The sweet potato fries were tasty but lost something in the traveling. They were mushy. I imagine in store they hold up better. While I was waiting for my order someone came in to pick up a meal plan order. I asked her what she thinks of the plan she said all of the meals were excellent except for one that she's had (she couldn't remember which one). I realized that The Grindstone was still in the area and could offer curbside pickup (which my mom assisted with!) - although you can also order for items to be shipped. The online ordering was easy and straightforward with good descriptions of the products. I was able to get a good variety of olive oil (their own brand from Greece), balsamic vinegar, dipping spices and local honey (was great to know I was supporting another local business with my purchase!). We had a small miscommunication about the pickup, but it was quickly resolved and relatively easy from their showroom. My dad has enjoyed the items he received and we were both pleased to be able to say we supported a local business that's dedicated to ethical and healthy products.
