My husband just brought home two large Dreamcicles. A great treat after a spring afternoon of yard work. Unfortunately they were awful. Bitter and icy. Tasted as if the Dreamcicle component was left out. So disappointing - especially since it was nearly $20. Hope this was a one off West Salem Jamba. read more

Jamba encourages the customers to use their app but they do NOT you if you pay on the app Jamba charges you a fee for using the app. I was so surprised and not happy with the fee. Sunday I had ordered Tropical Dragon Twist & the drink was very gritty. I was very dispointed to pay for a med drink that was not the quality that Jamba is known for. The only thing that's irritating is how loud the music is played. I had the worker ask me 3 times "what did you say" if the music would've been turned down then the customer could've felt important. I did not. I just paid over $25 for drinks and the worker could not hear me ask for a small cup, lid and straw. I won't go in if the music is too loud. Every time I come into this location I'm always greeted with a warm welcome and the establishment is always clean! Staff is respectful and are always quick to get your drink to you. I've been to other Jamba juices that have refused my substitutions but every time I come to this location and ask for a substitution they are ALWAYS willing to accommodate. :) read more

Great place to stop in with the family. The healthier alternative to a shake is a great option. This location is staffed with friendly staff and the store front as well as the restrooms were clean. I had the Surf Rider and my daughter had the Strawberries Wild - both were good. The Surf Rider had a bit of sour from the lemon and lime which made it very refreshing. If you are looking to get an early start to your day and getting a smoothie here don't waste your time with this location. Google and the sign on the door says they open at 6:30 on Saturday. Yelp says they open at 7:00. Today (10-6-2018) they opened at neither time. I finally left at 7:03 am. I called about 7:30 the same day and Karen said there was a miscommunication with the opener. She said they opened at 7:00 when I asked her but that didn't happen. I was there at 7:00. So the opener does not know the hours of the place they work at? My daughter will need a smoothie next Saturday morning at 6:30ish. I will be going to Starbucks. I KNOW they will be open. read more

I told them I didn't see what I wanted on the menu- I didn't want any of their mixes, so I asked for ONLY strawberry and banana to be in my smoothie. It was almost $6 for a large, I pulled out of the parking lot and took a sip... It had apple juice in it. I hate apple juice!! Why would I ask for something that "wasn't on the menu" if that option was under multiple categories on the menu?! I can read but apparently she couldn't listen. read more
