The Mighty bowl is to die for! It has this awesome peanut butter drizzle on top. It's definitely my favorite one. All the smoothies are really good too. I have tried a lot of them and the Legit is probably my favorite as I love peanut butter. When I stop by for lunch, I usually get a rice bowl. Best juice bar so far that I have found. I have tried both the smoothies & juices which are equally excellent. I, however, do prefer the Foundation smoothie. Never got a chance to try the items ordered. I Placed an order online for pick up...They claimed they never saw my order and They were sorry...I was on my break so only had 10 minutes to wait and even though this was their mistake they said they couldn't make a salad that fast...Perhaps their food is good...I don't know because I had to cancel and they were not very nice about it. My suggestion is don't use their online ordering since they never look at it and it does charge you. I'm still waiting for a refund which, in their defense, they assure me is coming, but it isn't showing up yet. I get they may have a good reputation but these days online business is key and people working downtown order ahead for a reason...they don't have time to wait. I highly recommend this cafe after they went above and beyond to make sure my ailing dad got his healthy fruit smoothie at Sacred Heart hospital. After 3 days of not eating, all my dad wanted was a fruit smoothie. But a terrible Uber delivery person did not do his job and left me with nothing for my dad (yes the driver knew what was at stake because we spoke on the phone). I called the cafe and of course they are not responsible for Uber driver but the manager jumped on the phone and was compassionate and made sure I got nourishment for my dad. So here are my thoughts: Atmosphere - I will say that the vibe of the place is a pretty hipster. It is a good place for college students/friends to study or hangout. They have enough tables and wifi for a good study group. I would also say that when you step in, you definitely feel like you are there to get something fresh. Service - The service was great. Pretty simple method of ordering, just like any fast food counter ordering format. Drink - I ended up getting the Integral with added banana. It was very refreshing and tasty. I felt healthy when I was drinking it. One down side is that I felt that the drink was much more expensive than I wanted it to be. I felt like I could get something similar from Jamba Juice or Freshens. If you are looking for a pricey and truly fresh drink, then please visit. Over priced for what you get. I spent $15 and got a salad and juice The juice was to sweet. I got the green one and subbed out the apple. But because "Apple is the base" I'm told, they charged me $1 extra for beet... Way to many beets and not enough greens. I juice a lot myself and know the difference. They only put a handful of kale and a handful of spinach (.25-.50 cents worth if you bought it the store yourself) they skimp on the good stuff and add cheap fillers- ie rice/ quinoa combo. I didn't want rice. It's high in sugar and low in nutrient compared to quinoa but much cheaper in cost for them. My salad, "create my own" I just wanted a little quinoa mix on the side bc I didn't want a mound of grains and wanted mostly salad for my $8, which wasn't even that good of lettuce what happened to dark green salad, kale?? My salad was half salad and half grains. The lettuce was romaine and spinach combo mildly green in color; a scoop of veggies. It really could have been much more note worthy being that this place is about greens and organic goodies. Romain is hardly a green lettuce and next up to iceberg. The quinoa had no flavor I would have liked to see more attitude in this food. It's only a step and half up from subway. The ladies behind the counter were pleasant. The woman tried to accommodate my needs but was very flustered and had to keep asking the other, already busy, employees if she could "sub for beet...put the quinoa on the side.... Even the lemon tahini dressing was bland... It was sad to say a disappointment when it could really be amazing. I've worked 15 years in restaurants, i have several degrees in health and wellness. I've been working my way through the menu at Method, and I think I might need to refinance my house before I get halfway. Just kidding, I understand that it sometimes costs a little more to be healthy. I can get a juice from another joint for $4, but it is neither organic nor is it whole food. It's concentrated, frozen, and powdered where Method's juice offerings and smoothies are 100% organic and vegan. The ingredients are listed clearly, and if you don't care for one of them or are intolerant for some reason .. speak up! They'll offer suggestions for an alternative. $6 gets you just about anything on the menu, which is a relative steal for food and drinks in the 'health food' game. I have become addicted to their Legit smoothie for breakfast (Banana, cacao, sub peanut butter for almond, rice milk, blend = heaven) .. it really has the staying power to get me through the day and is delicious to boot. There is not one item on the entire menu I wouldn't eat .. even their pre-packaged food is organic and delicious. I usually cannot resist grabbing a Merry's Miracle Tart (Raw dark chocolate-almond butter or Lemon) for dessert later.
