I've never had a bad experience at this location. The staff is always super friendly, if it's busy in the store and they're still making my drink by the time i get to the window, they'll often converse with me and ask how my day is going. However, the only reason i'm giving a 4 star is because of the amount of times i've been given the wrong food for my mobile orders :/ There have been countless times I was given everything right except for one food item. A few weeks ago, I received a brownie instead of the croissant I ordered...but received the other croissant I ordered (I ordered 2). This is mainly an issue for me, because I have a severe nut allergy. I know I know..."If you're worried about your allergy, then don't order at a restaurant that has nuts". But i've never had an issue with my allergies at Starbucks. They've always cleaned the machines when I've asked, and just always gone the extra mile to make sure I felt comfortable and safe consuming my drink/food. I've luckily never been given an item (on accident) that had nuts. The first 2 times, I brushed it off. But it's happened a good few more times so just wanted to make it known :) read more

DON'T TAKE IF THIS IS YOUR DOG'S LAST DAY. My dog was recently diagnosed with cancer, and to make a long story short, I wanted to take him to Starbucks for a last treat. When ordering through the drive-through, I requested a Pup Cup and inquired about getting a larger size. I saw the employee roll her eyes on screen. I also asked for water with no ice. She asked what else, and I said that was all. The employee stated that I needed to order something else to receive those items, so I suggested a cake pop. She informed me of my choices, and I made my selection. I pulled around to the window and proceeded to hand her my phone so I could pay with my app. She was taking forever, and I asked her if she needed me to brighten my screen. She stated rudely, "I don't even know what you mean!" I replied so that it can scan my app better. She stated, No, it scans pretty well. She hands me the pup cup, and I look into it, and I say, " I asked for a bigger size. She said, 'Well, do you want me to get you one?' I stated, 'No, it's fine,' but the reason I asked for a bigger size is that my dog is dying, and this is his last pup cup, so I wanted it to be special for him. Then she was like, "Oh, let me get you one, you're going to make me cry." The point of this is that she ruined my whole experience with my dying dog. All I wanted to do was enjoy my dog having his last treat, but instead, I got attitude and eye rolls at this location. Then, when I spoke to the manager, I was offered a gift card, as if it were supposed to compensate for the last experience I had with my dog. read more

Terrible service in store. They had several personnel just standing around not helping customers inside. They had "2" personnel with headsets, one of them running the register. It took my 15 plus minutes to get my item and it wasn't made correctly. I will never ever visit this particular store ever again. This was my second attempt to get a coffee from this store. I will-not recommend this store to anyone. They seemed more concerned with the customers demographics. read more

The reason I'm leaving this review isn't for the food (which is always great), the coffee (same- great), etc. but rather I'm writing it because of the service I received. Everyone was incredibly nice and friendly which is always great. They weren't overly nice or saccharine which can get old fast but were instead very nice without going overboard.. precessional. There's one staff member that helped me though who I especially appreciated- a blonde lady with a black bandana around/on top of her hair- the bandana had white accents on it iirc. Her apron was partially covered but I saw part of it and therefore I saw a part of her name, "arah" it said. So I'm assuming her name is Sarah. My mom left her croissant sitting for about 20 min so when she opened it up it was cold (big surprise). I brought it up to the counter, said that it was my fault but that it was cold, and asked if there was any way it could be warmed just for a few seconds. As I was asking, I realized that obviously she cannot take it back behind the counter as that would be unhygienic, I was about to tell her never mind but she offered to fix the situation in a different way when she didn't need to. Thought that was very nice of her. Thanks 'arah'! Lol. ‍ Anyway, always a solid exp whenever I come here, I recommend this location. read more

