Everyone we dealt with in both sections was friendly and patient. Give them a shot if you are in the Troutdale, Fairview, or Gresham areas.

Instead of blobbing mustard on the plate or offering packets, they gave my plate a pretty swoosh of mustard with a sprinkling of chopped chives. I didn't expect this, but I appreciate that they went the extra step, as we eat first with our eyes! There is no mustard, no pickles, no ham, and not a single drop of melted Swiss cheese binding anything together. This is not a Cuban sandwich. It is a pulled pork slider on a dinner roll. And it would have been a pretty decent one on that merit.
