Passion fruit jasmine tea with crystal boba and a mango jasmine tea with mango
    Hong N.

Our first time here after the change in ownership and the drinks are still as wonderful. The owner was kind, attentive, and working hard seving everyone and doing everything! This is actually our second time stopping in this trip and I'm sure we'll stop in again before we finish our stay in Seaside. The teas are beautifully made and blended with the bobas tasting fresh and light. My favorite so far have been the strawberry jasmine (from our first visit) and the mango jasmine. Stop by this locally ownered tea shop and enjoy a refreshing drink!

    #17 Bobba Tea

Food- we only got Bobba Milk Teas #17 to be exact. The Tea is super delicious. We wanted ours sweet and so the owner delivered! Service- the service was phenomenal. There were 2 gals working and they were super sweet, friendly and just overall great individuals. They loved dogs! I'd recommend!

Stumbled upon this cute little shop while walking around and waiting for my food order at a restaurant nearby. The owner quickly greeted us with a smile and was so sweet and welcoming. She was so friendly and even made little pup cups for my dogs to enjoy (whipped cream). I love fruit teas and ordered a passionfruit one with rainbow jellies. It was very refreshing and lightly sweet. Would definitely come back again to try other menu items!

Crispy waffle-like shell, with strawberries, strawberry ice cream, and chocolate syrup

My extended family is VERY difficult to please. For them, Western desserts are too sweet or don't contain "flavors of home." Enter Tea Artist. This hip little shop serves up some serious boba tea flair. I rarely see my family all smiling so broadly. From grandma and grandpa to aunts and uncles and grandkids alike. Service was prompt and friendly. The favorite item shared among the group was a bubbled pastry filled with ice cream of your choosing and topped with strawberries, all with a chocolate syrup drizzle. We would 100% go again. If you are in the area, definitely give them a try if you hanker for something deliciously different. Boba well, my friends.

Taro with Rainbow jellies - order extra jellies!

Great variety of drinks! Had the taro with rainbow jellies - loved it! Also, had 2 scoops of icecream (chocolate & vanilla) which was terrible. Tasted freezer burned and had the texture of being melted and refrozen. Would definitely go back for any drink without icecream.

Got this flower tea from Tea Artist

The drinks were refreshing The owner was really nice Can't wait to come back & try other drinks. Thank you

Matcha boba, lemon fruit tea, taro boba

I never seen a Boba shop in Seaside area before and got pretty exicted. We had some out of town kids with us and they needed there boba fix. We had to stay at the beach an hour and half for it to open. The store was cute and well kept. They had a lot of drink options and topping. All there drinks came out very nice and pretty. We order the matcha flavor boba and the taro boba and a fruit tea. I not sure why but the there wasn't any actual matcha in the boba and you couldn't really taste the seasalt foam. The taro didn't have any real flavor as well and the boba seem off. Maybe they make it not as strong flavor to appeal to more people in the area not sure, but if you had boba before just know this place doesnt make the drink that strong. The fruit tea drink was good and tasted right. I think this store is in a great location and Seaside need a boba shop.

The drinks are so good and the service is quick considering they are very short-staffed. I would recommend the dragon fruit tea with pomegranate boba. Or the blue sky white clouds because its so pretty to look at and tastes great too.

Pepto bismol tasting smoothie that's supposed to be strawberry flavor!
    Daniela B.

A cute little place with cute pictures of the drinks. Ordered 2 strawberry smoothies and 2 bubble waffles. Waited about 5 min for the smoothies and over 10min for the bubble waffles. First of all the smoothies taste nothing like strawberries! It tasted like pepto bismol . So disappointing when spending so much money on the smoothies. Second the bubble waffles were not that bad but very over priced. Additional cost for every topping so it comes out to be very pricey. Had better tasting ones at different locations.

The boba tea here is out of this world! It's better there than anything I've had. The service is amazing and she is so nice. I love it here

Roasted oolong milk tea was okay. But the boba was hard and tasted like weird chemicals.

Let me start by stating 2 facts…read more 1. I grew up right next to Little Saigon in Orange County, California which is home to some of the best pho outside of Vietnam. I know good pho. 2. This is the WORST attempt at pho I have ever seen and the WORST food I have paid for in my life. It smelled like the Astoria dump. Opened the lid, I smelled that familiar scent of summer time rotting municipal garbage dump. I wretched. I still had to take one bite to make sure. It was unusually slimy and I spat it out. Immediately dumped it in the trash. My cousin didn't even bother taking a bite. He threw it in the trash as well. Also the egg rolls were not Vietnamese egg rolls. They were the kind you get at a cheap Chinese take out. You'd think a place that sells Vietnamese food would know the difference.

We saw two Asian ladies with big bowls of pho at a table and thought it must be good. It was cold…read moreoutside so we gave it a try. First bad sign was a no refund sign at the counter. Second bad sign was that nobody was manning the counter (had to yell for them a few times because they were in the back chatting). Third bad sign was that the Asian ladies had left while we were waiting for our food, having hardly eaten their pho. The pho is huge but also with a big price tag. It tasted horrible. We couldn't muster up but a few bites. I felt bad leaving it there but it tasted vomitous. Ack ack ack.

We've always tried to support them as they are a small business and I know the owner does try to keep her prices low. I can't get over my experience yesterday, though. As soon as we pulled up, it was crystal clear that we weren't welcome there. The barista was in an obvious bad mood, you could literally feel the tension coming from her - no greeting, no how are you, no even looking in our direction when she barked out "what would you like?" while carrying on with folding a paper bag and putting it away. We had to repeat our order three times (a basic mocha and latte, no modifications) for who knows what reason, but had she been looking at us, I'm sure she would have heard us just fine. She was obviously irritated by our very presence, and it was rude and uncomfortable to say the least. My husband and I sat there in awkward silence for what felt like forever. Then, another customer pulled up to the other window, the barista again didn't acknowledge them, look at them, and we watched as they looked confused like maybe that window wasn't open. If you are the owner, the girl had long red/brown hair, a nose piercing, tortoise glasses, and a distinctive 8 ball tattoo on the back of her left upper arm. Her attitude is NOT a good reflection of your business, and not what I've grown to love when visiting your stand. I'm sure you'll get the same feedback from others, especially those who visited on January 2, 2025, and if you have cameras, I suggest you review them. One person really can ruin things for everybody.
