The peach green tea is also really good and has matcha in it for energy. Now, I really love their juices. The green machine helps me feel amazing and energetic. And the green lemonade is tasty way to get some veggies in. This place is amazing. The juices and smoothies are made to order. However, I never have to wait too long for my order even when they are busy. They do have a couple of tables if you want to eat in. I typically get my juice or smoothie to go. They also have smoothie bowls and small snacks like Boulder potato chips. The best part is they have a rewards program if you plan to visit a lot, this could save you money on your purchases. Overall, I have a positive and enjoyable experience when I go.

Promptly approached by server Harumy, quickly provided with a hot carafe of coffee and condiments. The ambiance is clean, cheerful, and inviting. There is music but it isn't too loud. I ordered the mini-monkey bread (pictured), essentially a biscuit dappled with cinnamon sugar streusel. I didn't love it; I thought it tasted too salty. Still, I finished it so it couldn't have been that bad! I ordered the Breakfast Quesadilla (eggs, chiles, cheese, onions, drizzled with avocado cream and served with red salsa), which was very good. Harumy checked on me, and brought the check promptly. You pay at the counter, not directly to the server. I would have given 4.5 stars but Yelp doesn't enable this, so I rounded up to 5 stars. Definitely give Bluebird Cafe a try!

Very concerning experience with their dog bowl and disappointing customer service…read more I've been to Rush Bowls a few times and have tried the Dragon, Berry Fresh, and Beach bowls, which was decent. Unfortunately, after my most recent visit, I don't think I'll be returning. On October 8, I visited with friends and decided to get the Bow Wow Bowl for my dog, Aurie. About an hour after eating it, he started vomiting and threw up FOUR times. We had to call the emergency vet. It was honestly scary, especially since we had no idea what could have caused such a severe reaction. I returned to the Broomfield location on October 9 around noon to let the staff know what happened. The two women working suggested that my dog was probably allergic to something in the bowl. While I understand that dogs can have individual sensitivities, I found their response quite dismissive. There was no apology, no apparent concern for my dog's well-being, and no effort to help address what happened. I understand that the staff couldn't necessarily determine what caused his reaction, but I would have expected a little empathy and concern, especially when a customer is reporting that their dog became so sick shortly after eating one of their products. I would absolutely not recommend the Bow Wow Bowl based on our experience. What happened to my dog was frightening enough, but the dismissive customer service made an already upsetting situation even worse.

My father and I were really craving boba and when we went inside, we saw three employees working away... which is great; however, we were waiting for maybe about 5 minutes and not one greated us, or maybe tell us they woyld be right with us.... we weren't even acknowledged. Then I heard one of their employee's speak to possibly a friend of hers who walked inside the shop about 7 minutes after we were inside, and she began having a great conversation, laughing with him, etc. so I thought we'd get lucky and be acknowledged after he'd leave. We were waiting for another minute, and she got back to work making drinks. I looked at my father and he looked at me shocked about what was happening. I then said in a raised voice, so they could hear me over their loud blenders, "Hello, we are ready." I saw one worker, turn her head to our direction, and there was no acknowledgement and ignored us. I then began literally waiving my hands in the air, then arms to them and nothing. Then finally I raised my voice to say we were ready and one of them turned around to tell us, "We are busy, doing other drinks!" So my father and I looked at each other in disbelief and left the shop empty handed and quite disappointed. Instead, we went across the street to a local Pho restaurant in their busy place and ordered the boba we originally wanted. We loved them way more than Shiba Boba because we felt acknowledged and they helped us with our drinks. Maybe Shiba Boba is getting too popular and is forgetting what is keeping them employed.

Defeats the purpose of ordering in the app. Recently I had them make the new dubai wow drink and it was a hot mess! No one knew what I was talking about and they started contemplating on calling the manager/owner almost as if they knew he would be annoyed if they called him. One guy said he can make it but all he did was add milk to sliced strawberries with globs of pistachio. It was a hot mess!! The pistachio dubai wow isn't even supposed to have strawberries in it and the pistachio cream should be blended with the drink. Totally not what the drink is supposed to be. It was horrible! I went back last night to try something different since I already had it in the KF in Colorado Springs...the strawberry dubai cup (no drink). This one was also a Dud- there was barely any pistachio cream and just whole pistachios (too many) and sliced strawberries. And to top it off they are using cups that are super sharp and even warned customers to be careful when removing the covers because you can cut your fingers. If they know this then stop being cheap and order new safer cups! This was never an issue in the past. Just too many reasons to be done with this location. The Boulder, Denver, and Colorado Springs location is waaaay better and the manager/owner is on site, their strawberry dubai cup was oh em ger the best I have had so far. Filled to the top, fresh strawberries and a much larger cup than this stingy location. No more Thornton location for me unfortunately. Not so cherry on top? Their service and attitudes. I never enjoy my drink inside since it doesn't have the best ambiance.
