I love Jamba Juice for a little afternoon treat. Their smoothies have risen in price, but overall are still a decent deal in comparison to other smoothie shops. That being said I don't think Jamba Juice is a healthy option almost all of their "smoothies" contain ice cream/soft serve frozen yogurt. I think they have a little bit of deceptive marketing which I don't particularly like to support at a fundamental level. I will say the drink I love here and is an amazing deal is their fresh squeezed orange juice. You can't get it any fresher as they squeeze the oranges per order, I counted 6 or seven in my drink alone. I also love that you can add energy and vitamin boosts. Limited seating and limited parking at this location. The store was very clean and organized. Bathrooms were freshly cleaned. read more

I don't know of a Jamba Juice right in Portland, unless there's one on Hayden or out at Cascade Station. So the fact that I came across this one down in Clackamas was a welcome sight. There were quick, efficient and even with a small modification to my smoothie, it came out the way it should. Yes, they can be a little spendy, but every once in a while, one can splurge. So I've had Jamba Juice many times in the past and I'll say that this location is every bit as good as anywhere else I've been. It's a great selection and I appreciate the free "boost". Always like loyalty programs, because who doesn't like free stuff? Price seems on point for the size. Staff was definitely pleasant. My only issue is that it would be good to have a location to pick up app/online orders. They have enough room to have a line for that. The whole point of ordering ahead is for quick pick up and when you have to wait it not only defeats that purpose, but your smoothie is melting. So that's my suggestion, but otherwise it was a fine experience. read more

I paid on an online delivery at 2:10pm Thursday afternoon, 8/12/21. My crew was working in the heat and I wanted to get them smoothies. The Uber delivery guy was late so I called them and complained about being 20 minutes late and not a word from them. I definitely could've been nicer. Nevertheless, they explained to me that the smoothies were made but the delivery guy had not shown up. They told me that they would give me a full refund. 20 minutes later the smoothies showed up at the job site and I still got the refund. Being late was not their fault. What I was very impressed with was that the lady on the phone was very kind and took care of everything for me despite my not so perfect attitude. 10/10 customer service. read more

Staff are not enforcing the use of masks. I was disgusted at the level of disrespect shown by customers and the lack of social distancing. Some customers were young teens who may not be required to wear a mask but were clustered around the counter. Total lack of social distancing. I'm so grateful for such a fantastic Jamba Juice location in such a convenient area. Nothing more needs to be said about Jamba that people don't already know, but what I like most about this one is that the staff is always so friendly, authentic, and engaging. At times I feel like there are way more staff relative to the customer base, but that's not a problem if you're a paying customer. I like that a lot of the staff are young teenagers that have a strong work ethic relative to their peers at that age. read more

This place is great! Having the app is the best way to order and it saves time. You can even customize your order. Add more stuff you like and take out what you don't like. The peach pleasure is my favorite I add more frozen yogurt and more bananas and sub the soy milk for the whole milk and you can add boosters too on the app. Remember Thursday's they have a sale where all large drinks are changed at the Med price! And my other favorite item is the pretzels there. This place is busy but the workers are always friendly and great! Glad to have Jamba here for sure! The next closest one is inside the town center. Don't get me wrong, I like all the veggie/fruit drinks as much as the rest of them but maybe branch out a bit and appeal to some of your carnivore customers. Nice and clean in the inside; obviously, it's brand new. Very friendly ladies that work in there. Free samples. Same prices and flavors like the other locations. Definitely would come back. I like that it's a stand alone (so to speak) building and not located in a mall. Every time I want Jamba Juice and have to go into a mall to get it, i get side tracked and start shopping lol. Went here yesterday wanting a smoothie, but decided to drive elsewhere, as I noticed many unmasked teens mingling inside. Additionally, I overheard disgruntled "adults" complaining about being asked to wear a mask inside. Although it should come as a no-brainer, It might be helpful for this business to provide visible signage indicating the required use of masks indoors, to give a heads-up to those who have their heads up their butts. I suppose this review is more of a complaint about about the sort of people who live in this neighborhood (the kind of people who don't care about the safety of others).
