Always a treat to stop by on our way through. Most of the baristas are friendly but one in particular shouldn't tell people or give people extra personal attention because she's a regular. So am I, but the lady could've waited in line like the gentleman and I were instead of the woman telling us there's no cars. I asked the barista why the lady that walked up to the window didn't have to wait in line like we were and she asked me, well who was in line first. I told her we were. When it was my turn to get my drink I explained to her that I felt bad for saying something, but she should've waited in line at the walk up window like we did and she said to me, well she's a regular. I simply took my drink and said thank you. I'm a regular as well. Getting a drink, 2 or 3 x's a day. I spend a lot of money at the JC location, donate to your fundraisers, the most recent being to the American Can er Society. I don't typically give anything below a 5 review, but I actually left upset that she said that and actually questioned me as to who was there first. I would've given my review more stars because everyone else doesn't say anything to me at all negatively. I love your coffee, teas and blended drinks, but quite honestly this one experience has made me feel shunned from Dutch Bros all together and I think after going there since you opened, I'll be taking my business elsewhere. I love being able to walk up to the window and getting my drinks, the building and surrounding areas always are maintained and look nice, but even that can't keep me there and word of mouth means a lot. read more

Why does everyone go crazy over this place ? The line is always so long - right ? Is it worth it ? All good questions ! So, It's a quick line! Always efficient. Yes. It's worth it. Even if it might take a little longer than because of more than average cars ahead of you. The menu is so flexible - say- make me that Carmel apple frap that the other place makes they can do it ! So many of the originals they come up with are better anyways . I get a latte annihilator with half sweet. It's white chocolate with half the amount of pumps. One different quirky thing - there's not soy milk . You won't miss it I promise. The almond milk tastes so much better. You'll make friends ! Just keep going back they usually remember your drink too! A pupaccino is the same as puppy foam. My dogs start drooling a block away! They also have Kurig cups. Enjoy ! read more

What an awkward, intolerable and unprofessional experience. Dutch bros coffee franchise is known for a lot of things, overly friendly service, eager customer service workers, and sugary drinks for the whole family. You almost alway have to wait in line for a while which is expected when there's only two coffee shops in town but when my partner returned with the wrong coffee (visually you could tell) we moseyed back to get it corrected as they do without skipping a beat. When we got there the line was forever long as we expected on Father's Day but when they came to the car things got weird. We were "greeted" at the car for our order and as I made a joke about how I was an ass for sending my partner on Father's Day to get our drinks and now we we're back for round two to get the corrected drink as mine should be white (white coffee breve but it was brown?) - I was met with an awkward blank stare and after a long pause she said "okay... what's it suppose to be". I told her my order and asked if I could go to the walk up for the exchange since we had already been through the line once and was told no, it would take just as long. Lame but I didn't argue. We got up to the window and the bro working the window took over the situation. He told us he needed to clarify the situation because he was told there was some cursing involved? I explained the joke and he then continued to tell me in a condescending tone about how it's not tolerated and he needed to understand what happened and then he could get started on the drink.. which was ready behind him on the counter. The whole damn thing was grossly handled. Even if I had said something out of pocket .. I would have preferred been refused service falsely then reprimanded and talked down to like a child. I have probably had more wrong drinks than correct drinks at Dutch bros shops across the board and never cared much because their prompt and friendly service, but that was nice while it lasted. Our family of 5 will gladly go the extra .9 miles to pony express where they're always respectful and get the job done right the first time. read more

From black coffee to straight sugar in a drink their menu is great and very customizable. I love the addition of an oat milk option.

This location has some issues. It's one of the slower stands in town. Some days, I think I could go to Eugene and get my drink and get back to JC before getting my drink here. When it's good, it's Dutch Bros good- which is awesome. When it's not good though- you get a literal cup of water with a shot of peach flavor. (Yes, that happened. It was the clearest "tea" I've ever seen. So bad I tossed it. I taste the tea before I leave now instead of trusting that it just brewed lighter) Compared to the River Rd stand, which is usually fast, friendly and correct, and the Gateway stand which seems to always be fast, friendly and correct- this stand doesn't quite by the mark. That being said- it's Dutch Bros. There are quite a few really great baristas (Bro-istas?) here. If you love Dutch Bros- stop in here. If you haven't had Dutch Bros and are driving past- stop here. One thing I love about all the stands is how accommodating they are with special requests (no sweetener/sugar, quarter sweet etc). read more

If you have been to Dutch Bros you know what they're about with there very friendly staff and excited to see you mentally; how your doing and what your day looks like. They are a great coffee shop with great co-workers. While the coffee is semi it's a great place for quick drive in coffee. The Barista even knew what an Nutty Irishman was I was pretty impressed!! If you ever go to this Dutch Bros get the Nutty Irishman. I would say that I would recommend Dutch Bros even though I'm not a fan of there coffee. They do have different kinds of non-coffee drinks that a great too!! read more

I'm legitimately shocked at the poor reviews this Dutch Bros has received. TBQH, I don't really care for Dutch Bros. Sometimes the service can be overbearing but when it's the only drive-thru place in town, you gotta make due. I was hesitant to come here because I'm just not up to being bright and cheery in the morning but I'm glad I did because these employees are SUPER down to earth, able to read whether or not someone wants to make convo, and are really fast! I go there frequently, they remember my drink and 9 times out of 10 it's already waiting for me when I pull up. This Dutch Bros has changed my opinion on Dutch Bros in general and although I'm sad to be moving away from it, I'm hopeful about the next one thanks to this one! Great job, JC Dutch Bros! This Dutch is awful. Everytime we've been there nothing has been right. The blended drink I ordered today was nothing but air and foam. Did NOT taste like coffee whatsoever! I took it back as it was so disgusting. All the girl wanted to do was argue and say their machine was low and that's why it was like that. She said it tastes the same!! No way!! She was rude. I told her I did NOT want her to remake it a d asked for a hot one. I didn't get the size I should've been compensated for, and what do you know tastes like flavored hot milk. The BEST Dutch Bros in probably the whole Willamette Valley! Nobody knows how to brew iced green tea to the perfect strength! Seriously!! Almost every other location we've been to makes their tea way too strong! They make great coffee there too!! read more

The service here is always great and they're really consistent. That being said I'm not the biggest fan of their coffee, especially their house blend. I do really enjoy Red Bull mixed with some of the Torani Syrups. Everyone pretty much knows what to expect when they hit up a Dutch Bros, this one isn't much different. read more

Bought two drinks- the 911 was good, but the cocomo with almond milk and white coffee tasted bad (pretty sure it was only ice and almond milk, there was no coconut or coffee taste at all). I waited 10 min to just place my order. My side had a line of cars that weren't moving. When I finally got up to order, there was no music and no normal Dutch Vibe. I barely got an apology for the wait. I also saw a guy in back with a clipboard, looked like he was taking inventory.
