I always get their egg coffee, pandan coffee, or Milky Way. It is always on the sweeter side for some reason, despite me asking to be less sweet and less ice. They always stuff my drink with crushed ice, not sure. At times, it can be unprofessional as staff is on their phones right at the register. I have also tried a cappuccino, which was fantastic as well. The pastries and the cookies pair nicely with the coffee and I especially recommend the Mixed Berry Scone or the Berry and Ginger Danish. This is a great place to stop in for a caffeine boost or to sit and relax for a while. Great shop, great staff and fantastic coffee!

Sunday, August 30, 2026…read more After verifying hours online, I drove out of my way at 6:30am to the NE Sandy location. Hours indicated they opened at 6am. They were closed. Later in the day, I was in the area and stopped by again. They were open. After explaining what had occurred earlier in the day, I was told that the morning employee slept through her alarm and ended up coming into work in her pajamas later on. No apology, no discount, nothing. Also, I'd rather not have food or drink prepared by someone in their pajamas. Code violations to say the least. Also, when greeted the second time I arrived, the employee obviously wasn't paying attention when he stated "Hi, I'm fine. Thanks for asking." I hadn't even greeted him yet. Overall, complete disregard for customer service and satisfaction.
