Unless you go to some local restaurants for your boba tea fix, they are the ones that's easy to get too cause it is located inside the mall. The tapioca ball aka tapioca pearls are made fresh daily, and they also have different side/sinkers like Passion fruit jelly, Lychee jelly and some flavored poppers. In my opinion they have most of the variety of flavors options available, and you can choose to get a milkshake, slush or milk tea in most or all of their flavors. If you have questions, the staffs are always nice and helpful in describing the drinks.

I asked the barista some questions and noticed that he was meticulously measuring coffee grounds by weight and tamping with precision. He was very helpful and willing to discuss the possibilities to help me land on my drink of choice. He proceeded to make me the best "dirty chai" I have maybe ever had. The chai is sourced from a small business in Bend. It was a perfectly spiced blend. The espresso was smooth and flavorful. It was so delicious I went back for another the next day. This establishment serves only beverages (as far as I could tell) but they are made with care and skill. Highly recommend.

Hatch beaker + burr transcends all of these. I never expected that I would find one of the best lattes I've ever tasted in Spokane of all places after being a Portland/Seattle coffee elitist. The seasonal dulce de leche iced latte was so strong in the best way and brought me back to life with how flavorful it was. Seven dollars even and worth every penny.
