This place is so crappy and it should just be shut down. Incompetent airhead employees and it takes fifteen years to get an order in of there is more than a single car. Just tear this pace down. The music so too loud for them to hear and they are not listening to you and repeat things back and then give you a coffee with a 1/3 shot of coffee in a coffee that you asked for three shots in and got charged for it too. Hadn't been to Dutch Bros for a while, so we dropped in. Ordered a 16 oz Americano and a 16 oz latte at the window. Got our coffee and went home. There we realized that we received 12 oz coffees. The location doesn't have much room on one side of the building while waiting in line, only two cars could fit and your waiting on the side road. And there is only one way in and out to get back onto the Main Street. I have to say that the wait here despite the 6 people inside making coffee, took really long to make and not as friendly as all the other Dutch bros coffee locations I have been to. I told them numerous times I want a medium tea with strawberry and they proceeded to give me a small tea and when I asked for them to correct it she poured the tea into a medium cup of ice and topped it off with more tea but put no extra flavoring. Tried to order a double blended rebel with strawberry float and got boba, when we asked for it to be remade it was not double blended and we were overcharged for boba. Dutch Brothers is LIFE!!! We always come to this location when we vacation in Oregon on our way to Cannon Beach. The staff is super friendly (and energetic) and the service is really fast. I always get a large hot Caramelizer and my wife loves their Chai Tea Latte. Our kids always get the Not-So-Hot chocolate with a whip straw. My only complaint is that there are none here in SoCal. I swear, if they opened stores here in Orange County, Cypress to be exact, they would get CRAZY BUSINESS here!!! Just one man's humble opinion. read more

This business has gone completely down hill... Got a coffee today with a yellow jacket in it. I returned the insect spiked coffee and let them know that the drink that had the insect in it was for someone whom is allergic to bees. The staff was very unapologetic and I honestly don't feel safe giving my friend the remade drink let alone drinking the drink I purchased for myself. I love Dutch Bros so when I saw this one off the highway en route back to Seaside, I pulled into the line. Unfortunately the line stretched into the street and made it very awkward with the cars behind me. The line didn't move as fast as it probably should have, given that there are actually two windows; one on each side. Also there was no one in the parking lot taking orders the way I've seen done at every other location I've been to. I enjoyed my drink but I really hate being asked if I'm going to leave a tip. At the risk of sounding selfish, I only give tips in restaurants where you're seated and someone waits on you. I don't feel that just making a drink and giving it to the person warrants that much of a tip. I have tipped before, but I chose not to on this past visit, but then felt guilty afterwards. On the ipad that they use it asks if you want to leave a tip and you can just choose, but being asked to do so made me feel uneasy. All in all, I'm glad I found this location and would probably come back on a future visit to the area. read more

My drink was sitting at the window for 5 minutes before they gave it to me out the window. This place has gone down hill so bad. Drinks are never made right. The girls are so mean and the guys are so out of it. They are all screwing each other and don't take care of customers like they used to. The management is very unprofessional and drink with underage employees. I've heard nothing horror stories from former employees who parted ways because of drama. After much consideration, I ordered the Cinnamon Oatmilk Latte and it was the perfect autumnal drink. It was sweet, nutty and decadent with a texture that was neither too thick nor too thin. We felt like this young lady(can't remember her name, but she has short reddish brown hair) was my long lost friend! I swear from the moment we pulled up she greeted us and made us feel like we weren't total idiots for not knowing what we wanted. We don't really know what they offer. We normally go to Starbucks or Gravity coffee. While in Seaside we tried this place out. She was super sweet and gave us information on what drinks we should try. She even gave us tips on what to do while in Seaside and told us about how to avoid traffic on the HWY by telling us about a back street only locals know about. We drove off and couldn't stop talking about how friendly she was. Great job Dutch brothers for having people like this young lady! Give this girl a raise or give her an opportunity to teach other baristas how to do what she does. If this was consistent at all your locations I would go to Dutch Brothers for all my coffee needs. read more

the only times i have even had dutch bros have been at this location. the first time was two years ago & i had the birthday cake frappe & i thought it was nasty but i thought it was my fault cuz it was what i ordered. we were back in seaside on our previous vacation & we came here on the morning of tuesday 9/17. i looked at the menu online beforehand to make sure i ordered something i actually would like this time. i went with the double torture freeze with soy milk & no whipped cream. it was much better than my last drink but it was just okay, didn't blow me away. my husband had a hot drink (can't remember what exactly) & thought it was just okay. the day before when we were driving to the coast we stopped in ashland & he got a micro coldbrew & said that was much better, & when we drove home to SLC we stopped in boise & he had an iced coffee & said it was better, so he thinks this location might just be lackluster. they do have super friendly service at this location though so that's a plus! read more

The employees here were really nice and very energetic. I've been to many coffee shacks an and I have to say these guys were by far the nicest out of all of them. They also had us taste our drinks to make sure that the drinks were exactly what we wanted and how we liked them. I can see it taking a while to get your coffee if there are cars in front of you, but for the service that you get and the price point the coffee here is really good.
