I used to go to this Dutch Bros regularly but stopped when their prices skyrocketed. When I went to visit today, after a couple years of not going, they had changed how you get in line. There are cones placed in the lot with a sign saying line forms ahead, however, it wasn't clear to me where I was supposed to go. I got into the back of the line and waited a while to get to the window. When I got the window I was told I cut people in line, I'm a very aware person, I checked my rear view mirror multiple times and it wasn't till a few minutes after I had been in line that someone pulled up behind me. They told me I needed to get back in the line and try again for them to take my order. I didn't have time to get in line again and even I did I would've left, they need to make their directions more clear for where we are supposed to go to get in line AND not accuse people of cutting in line. I've had people cut me in line so many times at various Dutch bros locations and have never had them be held accountable by employees. It's BS. Same your time and go somewhere else. read more

Charge you up front asking for tip before they make you a drink( 30% of the time it is not a good experience). Today I ordered medium rebel light ice drink and when I got it I was surpriced. Cup was 1/4 empty and when I asked employee "whats this?" He said "didnt you want it light ice?". I'm sorry but what kind of service is this I just paid $6 for a cup that is half full. I'm not sure what's happening at this location but drugs seem to be the theme! I usually don't have any problems at this location. The staff are usually friendly and accommodating however this morning crew they have now need more then help! My coffee was disgusting it was bitter and warm. After waiting in line behind three cars forever I had to stand in the rain to get my coffee re-made mind you there were 5 people in the booth! The second cup was so bad I just tossed it out the window! I've contacted them for a refund but I'm hearing from people no one will respond to my request. No. Just no. My friend and I were roadtripping through Oregon and stopping at a coffee stand every morning. Hidden gems like The Coffee Hut in Sweet Home provided us some of the best coffee we've had in years (possibly ever). Much the same when we stopped in Tillamook. Yelp was guiding us and we were scoring on the coffee front. Then we decided to try the oft-raved about Dutch Brothers. My friend had gotten the same thing she had been getting other places. White mocha blended with white coffee. I opted for the same but dairy free. What we got was. An abomination. What we got, in short, was really thick (hard to drink) crushed ice with chocolate milk (almond milk in my case). I tasted no coffee. Mine was mostly flavorless except for a hint of almond milk taste. My friends tasted like a Nesquik slushie. Unacceptable. Did we just pay $10 for this? We didn't get past 3/4 of the way through our 16 oz cups (we were hopeful they would start to taste better. They didn't.). Staff was friendly, I guess. Earning of a star. But the product served for the price is, for lack of a better word, offensive. In summation, don't go here if you like coffee and/or value your money. I grant you they were busy unloading a supply delivery, but they were playing loud music and everybody shouting back and forth to each other. Ron and I were greeted and served quickly and accurately, but we ended up feeling we weren't the focus of the transaction. No thank you, no good-bye, just ushered back out on the street unceremoniously. It ended up feeling like we were on an assembly line, move them in and move them out. I might have understood if they did this when they were packed with customers, but there was only one other patron there. I expect better, especially when compared to their other outlets. But this location, every time I've been here, makes my drink way more bitter and watery than any other location, and they also miscommunicate to one another - Like they handed us our first drink and said have a good day even though we ordered two and paid for two and one of the workers yelled at the one making it because of that. This location doesn't seem to be trained in making golden eagle drinks and it makes me sad because I usually love those and love Dutch. Communication is challenging, as to be expected with young teen girls running the show. Besides this obvious bias of hiring teen girls, the coffee is mediocre, at best. Too sweet, too over the top. While I wouldn't normally mind teens serving me coffee, the blatant and sexist preference of hiring young VAPID (and I mean STUPID/IGNORANT) teen girls based on their looks is just too much. If I could give zero stars I would. Usually love the service and quality as a franchise as I often go to the Tigard and NW locations! Whoever owns this location needs to do some serious training for the day manager (Asian