What a fun spot! The lady working was very upfront that we would need to wait to order as she was busy making drinks and the only person working; love the heads up! She also told us upfront which things she was out of, it was spring break after all. The drinks were fun and not traditional bubble teas but that is what we ordered. They also have card games and tables and we played uno while we waited. read more

Our first time here after the change in ownership and the drinks are still as wonderful. The owner was kind, attentive, and working hard seving everyone and doing everything! This is actually our second time stopping in this trip and I'm sure we'll stop in again before we finish our stay in Seaside. The teas are beautifully made and blended with the bobas tasting fresh and light. My favorite so far have been the strawberry jasmine (from our first visit) and the mango jasmine. Stop by this locally ownered tea shop and enjoy a refreshing drink! read more

Food- we only got Bobba Milk Teas #17 to be exact. The Tea is super delicious. We wanted ours sweet and so the owner delivered! Service- the service was phenomenal. I would highly recommend this place. Maria puts her heart & soul into what she produces. If you are lucky you might get a chance to have a home baked goodie. I am addicted to her honeydew brown sugar bobos and heartedly recommend them. They are delicious. A stop at the Tea Artist will make any day an excellent day. read more

Stumbled upon this cute little shop while walking around and waiting for my food order at a restaurant nearby. The owner quickly greeted us with a smile and was so sweet and welcoming. She was so friendly and even made little pup cups for my dogs to enjoy (whipped cream). I love fruit teas and ordered a passionfruit one with rainbow jellies. My extended family is VERY difficult to please. For them, Western desserts are too sweet or don't contain "flavors of home." Enter Tea Artist. This hip little shop serves up some serious boba tea flair. I rarely see my family all smiling so broadly. From grandma and grandpa to aunts and uncles and grandkids alike. Service was prompt and friendly. The favorite item shared among the group was a bubbled pastry filled with ice cream of your choosing and topped with strawberries, all with a chocolate syrup drizzle. We would 100% go again. If you are in the area, definitely give them a try if you hanker for something deliciously different. Boba well, my friends. read more

Great experience. The lady was so sweet and the drinks were great and reasonably priced. She has a cute little set up with games to play with your kids while you wait for your drinks and enjoy them. We've been in there a few times now. We've been there when it was super busy and yesterday when it was just us. The staff is always very welcoming and the drinks were of coarse delicious! Lots of varieties to choose from as well and not just drinks. They have ice cream and other things too. Also if you bought a local school discount card they are on it for buy 2 drinks get 1 free. we will definitely be back. Thank you. We were grabbing a sweet treat elephant ear and saw boba, but we were not impressed by reviews. Walked over to Tea Artist instead and really happy we did! The owner was working and took our order. Even at 5 she had a little line and it's nice to see. She got all of our orders up quickly. Will be back. read more

Great variety of drinks! Had the taro with rainbow jellies - loved it! Also, had 2 scoops of icecream (chocolate & vanilla) which was terrible. Tasted freezer burned and had the texture of being melted and refrozen. Would definitely go back for any drink without icecream. read more

I never seen a Boba shop in Seaside area before and got pretty exicted. We had some out of town kids with us and they needed there boba fix. We had to stay at the beach an hour and half for it to open. The store was cute and well kept. They had a lot of drink options and topping. All there drinks came out very nice and pretty. We order the matcha flavor boba and the taro boba and a fruit tea. I not sure why but the there wasn't any actual matcha in the boba and you couldn't really taste the seasalt foam. The taro didn't have any real flavor as well and the boba seem off. Maybe they make it not as strong flavor to appeal to more people in the area not sure, but if you had boba before just know this place doesnt make the drink that strong. The fruit tea drink was good and tasted right. I think this store is in a great location and Seaside need a boba shop. read more

A cute little place with cute pictures of the drinks. Ordered 2 strawberry smoothies and 2 bubble waffles. Waited about 5 min for the smoothies and over 10min for the bubble waffles. First of all the smoothies taste nothing like strawberries! It tasted like pepto bismol . So disappointing when spending so much money on the smoothies. Second the bubble waffles were not that bad but very over priced. Additional cost for every topping so it comes out to be very pricey. Had better tasting ones at different locations. read more

Some of the best bubble tea I've had. My husband was lucky enough to be a hair stylist for the owners stepson and he told us about his stepmom and her businesses. You can actually taste the tea which is so important. It doesn't taste artificial because she cares about the ingredients. I also love the older white lady who works here. She was so incredibly friendly and took care into making our drinks. I also loved that she was playing show-tunes each time we went. Will always visit here when we go back to Seaside. read more

If you like real tea, this place will make you very happy. I had the matcha smoothie with sea salt cream- it was delightful! The matcha was actual matcha- not something from a packet with tons of sugar in it- so you tasted the tea itself. You can sweeten things up with the jellies if that's your thing- tons of options! My husband got an orange jasmine tea which was refreshing and bursting with real orange. Great stop for a beautifully delicious treat. read more

Stopped by this shop while waiting for a takeout order at a local restaurant. Atmosphere, staff, and menu were all amazing. Prices were BERY affordable. This is such a cute place with yummy and refreshing teas! The man working the cash register took the time to explain what we could expect from teas we had questions about and even gave us recommendations. The atmosphere was open and friendly. I am in seaside for a dance competition and have been here a couple of times. The tea is great and the man that has been working both times is carrying this business on his back. Great service and he is so kind even though he is always alone and it's probably never slow. If he doesn't own this place he deserves a raise for REAL! Overall 10/10 read more

This is an amazing addition to Seaside! The flavors are so on point! I love the Vanilla taro with sea salt sweet cream, or the hot waffle with strawberry ice cream. All of the drink options were clearly shown and they had plenty of pictures, plenty of other goodies as well. Workers were incredibly kind and helpful, working with each customer at a time. We've had sandwiches there in the last few months, too. The bread has been stale every time. We won't be spending much money there anymore, and we are locals. Very sad that they don't seem to care about the quality that they are putting out.

Unfortunately, one of the cookies that was ordered, nothing was listed as having chocolate in it, and my wife has issues with chocolate. It is pretty well known that in the food service industry, chocolate and peanuts are one of those things that you should never mess with when it comes to people's intake. The lady I talked to on the phone a day later mentioned that it was vegan chocolate if it made a difference, and quite frankly, I can see where at some level that might make a difference for the dairy, but in the bigger picture, it doesn't make a bit of difference as it is chocolate that is an issue not the dairy. The bottom line is it should've had a label on the shelf tag and it did not. In our opinion, it should even have a listing of the type of chocolate (dark, lite, etc ). As that could have been a hospitalizations worse. Then, at the end of the conversation, the person I talking to was dismissive and just wanted to move on -- clearly not somebody that should be answering the phones if she's not gonna fully listen (even though she said she did) to the very valid concern. She said that there's a recipe book that we could've asked about if we had any concerns. The concern was that there was no listing on the label of the cookie that was on the shelf. Something as simple as "contains chocolate" could have averted this whole situation.

We came back the next day to get their sandwiches and the display cases had flies inside them. When I pointed it out to the lady helping us, she just ignored it saying it's not an issue. I don't want items flies have been on. That out us off this place.
