate frosting on top, which now is all over the bag, I guess they stopped using the single paper wraps for donuts. My other bag also contained a fricking donut,, no croissant. So I drive up there to get my croissant (3 Miles each way) and ask them to throw in two chocolate donuts for my troubles.
