I have never had a bad experience at Dutch Bros, until today. I left in a worse mood than I had arrived with. One of my large drinks was supposed to be blended, and came out iced. I just wasn't treated nice. It's all about HOW you say things, and I mean my drink was made wrong and somehow I left feeling as if I DID something wrong. i didn't catch her name, but the little brunette girl who was working the early morning shift (6:30 am) on 7/13/25, needs to work on her customer service skills or get a new job. she had such attitude and I was just doing a pick up (that was not ready yet). My new favorite coffee spot in California. The branding is great. The service is fast and the employees are very efficient and helpful. The menu is a nice curveball from other coffee houses. I had the cookie coffee. I let the girl working the kiosk to pick my order for me since I wanted something new. My friend ordered Raspberry truffle. I tried hers as well. Both were great. Please make some locations more available in Los Angeles and San Diego because I've never seen this franchise down where I live. It would do well there. read more

Waited in line to order coffee because staff was chatting it up with their friend (who was sipping on her coffee in her car and not even ordering anything). Staff was kind to me but I was very unhappy with having to wait extra minutes to order coffee for my wife. That's totally unprofessional to make someone wait in line because you're "chatting it up with your friend" and holding up the drive thru line when your friend wasn't even ordering. read more

Been there many times and always had good service. Went there Monday morning ordered a hot drink, it was iced. Told him I ordered an ice and he was rude about it. Remade it and gave me a small when I ordered a medium so he had to remake it again and his whole attitude was like it was my fault. Handed me my drink without even looking at me so it spilled down my arm and all over my cup holder. I was very nice the whole time and he just treated me like I was expecting the world of him. I am a repeat customer. For years, no problems with my order. I stopped by 3 weeks ago, ordered an iced vanilla coffee. No vanilla. I stopped by yesterday to get a vanilla latte. No vanilla. I stopped by today to get an iced vanilla coffee and a chai latte. No vanilla in the coffee and no chai in the latte. I turned around, went back to get my order correced. I explained the problems I've had, including the drinks in my hand. I was told, "that's how we make them". I politely explained, "I've had many vanilla iced coffees, vanilla lattes and chai lattes." North market is the best! I've always wondered why I seemed to like my drinks way more when I go to them. I just recently found out that they hand blend with a different machine so it's more of a slush instead of ice that always clumps up. Huge shout out to Court and the rest off the staff there.
