I wouldn't normally review a chain but when I looked at this location of Dunkin Donuts on Yelp, I realized it had been a while since they had a review and anything negative had been corrected. I was waited in immediately and politely by the staff. Our order came up almost immediately. The interior here was extremely clean unlike reviews you may see prior. If that was even an issue, it wasn't on my visit. Lastly, my Butter Pecan frozen coffee was incredible. Just amazing on this hot day. Perfectly prepared. Manager is extremely rude and unprofessional. We are from the northside where I love to get Dunkin multiple times a week, I order the same thing every time, a caramel latte. When I got it, it was almost all white it looked and tasted like milk with a splash of coffee. I HATE complaining I'm not that person but I went and politely asked if I could possibly get just a little more espresso or even cold brew added to it, whatever's easiest I don't mind. Well I could even get that whole sentence out before she cut me off mid sentence rudely stating that "she made it the right way" and that lattes are "just milky" and if we want more we can pay for more espresso. Keep in mind my father in law just spent OVER $50 on breakfast and lattes for all of us. It would be one thing if I was rude while complaining but she was immediately nasty and rude that I even approached her. SO UNPROFESSIONAL and actually surprising being such a nice area in town. I ordered a decaf latte warm. Expressly asked them to pull the milk out early. A girl who looked like the manager says that she did when I heard the milk timer go off and stop so she clearly did not. Dunkins Donut usually have two avocado toast, but they only give one toast, and they refused to give me one more toast... And the medium caramel iced coffee usually provided 3 caramel swirl, cream, and sugar. They gave only one. I talked them to provide more. They refused. Took my kids to get donuts after school and got yelled at by an employee instead. We were in the drive thru and the speaker wasn't working. I pulled up to the window and the employee shouted at me "I said hold on three time" which I never heard. I am a "benefit of the doubt" kind of person so I wasn't upset that their technology wasn't working, but he brought the attitude. Needless to say we took our business elsewhere. Is it any wonder why this Dunkin' Donuts has a 1 star rating? Only because "no stars" isn't an option. I've never had a good experience at this location but use it out of convenience. Today was the best though. I ordered and pulled ahead. When I pulled up to the window I realized that I forgot to order some munchkins for the kids. I asked to add them to my order. The lady at the window taking my money refused and said I would have to come inside or drive back through. I said, really? There is no one behind me. She then asked her manager, and her manager said "nope, no up charges at the window." On a busy day, I would understand. Today, there no customers behind me. There were no customers inside. Never again. Our family has given this location multiple chances to give decent customer service, and it's failed every time. This time, we asked for two turkey sausage patties, which we've successfully ordered at locations across the U.S. A guy in a sweatshirt (violating all sorts of food safety regulations) not only refused to make the order, but also told us repeatedly that we'd never ordered it any location before, shaking his head insistently. I go to this one most every time because it is close to my house... the last 3 times I have had an issue... first one, lady was breathing hard, coughing, sneezing while she was gathering my 2 dozen donuts... second one, they didn't have flat boxes so they put my two dozen in the square upright briefcase style box which all of the frosting just smeared around all over each other... than third time was today and the "chocolate frosted with sprinkles" were fresh and the "chocolate frosted" were stale and harder... even more 4 year old can tell... my other older 5 kids didn't even eat them... so definitely "held over" donut... read more

The girls at the window are all very pleasant in the morning. They are fast and accurate with my order. This is the worst DD I've ever been to. The manager is rude, aggressive and completely not helpful. They messed up my order and when I asked them to correct it, the manager refused to give me the wrap I ordered, and refused to provide me with my receipt. When I asked again for the receipt she said I was banned from the store and threatened to call the police! I was in no way rude or threatening, and didn't yell or swear. I asked to "start over" in an attempt to be kind but she just kept yelling that she wouldn't give me my wrap, or my receipt and I was "banned from her store." I left a detailed message with customer service and I haven't heard anything from the franchise owner. I've since learned that this manager has been incredibly rude to many customers, just look at the reviews. I've also learned from kids at Nease that many employees have quit working there due to this obnoxious manager. So I gave them 3 tries. I never do that, but this was the last straw. The first two times I was later in the day and they literally didn't have a dozen donuts on hand, let alone the ones I like. The crème and custard-filled aren't filled nearly as much as other DDs. So I figured I would never go there again unless I went to the drive-up and it was before 5. I pulled up at 2pm to the drive-up. I was told to wait a minute. Went through the drive-thru, i ordered a bagel with butter but they said "we can't put butter on it because it's corporate policy" but i get the same thing every single day back at home, and just yesterday at another location. After ordering my food, we were paying and i asked if they had military discount and no one knew... took 5 minutes to tell me "no" and when i asked why they did not know why, even though every other location i have been, they offer it. After getting our ice coffees, we stirred it and took a sip and it was DISGUSTING. it tasted like there was no sugar and cream in it even though i ordered it with it. This Dunkin' Donuts continues to underwhelm. One star is one too many, but it's the least one can give. Last week no chocolate munchkins or chocolate frosted donuts at 8am on a Saturday. Today 10 minute wait at the drive through microphone. No line, just waiting and waiting for the kid inside to be able to take our order... whoever owns this franchise should be embarrassed to be associated with such incompetence, or Dunkin Donuts should be embarrassed that they gave these folks a franchise. Likely a bit of both. We finally got to order our donut. When we picked it up, there was no charge because of the wait, but surprise the donut in the bag was not the one we ordered. This is the absolute worst Dunkin Donuts on the planet. Their site says they open at 4:30 am daily yet doors are locked, lights are off and staff is usually not there until after 8 am. I have been to this Dunkin' Donuts twice and both times I've had bad experiences. The first time was in January when I had a very large order, $130+. part of the order was a dozen assorted bagels. I was charged $6.50 each for two tubs of cream cheese. I hope the clerk had fun with the $10 he clearly pocketed because I should have only been charged $1.50 each. The second time was just this past Friday. I walked in and ordered a dozen bagels no cream cheese (because I bought some at Publix instead of being ripped off). I expected to get an assortment of bagels but instead when I reached my destination 30 minutes away and open the bags and I discovered I had a dozen plain bagels. I hate plain bagels, too boring. There is no way I would have ordered plain bagels and certainly no one asked me what I wanted. I will not be back to this Dunkin' Donuts again. I will go out of my way to go somewhere else the next time I need bagels or donuts. read more

We stopped in after dinner next door at Donovan's Irish Pub (see separate review). Figured we would bring home some dessert after our bellies were less full. I was disappointed that the donuts they had left were made much earlier in the day. While they are still very technically "fresh"... They weren't Krispy Kreme fresh (as in right off the line and out of the oven). They were out of many varieties... Especially my favorite Jelly Donuts! The place though was very clean. The donuts we did get we're OK. Maybe I need to call the "Gotta Make The Donuts" guy and have him work a little later for fresher product, and to have more selection available for customers visiting later in the evening. read more