male) or have some secret shoppers to see how their place is running. Just waited in line for 12 minutes. The young gal who came out and took my order was nice. I ordered a medium white chocolate drink. It took so long as the girl at the window was chatting with everyone after giving them their drink! No awareness or respect for the long line and people's time. She had her whole bottom sitting on pass, which regardless if it's not food, is unsanitary and unprofessional. Took a very long time to make my drink, seeing that there were SIX people "working" I did see the manager was training a new young gal, so that could be the hold up. Finally got my drink and as I'm almost home, took a sip and they forgot my white chocolate as well as my espresso, I got a cup of hot milk. So I turned back around to wait in the line for another 10+minutes. The nice gal was very apologetic and told me she would refund my money and make me a new drink. As I got the to window, the manager then asked very rudely "do you want cash or another drink" I explained the the gal up front said she would do both for the inconvenience. He then proceeded to tell me that she's in training and she can't do that. Now keep in mind I go to several Dutch Bros and that's not the case at all. I asked if he was the manager. He was super arrogant and defensive. Maybe you should get some customer service pointers from the girl who is in training outside. Or a simple "I apologize I messed up. My family and I LOVE Dutch... just not this location. I have never ever been to a Dutch Bros and encountered rude staff. On top of that, my drink had a bug in it. Imagine if Red Bull had a good flavor, mixed with your choice of fruity flavoring. This is an energy drink, so be careful if you're not supposed to have this kind of drink in your diet. I went to several of these per my brothers recommendation, and they are, by far, my favorite coffee place. The service and standards are incredibly consistent, even when I went to franchises with different owners. Usually I drink regular, but I had to try a Carmalizer, (sugar free/non-fat) as they say it is their most popular. Both the regular (private reserve) and the carmalizer are real, really good. Every time I come here there is little to no line but I still have to wait 45 minutes. I wasn't planning on writing a bad review but today was the last straw for me. The line was about 5 cars on each side so I knew that I would have to wait. But instead of them doing their job and getting coffee out they saw a puppy and grab it out of one of the cars and brought it in to where they make the coffee so they could all pet it. First off that is so unsanitary and I couldn't order coffee after that because it was too disgusting and secondly, they all stopped working making the wait even longer. The 28th I recently made a trip to Portland to move my Mother 3 hours south and I went your location and ordered 5 coffees. I ordered 3 large blended snickers. One with no whip and no cherry and one with no cherry. 1 medium snickers with no cherry. 1 medium Trifecta Freeze. I did receive 1 large blended snickers with no whip or cherry and one medium blended snickers with no cherry. The other 3 were completely wrong! They were all supposed to be blended and all ended up being hot. When we pointed out the mistake, the workers just looked at us dumbfounded and didn't offer to fix their mistake. Also, we did not get our stamp card stamp for the 5 drinks that we paid for! All you employees had to do was hold the stamp and stamp the card. I could have set the card on the counter and they wouldn't have had to even touch it. I am really unhappy with the service that I received and even more unhappy that no one was willing to make things right, so we just drove off! I usually get a lot of different Dutch Bros, but this is by far the worst service I've ever had. I spent over $25 and only got 2 out of 5 drinks that I ordered and my stamp card did not get stamped either! I had only been to DB once before. The girl who approached my window to take order was nice. When she asked for payment I tried to hand cash but she said card only. She said I could get the app and it would give me a free drink. She had me pull up to the window. The cashier at the window was SO RUDE! He said "The app is going to take a long time, it asks a ton of questions." Keep in mind there was no one behind me. So I reluctantly offered my credit card. He said "I thought you told us you only brought cash??" Leaving me embarrassed to explain card was almost maxed and I didn't want to use it. He ran it and shoved iPad thingy at me, "Are you going to tip today?" I picked one dollar, only because girl who first talked to me was nice. He said "Only a dollar today?" I usually order a "cotten candy" drink. Which is as good as it sounds. White chocolate, raspberry, and blue raspberry with club soda on top of ice. Makes it purple.