I don't know who planned this location, but any direction from which you are coming is a total pain in the arse. It's very difficult to get here if you're going south on 17 for sure and I always forget that it's there if I'm traveling north. Smh. Newest Starbucks in Northeast Florida, just opened today. Clean, roomy, plenty of inventory including coffee to take home. Full array of Starbucks food and beverage items. Plus, how cool that another Rory works here, my new friend from Jamaica. While visiting walk next door to EXIT to buy a house or sell yours! Update: always coming up with new sandwiches, I like the Chicken Caprese panini, and have them warm it in the oven. Great bread, ample pesto sauce and fresh spinach, good chicken and cheese, and goes great with a cold brew coffee! read more

After a really hard day (5 hours fighting with AAA, and big problems with my truck) I was driving around to power up the battery and decided to pull through this little Starbucks. I ordered my latte, and at the register the guy gave me a big smile and said "This one is on me. I hope you enjoy it." WOW. What a super nice thing to do, I nearly started crying. After feeling so mistreated by AAA, to be treated so kindly for no reason at all was just awesome. You never know how big an impact your good deed will have. This one was huge. I'm sending a big Thank You! to the guy at this Starbucks today around 4:00, tall, with brown wavy hair, wire-rimmed glasses and a kind face. My daughter used to work at Starbucks, and she learned so much! I just love 'em! read more

This spot was over due for a Starbucks and Im so happy it is all new and close to me! Its convienent if you are heading North but any other direction it becomes work to get to due to the location but if you like Starbucks its worth it. The drive thru is perfecty sized and easy to manuever and I have not been in a long line at all since they opened. If I ever slow down in life this is the location I would hang out at. read more

The store has always had a nice ambiance when we've gone inside. The service is almost always wonderful, we all have our days right? We have never had any issues with the food that they haven't resolved. We actually drive from Fleming island to this one because we have such issues with the one in Fleming island with the timeframe it takes. They don't mess around here and get people through as quickly as possible. If there is an ever an issue they work hard to rectify it. It's a convenient location if you're heading towards 295, the only downside is the parking design because when there is a line it's way too congested. read more

Since they took all the followers on a bad ride with the new stars program, I just don't feel the pull anymore to hit this place for high cost tea or coffee as much as I used to. It's a big one! They have a drive-through. And the inside is huge it's really nice and clean here and I'm loving the vibe they also have a really nice outdoor seating area. Parking is at a premium here so you'll have to go around to find yourself a parking spot in the mid afternoon time. Staff is friendly and it is well staff there are several people behind the counter just rocking out The orders. This is officially my new favorite Starbucks I wish that I lived closer to it but the one I live here is not so bad either :-) Edit: I needed some help reloading my app because I hadn't used it in a while and I have been forgetting to use it every time I pay at Starbucks. I don't know what is going on with this Starbucks , they are rude and vindictive . I placed an order for a grande double chocolatey chip crème base frappachino with non fat milk and no whip cream, and a venti one just the way it comes. When I went to drive thru to pay and get my items, I mentioned to them that the nonfat milk one looks like there is whip cream mixed in it it was not chocolatey it was white spots everywhere in it. They insisted there was no whip cream and then the heavyset girl said what else do you need and I told her a straw and proceeded to drive off and pulled over and tasted it and it tasted like ice milk , no chocolate taste at all. So I went inside to tell them and The heavy set girl told me that they will make a new one and I handed her the label from the cup so they would use nonfat milk, when I watched the brunette girl making it I saw her grab the whole milk and use that and I mentioned that to the heavyset girl and she said no she used nonfat milk, well I took the drink unsure if they were being truthful , they know me there that I am lactose intolerant . As I was driving off I took one sip and it was in-fact whole milk and I had a severe reaction and was sick for the rest of the day. So the girl deliberately used whole milk and when I said they did they denied it to be spiteful , what if that was a child they did that too. Such a horrible place and I was a frequent customer I would go there Twice a day sometimes and a couple of times a week and they knew about my issue with whole milk and didn't care. I won't be stopping there no more. They need to hire and train better employees than the trash that they hire that work there. read more

