Starbucks is always Starbucks there will be no major difference in storefront to storefront. Really like any other mass chain you rates them on their staff and their cleanliness and what they carry. This Starbucks was a great place to grab a warm cup with free refills and be able to escape the weather... to be honest I am not sure as to why I even review chain locations, but the neurotic yelper in me just has to. That said this was a pleasant experience and it's quite clean and well taken care of especially for the location. Downtown locations can always be challenging. Have ordered DoorDash delivery from this location a dozen times in the last six months and 75% of the time we only receive one bag with drinks and do not receive the other food and snack items we order (usually packed in a 2nd bag). DoorDash will usually refund us for the food items but will not refund delivery fees--with drivers always claiming the barista staff only have them the single bag. Have even called the store staff who then blame the drivers for simply not picking up the complete order. Not great customer service on either side. Always disappointed. The shop seems short staffed--I've even waited 25min in person for a drink order to come up. But still taking our business elsewhere. read more

Located in the Gresham Station shopping lot you will find this Starbucks. There is plenty of parking near the Red Robin in the back of Starbucks, there is a little bit of a walk from the parking lot though. Since this is one of those little strip malls parking can be challenging. The workers here are friendly and helpful. They are always smiling and do a good job of greeting customers. I generally opt for an iced espresso or white chocolate mocha during my visits. The drinks always tastes good and are all freshly made. I would highly using the Starbucks app and ordering from there. This way you can earn rewards, skip the line and the drink will be ready for you when you get to the counter. Fast and friendly service, who could ask for more. read more

This place is great!! There fast at making the drinks and costumer service is spectacular. Its a great place to study and even meet up with someone. They have outdoor seating so on a nice day you can enjoy the sunny weather. The atmosphere is great. If you need a space to study or work, this is the Starbucks to go to. Out of all the Starbucks I've been to, this one must have the most seats and largest variety of tables for customers. They have a huge table for those days when you are meeting a few people or have a lot of studying/work materials. If you prefer a smaller table, they also have tall round and regular height tables, as well as square tables. Or if you prefer to sit in a more comfortable chair, this Starbucks also has a lot of armchairs! The barista's are always friendly and helpful. When I first tried their new Lime Refresher, the barista recommend I try it with tequila. Im a fan of anyone who appreciates their alcohol! read more

You know it's bad when you have to create a whole yelp account because of the way you were treated, now don't get me wrong, the drink was good but we were treated horribly. The girl who was at the cash register(I think her name was Taylor or something like that but either way she had pink highlights in her hair, watch out for that one) never smiled and hurried us along. She later yelled at us for the way we treated her but we were to scared to be disrespectful. We tipped her soon after as trying to cheer her up and we were thanked with a glare. So in the future if I see her working the counter when I walk in, I'm turning right around and going to the Starbucks down the street. read more

Starbucks at Gresham Station is all right with me. I always like to sit down awhile, relax and enjoy my drink and look at my iPad when I'm at any Starbucks. . .and this location is fairly large with plenty of seating. There's also lots of parking around there because it's located in a shopping center and right next to a Red Robin. However, you have to walk up two separate sets of stairs from the parking lot up to the level where the entrance is and that's slightly inconvenient. Also, I wish this location would stay open later than 9:00pm since it would be nice to come here later in the evening to relax, but 9:00 will have to do. read more

Plenty of seating indoors and outdoors and a great location. The water bowl in the outdoor area for dogs is a great touch! The store can get a bit messy -- leftover straw or food wrappers, spills on the condiments bar, newspapers on the floor -- but it's typically pretty clean. This Starbucks sees a larger amount of teenagers thanks to its proximity to Gresham High School, so I'm not entirely surprised. I'd give more stars if I had ever seen a staff member clean. The staff, as you can begin to see, is not the company's best. They aren't rude, but they certainly have never been what I would describe as friendly. I've been asked for my name with a drink less than half of the time. Additionally, this is the only Starbucks I've ever been to that repeatedly serves drinks without calling them (side note: I've only been to ones in Portland, Gresham and Vancouver). It's happened once when I was with a friend and we were the only ones waiting for drinks which I suppose I could understand, even if it did mean out drinks were waiting there unannounced for several minutes, but it's happened on busy days too when you end up having multiple people trying to figure out of the drink is theirs (sometimes they put names on the drinks at least!). I'm not sure if that's just a step that isn't officially required, but since it happens at literally every other Starbucks I've been to, you can definitely find a better coffee shop than this. read more

It's a fair sized Starbucks with lots of space and a restroom. The service is pretty fast and my servers were very friendly. This place was fairly busy and still I got my coffee in fast order. When it comes to coffee shops most of the time they are the same esspecially between Starbucks locations. What sets these places a part is usually the staff. this is the worst Starbucks I've ever been to, and being in Portland I've been to a lot. there were two staff working ad they were not seeming to work as a team. when the chick plopped my iced latte down the lid and sides were covered on coffee. I went over to the condiment bar to get some napkins to clean the cup up. It was a hot mess over there. Used coffee stir sticks, spilled sugar, empty splenda packets, over flowing garbage hole.... you get the idea. What there was none of, was napkins. I turn back to the barista but now it's a different kid. I ask for some napkins and he says "were all out. I'll have to find someone to find some hand towels". No movement on that for a few so I head towards the bathroom to find some paper towels. On the end on the counter were two ginormous bags of napkins. I grabbed a stack and cleaned my cup. I realize I'm sounding bitchy here, but for 8 bucks for two cups of coffee I want it all in the cup.... not on it. and I want some customer service. read more

I have been coming to this store for years and I have really enjoyed the excellent customer care and service I have received. Although the employees here still dole out great customer service, I have noticed since the arrival of a new store manager, Joeci, things have rapidly gone down hill. They are short staffed, the employees don't seem to have the same fun energy they used to. I witnessed just last week an employee being yelled at and reprimanded in front of a lobby full of customers. And I consider this employee to be on of their kindest, funniest workers. It was uncomfortable to watch, and unprofessional. Although this Starbucks is within walking distance of my house, I will be taking my business elsewhere. A person like that should not be running a Starbucks store. read more
