The tapioca ball aka tapioca pearls are made fresh daily, and they also have different side/sinkers like Passion fruit jelly, Lychee jelly and some flavored poppers. In my opinion they have most of the variety of flavors options available, and you can choose to get a milkshake, slush or milk tea in most or all of their flavors. If you have questions, the staffs are always nice and helpful in describing the drinks.

I asked the barista some questions and noticed that he was meticulously measuring coffee grounds by weight and tamping with precision. He was very helpful and willing to discuss the possibilities to help me land on my drink of choice. He proceeded to make me the best "dirty chai" I have maybe ever had. The chai is sourced from a small business in Bend. It was a perfectly spiced blend. The espresso was smooth and flavorful. It was so delicious I went back for another the next day. This establishment serves only beverages (as far as I could tell) but they are made with care and skill. Highly recommend.

Hatch beaker + burr transcends all of these. I never expected that I would find one of the best lattes I've ever tasted in Spokane of all places after being a Portland/Seattle coffee elitist. The seasonal dulce de leche iced latte was so strong in the best way and brought me back to life with how flavorful it was. Seven dollars even and worth every penny. You can see in the attached photos that I really tried to get every drop of the drink. It was so good that I got another latte to go (cardamom), also so so good. If you have a concern, take it up with the store manager and there might be mitigating circumstances on how something was handled. If it's a procedural issue then you can't hold the store accountable. Call Corporate and let them know your concerns. That being said, the issue with the bodily fluids was handled how it was supposed to. It's hazardous and a cleaning company was supposed to come clean it and is why it was not cleaned with store supplies; ie to avoid contamination. It would not be cleanly or responsible for the store to clean those kinds of fluids with supplies to clean the rest of the store. Please have some grace and understand that procedures have to be followed. Take the correct action when you have concerns but don't take it out on the baristas. They are doing their best.

Extremely rude service…read more I went through the drive-thru between 7-8 PM tonight and had one of the rudest Starbucks experiences I've had. There was no one else in the drive-thru, yet from the moment I tried to place my order, the employee had a noticeable attitude. He was having trouble hearing me, so I spoke up and repeated that I wanted two of the same drink, and he responded rudely. When I got to the window, I was greeted with the same attitude. I skipped the tip because honestly the service did not deserve one, and he responded with an angry "thanks." He then handed me my drinks without saying anything, and as I grabbed the second one, he abruptly said "bye." The entire interaction was unnecessarily rude and uncomfortable. I left thinking I genuinely didn't even want my drinks anymore. I understand people have bad days, but there's no reason to treat a customer like that. I couldn't get his name because his name tag was turned away, but he had long hair pulled back in a bun. Hopefully management addresses this kind of behavior.