I frequent Starbucks often... usually 3x/week throughout North Florida. While doing work at the Orange Park location today, I've never been more impressed. The store is clean, well staffed, and quick making drinks. Additionally, they offered me samples of pastries paired with hot and cold brews. How incredible?! It's a very pleasant atmosphere to get work done in and I will be sure to stop back at this location next time I am here for business! read more

I love the taste of my Starbucks in the AM and randomly through out the day just as much as everybody else but this particular location ( the drive thru ) has got my order wrong the past 3x in a row. The most simple thing, always been at times it doesn't look too busy as well. I get a Caramel Frap with No whip cream every time I go to Starbucks. And this is the only location that has consistently put whip cream on it. It's always been a male at the drive thru, no names but that's what I've always noticed. It may be something as minor as just whip cream, but it's customer service in pleasing the customer and giving them what they order. read more

Four patrons entered and were served before you noticed. Unacceptable. I know waits happen but you completely ignored it until one fellow training someone asked if I was waiting for a mobile order. This newer Starbucks location is large, clean and spacious. And if I were rating on that alone i would give it 5 stars. Unfortunately though the staff is lackadaisical at best. Upon walking in there was a woman in front of me so I just stood next to her thinking it was a line. It wasn't, I think she was a friend just keeping the employee company. Once I realized this I bypassed her to place my order. The barista at the register clearly didn't want to be here. I ordered a toasted bagel which really wasn't toasted at all, instead soft and doughy. I also ordered a coffee and then made my way to the coffee bar where the one canister of half and half was empty, no other canisters of creamer were available. The spices available were also very low and needed refills. Just seems like the staff needs undergo better training. Three stars was generous. read more

This is such a convenient location; straight up US17 on the way to Jax! While pregnant, I frequented here 3x a week for about 2 months for the Egg Bites + Venti Water. My husband stops here often for his coffee drinks. In the last year, we've had one mess up on a Caramel Brûlée latte. Unfortunately we were heading towards i295, and running late. I've been to so many Starbucks across the globe, that I've lost count. This one is far and away the cleanest and most efficient one I've ever visited. The baristas are friendly and pour a great espresso. The inside is clutter free, huge and perfect for relaxing and enjoying your drink. Highly recommended! read more

I go out of my way to avoid this location due to poor customer service. They constantly overcharge me as well as argue with me about how the drink that I order every single day is made. They consistently forget to put my creamer in my beverage, and then when I ask about it they try and give it to me on the side instead of remaking the order. I'm in drive-through, I'm not pouring my own fucking half-and-half as I drive. The associates are rude and unkind every time. I visit Starbucks at least once a day and I try and give them a chance every couple of weeks because they're literally on my way..they just fucking suck. read more

Brand new Starbucks. Love the location but it is a little difficult to get in and out of. Great coffee and finger food selections. Always hot and fresh in under five minutes. I stop by here on my way to work most mornings. Sometimes I put in a mobile order as I'm usually running behind and want my coffee ready when I arrive. This is not the case, I always have to wait (sometimes up to 5 minutes) for a mobile order to be made. Suggest stick to the drive thru, clearly that is where all their attention is. read more

My friend and I came to this Starbucks to study for our exam. We first sat down and got all of our stuff prepared. Then we ordered drinks. I ordered a red velvet cake frappe. I was very disappointed with this drink. I know that It was not the fault of the barista that I didn't like my drink since he/she did not make up the ingredients. But I would like to warn anyone who was thinking of ordering the red velvet cake frappe not to get It. It taste nothing like red velvet. They actually put in raspberry flavoring which was very odd. And then after sitting a while my friend and I had to get up and leave because the staff/baristas were so obnoxiously loud we could not concentrate on our assignments. Starbucks has a reputation for being a quiet or quieter atmosphere that people can come to study, an or enjoy their drinks in peace. This Starbucks is far from that. I was very displeased with how they continued to laugh, yell and goof around while the customers around them we're very annoyed. I will not be comming back to this Starbucks and I will be telling all of my friends/coworkers on the NAS Jacksonville base not to come as well. read more
