The young man who took my order was courteous and professional. However, apparently they had to brew a new pot of coffee (not sure how a coffee shop runs out of fresh coffee - but okay) so a 5 minute stop turned into a 15 minute stop. Coffee was fresh and they provide cream and sugar on the side due to COVID protocols.

Surprisingly, the inside was clean and not as crowded as I expected, which shows just how many people opt for the drive-thru. The barista at the counter was friendly, and despite being unfamiliar with Starbucks' menu, I went with a seasonal choice: the Pumpkin Cold Brew. After placing my order, I waited by the door for my name to be called. It took a little longer than expected since the team seemed heavily focused on fulfilling drive-thru orders. When I finally got my drink, I found it decent but lacking in pumpkin flavor, which might have been due to the extra cream they added. I've had their cold brew before, and while this one wasn't bad, the pumpkin taste was pretty subtle. Overall, the store had a nice vibe, and I could see my Mrs. Foot enjoying it more, as she's the coffee enthusiast in the family. They also had a good selection of merchandise and coffee beans available for brewing at home, which is always a nice touch.

Very chill and casual drive-thru experience and, hey, I learned a bit of interesting information for the day. I actually guessed correctly with the trivia question and was very amused. Lol. Oh, and my breve latte was perfect! Strong, hot and rich like I like it. ;)

No matter how busy they are, they always greet customers with a smile, maintain a positive attitude, and go above and beyond to create a great experience. What truly speaks volumes is that we have another Starbucks much closer to our home, yet we willingly drive farther just to visit this location. The difference is the people. The entire team works together seamlessly, remembers regular customers, and genuinely seems to care about providing exceptional service. I've never had a negative experience here ... not once. The service is consistently friendly, efficient, and professional. In today's world, it's rare to find a team that is so dedicated to customer satisfaction, and they deserve recognition for the outstanding job they do every day. However, the only reason i'm giving a 4 star is because of the amount of times i've been given the wrong food for my mobile orders :/ There have been countless times I was given everything right except for one food item. A few weeks ago, I received a brownie instead of the croissant I ordered...but received the other croissant I ordered (I ordered 2). This is mainly an issue for me, because I have a severe nut allergy. I know I know..."If you're worried about your allergy, then don't order at a restaurant that has nuts". But i've never had an issue with my allergies at Starbucks. They've always cleaned the machines when I've asked, and just always gone the extra mile to make sure I felt comfortable and safe consuming my drink/food. I've luckily never been given an item (on accident) that had nuts. The first 2 times, I brushed it off. But it's happened a good few more times so just wanted to make it known :)

My favorite of what I tried was the iced Honey Lavender Latte, which I got with oat milk. I don't love that they charged a full $1 more for non-dairy milk, but the latte itself was delicious. I also got the brie and turkey bacon pastry on both occasions and it was fantastic. No idea where they get their baked goods, but everything looked great. Decor inside was nice and there were plenty of tables to sit, but it was really tight getting in and out. There isn't a ton of room between the two lines of tables, so it made it difficult for people in the back to navigate around the line to order. Over all, I'd recommend and I will probably revisit another area chain if I have the chance.
