Today on my final visit to this location the order taker allowed a car cut in front of at least three cars that had already been waiting an extended period of time. I asked her why as she took my order. She said that they can't block river rd, that makes sense...but wouldn't you want to hurry the longest line up to prevent from blocking the road rather than let people from the shortest lane cut in front of the longest? She stood their blank face with no explanation. Then after getting to the window they said the wrong drink, I explained that's not what I ordered. But I was given the drink anyways....what is wrong with these people?!?! Already spending $8 on coffee, adding a tip on top of that and they cannot even manage a line?!?! Grabbing coffee for a road trip back home. We had a big truck and trailer so we were not able to drive thru, no walk up window but they allowed us to stand in the car line. It was a little awkward. I kept making sure the driver of the car behind us was paying attention. The clerk taking the order was Keto knowledgable and we came up with a drink idea and it wasn't bad. The coffee was super hot so I wasn't able to drink it until we were miles into our road trip. I know it is hard to make a drink perfect to each customer so I have be careful not to be to over critical. I DO wish your locations would have the MCT powder available. Also, because we were not in the truck and on foot, we didn't have our punch card on us cause I forgot to grab it, which had a free one, and they never offered or asked if we had one. So, I was able to finally get some coffee from DBs and my drive thru experience was less than stellar. I just wanted a regular ole hot cup of coffee but since I was confused by the menu I did not know how to order it. I said, just "a regular hot coffee" but the barista was confused by this. I explained I hadn't been here in years and I needed help. After a few minutes of trying to just get some coffee I got frustrated and gave up and pointed at some random drink on the menu. "Forget it, I'll take that." 5 minutes later I had a cold half filled clear plastic soda cup with straw, of something that claimed to be caffeinated. Does DB have regular hot coffee? This place has two drive up windows but only use one of them. They have two lines that merge into one the closer you get to the window. So if you're a considerate human and wait for 15 minutes in line before your order is even taken and someone decides to get into the other line, guess what they have successfully cut off the other seven people that were behind you. The service is always fast, friendly and served with a smile. Sometimes there can be quite the line of customers. But that tells me that what I am waiting for must be good if not absolutely great. And it is great. The baristas make great suggestions and offer a giant variety of options in coffee, smoothies and energy drink refreshments! They also have cookies, pastries and goodies! Dutch is my love. Dutch is life! I spend most of the year up in Washington because of college and I wish they had a stand in Tacoma WA! I can only get it when I come home to visit. Which is so sad. You should never be deprived of Dutch Bros. Always my first stop on the way home on my way back to school. Sometimes they even give me a free drink to welcome me back home. That's the thing I really love about this company. They really care for their customers. If you're having a bad day they want to hear about it. If you're having a great day they want to hear about it. They are always there to support the community. Supporting McNary in every way they can. That's awesome! Rebels are great. (what I normally get) I think Rebels are their most popular drink among the younger customers. Infuse it with all the great flavors. I either get it with watermelon flavoring or grapefruit and pomegranate. By far my favorite. Coffee is great. If I get a coffee drink I will probably get a kicker freeze. I always get my drinks iced or in a freeze. Just my personal opinion. Also something I feel needs to be said about Dutch Bros coffee is that it's a really sweet sugary coffee place. My marine corp veteran boyfriend and I went through the line to get coffee at 9 pm. The girl working was extremely rude. He said we're veterans to have her apply the discounts. When she rang it up he had already handed her his card. When she handed him the card back and stated the total he asked "did the price change?" She said "no always the same." He stated the usual price for the discounted drinks. She said the discount only applied to one drink. He said we are both veterans. She huffed and said "well you didn't say that" he said yes I did. He asked for her name. She replied I don't have to tell you my name. She continued to be rude then said he was being rude and he hurt her feelings the last time he came in because he asked her if they could walk towards the line to keep cars from cutting in front of him. He tried to explain that he was in no way upset with her that he just wanted to go forward to keep more cars from going ahead. We have been to this location daily if not more than daily. We have never had anyone complain that he is rude. He is actually quite funny and would never intentionally be rude to anyone. We have never had anything but great interactions with the people working there until this girl. The coffee is great! The employees are fantastic! But for some reason the walk up window is closed. I have to stand in line behind cars that are lined up for the drive thru for service. To me, that doesn't sound safe. Maybe they should think about opening the service window on warm days to help people out and avoid them getting hit by someone in the parking lot. read more

This location used to be amazing. Have been going to the Keizer location for years. Service has gone down. Coffee is not up to par. Recently every order is incorrect. Wait times have been longer and longer. When I order something, I prefer that person taking my order at least look at me while I'm talking to them. Shows good customer service. I started going to Dutch Bros just out of curiosity when I moved to Keizer months ago and found myself hooked on the service and their awesome Iced Mocha, made just the way I want it. Some people are saying that lines are long. That's true, especially during school year. I try to get there early enough and I never have to wait too long. The servers would come out and take your orders for you to cut down the amount of time waiting in line. Once school is out, the line is shorter now but the servers still come out to take your orders anyways. I DO wish they serve hot breakfast sammiches to go with their coffee. I've yet to try other flavor coffees but I'm hoping they'll come out with pumpkin spice latte for the fall! read more

Dutch appears to be a lifestyle choice. My wife loves this place, but I usually skip it altogether. I find the waits, especially at this location, always extremely long. I'm guessing it's because the baristas are busy being friendly and conversational with customers, but it's not worth it to wait that long for just one drink. I am not well versed, or tasted, in most of their drinks. I usually just have an Iced Kicker (their original specialty) if I am here and it is always good. They even had 4 people working last time, but it still took a long time to get to the front of the line. Not sure why.... I love Dutch Bros! Their coffee is great and they have many choices on their menu. This shop is kind of slow especially on the weekends because its just so busy and people love to pull up there and talk forever, but when I pull up I get my drink in 3 minutes or less. They are always nice and try to get your drink perfect for you. Sometimes the walk up window gets their coffees faster and that's kind of annoying but that's not a big deal. I always come here and I love it, if you get a drink and it wasn't exactly what you wanted then give them another chance don't just write them off, tell them what you didn't like about your drink last time and they will make it right and they will try to remember your drink. read more

Don't go to Dutch Bros. as much as I go to Starbucks but when I go I usually get the Iced Kicker. The drinks and the service are always good. Sometimes it seems like the service and friendliness of Dutch Bros. is better then Starbucks. I don't want someone who is just gonna take my money and throw my drink at me and tell me to move along.
