I had coffees from the Country Coffee shack multiple times on my last trip to Gresham to visit family (Thanks Sis!!!) and each coffee I tried was fantastic! From hot coffees to cold brews, all were tasty and made to my specifications (sugar free, minimal syrup pumps). This shack also offers oat, soy, or coconut milk... which makes staying somewhat low-carb easier (on vacation, so lived a little dangerously this visit!). There are multiple Country Coffee locations around the metro area, but I'll be sure to swing back by this one the next time I'm up in the PNW. read more

This coffee cart location is prime. It is right next to Whites Meat. Right off the 26 and right of Orient and right near my house... all great things. They have daily specials which are awesome: Monday - fill a tray for $10 Tuesday - double stamp day Wednesday - $3 Energy drinks Thursday - $3 Thursday Friday - freebie Friday My personal fave is double stamp Tuesday. I've grown accustomed to coming here because it's close and because they have pretty freaking good hours and because they have a LOT of sugar free options. Try an iced passion tea mixed with orange tea and some sugar free raspberry in it... Or try a sugar free energy drink (they have all options) Or try a sugar free gold digger... All so good! My go to is a triple shot sugar free white chocolate with heavy whipped cream.... ummm freaking amazing! Look i don't know how to explain it but Country Coffee Hwy26 has THE BEST sugar free while chocolate in Portland. It's a powder which i normally do NOT prefer but it's awesome. They have smoothies, Italian soda, energy, coffee and non-coffee options... even have some food options (primarily breakfast) and merch. They often do specials with merch and gift cards for holidays etc. Hailee, the owner, is fantastic and a ray of sunshine. She always wants to do right by people. I've had a few drinks i was trying to make up and didn't prefer and they always will fix whatever. All of the Baristas have an upbeat personality and want to help. If you don't prefer something you need to tell them... it's a great atmosphere and i thoroughly enjoy that i can come and visit frequently!!! By far my favorite Coffee Shop. Always been a fan of Country Coffee as a business and loved them as they continued to grow. Then the HWY26 franchise opened right up the street from my house! I'm a person who lives and treasures the taste of freshly ground and brewed coffee, most days I make my own. CC has freshly ground taste, rich with flavor (not just the syrups, the espresso), and velvety feel. SO GOOD. I continue to try and visit at least once every week since CCHWY26 opened to get that good stuff. All of the baristas are absolutely wonderful and truly care/connect with their customers! Most of them have even remembered my fav drink order from time to time until I change it up on them :) definitely recommend everyone go! Even my family in Utah wishes they could still have it! My Fav is an iced Horseshoe Latte with Oat milk! Orrrrrr cowgirl spurz! Also, p.s. good things take some time. Never have I been upset over waiting for such good coffee, some people haven't tried it yet because they think there's a wait. Impatience, rushing, and not taking in account a few minutes per car in front of you in both sides is a no no when supporting the businesses in our community. If you're a CC fan, you know the coffee. A nice, non aggressive cup of coffee. This location lacks the speed, efficiency and quality of service that the one on Sandy does. But the drinks are relatively consistent with the other locations, so I'm pleased. I don't think I'll be coming to this location if I can help it though. If something bad is gonna happen.... What an awesome group of ladies that are running these shops! The bagels are always totes nomZzz and the drinks are delicious. They know my wife's order every time, which is great because I can't remember that it's a white macadamia nut something! Ha. All locations have nice people and great service. Keep up the good work! So, I just moved to the Gresham area and am just now hearing about Country Coffee. As a big fan of Dutch and the fact its a block away; I was reluctant to try Country Coffee. However, I gave in and let me tell you that is was absolutely worth it. They are a busy little stand just off 26 headed out to Mt. Hood. Even with how busy they are, they are incredibly personal and clearly passionate. Greeted with a big smile by the owner, who took the time to ask what I normally drink and offered a suggestion. After one sip, I knew I was in trouble and would be back, especially when I'm going up to Mt. Hood. Highly recommend this cute little stand with amazing people working it! 10/10 will be back! read more

Love, love, love this place! Everything from the coffee, to the treats, to the ladies that run it are absolutely amazing. I'm a fan of low calorie options due to the fact that I typically need my daily coffee fix and would rather avoid the high calorie/high sugar options. I've never came across another coffee shop with soooooo many sugar-free flavor options! If you like to switch up your coffee with the different seasons like I do, they always have fun, new, delicious drinks of the month that they've been able to make in a sugar-free options for me. My current go-to for fall is the sugar-free pumpkin spice/white chocolate breve so yummy, no guilt! For a sweet treat, I recommend the pumpkin spice bar! It's my sons absolute favorite! They carry a variety of local bagels, donuts and muffins if you're looking for a quick snack as well. Besides the wide variety of delicious coffee and energy drinks they serve, the ladies that work here are so adorable and friendly! They greet you with a smile each and every time, and are always happy to recommend something new to try if you're looking to switch things up. I love all the Country Coffee shops, but this is my #1 go to on my way to work each morning. All of the girls are nice, they know my name and my drink. They always ask about me or my family, and they give out dog cookies to my dogs when I have them with me. My grand daughter loves to get coffee with me here, they spoil her with hot cocoa, whip cream, sprinkles and a sucker. Hailey the owner takes great care of her shop, its decorated inside and out! One of the servers wasn't wearing a mask. i I know more people are getting vaccines, but even so, covid rates are high and it made me feel unsafe about being served by a person without a mask. I also wasn't told what the prices for my drinks would be before I gave them my card. I asked if they had stickers and they gave me two. I wasn't aware that I would be charged for them because there are other coffee places that i go to that give free stickers. For 2 small drinks and 2 stickers, i was charged $14 before the tip. If i was charged for the stickers, I should've been told the price when i asked about them. The drinks were tasty and the server was pretty nice, but definitely not worth the price. The server also had her mask under her nose for a majority of the transaction. I don't think I'll be coming back here. I think the servers need to work on their communication skills with their customers and be aware of how the pandemic is affecting everyone read more
