The beef was seasoned well, unlike a lot of empanadas, where they just take some chuck roast, and shred it up... It was also moist. Absolutely delicious. The meat/potato Columbianita had a lot more potato than meat, but they looked more like yellow finger potato. Not to go too deep on potatoes, but the right amount of hydration/waxy starch... excellent. I ended using the Garlic Aoli for dipping these, and it was nice mix. The chicken, I am saving for later... but if it's anything like the beef, I'll be back regularly. You can order ahead from the website, which I will do in future if in a time crunch. The drinks that I have tried, vanilla latte, banana pudding matcha, and creme rules match, all were lovely. For the matchas, they need a good bit on mixing or slow drinking.
