Ordered this on Uber Eats for delivery. I ordered a foundation smoothie with blueberries and a Cobb salad. The smoothie was smooth, flavorful, and not too sweet. It tasted as it was described with a heavy blueberry and banana flavor. I also got the Cobb salad. The avocado in it is a bit sad (as you can see) and for almost $17 I would expect a bit better quality. It was also so heavily dressed the lettuce was super wet. I haven't been getting smoothies as of late as they're now $10 a pop but their curry bowl is justifiable to me (every once in a while). The location is nice but their facilities are too small to accommodate the amount of people coming in and out and there is very limited seating (about 6 - 10 people) so if you're grabbing something make sure it's to go. The staff are always kind, they're just super busy. I would love to see a bigger space both for customers and the staff. Natural smoothie, which consisted of coconut water, cucumber, spinach, romaine, pineapple, pear, and raw agave. I picked Natural because all the ingredients were low-calorie veggies. It was light and refreshing, but definitely still filled me up. The two stars is strictly for the strawberry balsamic salad. Nowhere on the menu does it say that strawberry balsamic dressing is spicy. Method does differentiate between vegan raw ranch and spicy raw ranch, so I don't understand why they couldn't do that for the strawberry balsamic. I was upset because I can't eat any spicy so I literally ate my salad on its own. It was definitely not worth the money I paid for a specialty salad. I called to ask what's in it and if I can get a refund of some sort or even a new dressing. Lady on the line pretty much had that "it's not my problem that you ordered the wrong item" tone and proceeded to tell me that dressing recipe called for one tablespoon of chili powder/flakes. Walked in at 5:08 PM (8 AM - 5:30 PM), after sitting outside the building waiting for someone to walk out due to the main door being locked. Stepped inside the store, all chairs were on the counter tops and floor had been freshly mopped. I ordered an açaí bowl and asked if I could enjoy it inside, standing at the table, I was kindly asked not, as the team was preparing for close, 20 min. later. For employer: when your employees loose focus on customer experience this is a direct reflection on your attitude towards them. It means that their experience is not enticing them go above and beyond, they're not bought in. Therefore, I strongly recommend your reassess the culture and team incentives as to NOT have your employees want to get out the door on the dot and decrease the customer experience in their pursuit of doing that. I could've easily put a chair down, eat my açaí in 10 min, and still have 10 min. on the clock prior to close. Don't blame your employees, attack the process, engage the people. read more

This place is solid and one of the few places in the area where you can get your vegan health kick on without having to leave the downtown area. It's in a small shop just outside of riverfront square and you have the option of eating in (A few oddly placed chairs - Can't say I have ever seen anyone eat in there except myself). I've gone a couple of times and have gotten the bowls. Basically, you get your bowl (All ingredients pre-selected) and choose your dressing. Brown rice, spinach, tomatoes, etc, etc. I have had the Mighty Kale (Outstanding - never thought a bunch of veggies would fill me up but this did the trick) as well as the regular bowls with the raw ranch. I don't know if it was a placebo effect but I definitely felt healthier after eating them. The bowls are pretty affordable and what you would expect from a place that serves things fresh ($10ish) but with the smoothies being almost the same price, the prices tended to be on the higher side.
